This place was very roomy and so many options for kids. There is enough to do on property. So we didn't leave to do anything else!

This rental had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and the house was so well stocked. We had issues with trash piling up and the owners responded right away and got it taken care of. We would stay again!

We loved the house. I think a bathroom in the bunkhouse would be a great idea. The ice machine was a life savor. The boat dock is amazing and we spent 90% of our time on it.

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 14-72 and everyone had a great time. Tons to do with the game room, court, and dock with kayaks, prattle boards and floats. It’s close to places to rent a boat for a day in the lake, golf, & more. On-site ice machine was great for filling up coolers. No over-the-top cleaning/check-out procedures. One thing to note is that there are only two bathrooms. We had 10 people and that was a little bit of a challenge at times. Overall two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Upon arrival we had difficulty gaining access through the front door. I called all 4 of the management contacts and was only able to reach the last one. We later discovered that the basement door was unlocked and open. The heater was turned off and the house was very cold. The kitchen is very lacking and very very dirty. Many items throughout the house are broken and could be handled with simple routine maintenance (light bulbs, blinds, floor boards, door handles, etc.) The property is not as it was staged to appear in pictures. The furniture upstairs in the loft area has been completely rearranged and the game room (separate house) was really disappointing. Toys are broken and disorganized, Ping pong paddles are broken. The really nice Nerf gun wall in the pictures doesn't exist. There are no amenities for a baby. No crib or high chair. The washing machine and dryer both smell like mold very badly. Though this is not the fault of the property owner, the location is not great. The lake is nice but there is absolutely nothing else to do around this area within a 30-60 mile radius. We didn't have a great time. We have had this family Thanksgiving vacation 4 times now in 4 different states at 4 different VRBO locations and this is the first time all of us packed up early and went home because we just did not want to be there anymore.

Beautiful weather, great fishing, loved the property.

This house is absolutely amazing. It was way beyond our expectations. It will be hard to ever beat this rental! If you have a family and need a wonderful place to say! I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place!

This was our third stay at No Wake Zone and it just gets better every time. The basketball court, pickle ball court, sofa downstairs, and king size bed in the loft are fabulous upgrades!

Great long weekend with Friends and Family relaxing on the water and enjoying what this property had to offer. Very attentive hosts that answered all our questions promptly. Our second stay and hope to be able to make it back in the future. Thanks for everything!

Improves with time! This is our 4th year staying at the lake house. Each year there has been something added to enhance the entertainment. (just when you think it can't get any better!) The added bunk beds in the clubhouse, the basketball goal, the sectional downstairs were all a nice addition.

This was the 4th time we have stayed here for a family vacation. The place gets better every time. Location is awesome and owners are great. Has everything you could possibly want for the young and old! We will be back again next Fall!

Tons of stuff for everyone to do from the little kids to the grandparents. We had a great weekend with extended family and can’t wait to go back. Big, well stocked kitchen, dock with lots of shade, and even pickleball! Look forward to coming back someday!

For a last minute getaway with the grandkids it worked out great. The weather held up for getting outside to enjoy the view. The kids also enjoyed the hills, the cottage and loft.

We had such a great time enjoying this property for the holidays! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, playing ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey and so many board games and cards. Our girls skated their hearts out on the fresh poured cement slab orerlooking the lake. The teens loved playing pickle ball volleyball, roasting s’mores and playing catch with the nerf fooball. This is an amazing space for a family of many ages and so many great views and things to do! Absolutely loved it and we will be back!

The hosts allowed us to hold thanksgiving with our family. They were kind, patient, flexible and understanding of our situation (we drove from VA and family was from KS, OK, NE, and TX). Excellent experience.

Beautiful house, great dock and fishing, and cottage for kids. Outside fire pit and new slab great for games and cornhole.

It was just me and my wife staying there. This property is set up for larger groups and would be very good for that. It is a very beautiful home in the location I don’t think you can beat it. The check-in was very easy yeah well worth the drive getting there. It’s like all like home so I guess it has a heat pump. When we arrive the house was pretty warm inside and it takes the cooling system a while to cool it off. We noticed a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom and the cleanliness in the kitchen left a little bit to be desired. The owner was very easy to deal with with questions on the house. Had a great time

I have stayed at a handful of places on Grand Lake. This house is by far the best for the price and meets all the needs of my family. Whether it be a great location, an awesome view while sitting on the upper deck, sitting around the fire pit down by the water, playing games in the game room, lounging on the dock to swim or watch tv, or a place to keep your boat for fishing or playing...it checks all the boxes! On top of that the owners are awesome to work with and respond very quickly when you have questions. When planning a vacation I always check to see if this place is available first...we like it so much I booked my next summer vacation week a year in advance to make sure it was available.

We had a great time at this lake house. It was huge, clean, and had an amazing view. The supplied everything you needed and we would love to come back.

The size and location of this cabin was absolutely perfect for my friend's low-key lake weekend Bachelorette party. The hosts were great and if I had a question or needed help figuring something out, they were an easy text or phone call away. If I ever find myself in Grove, OK again I will definitely be staying there. It would be great for families too!

The location couldn't be better. It feels like country but close to shopping. The views were amazing. I sat at the bar on the deck and ate my dinner or drank my morning coffee just gazing at the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the ice machine was a bonus. Having access to the golf cart was helpful. If you want to make a fire in the firepit bring your own wood. The hosts quickly responded to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend it. It is in a wonderful location on the lake.

Everything we needed was ready and available. Something for everyone. If you don’t have fun here it’s definitely not the location!

The property owners have made some upgrades to the dock and yard which only enhanced our visit. This is our second year staying at NWZ and it won't be our last!

The property was nice. A little tight for 15 people but we had a great time.

We love this place so much we have booked our next two vacations over the next year. Owners are awesome and place offers everything you could ask...for all ages. Looking forward to seeing some of the changes being made when we visit next time!
