Efficient and Tidy with Great Location
Whether you want to enjoy all Fort Walton has to offer, or spend time enjoying Destin or Miramar, this rental is perfectly situated. It's the perfect size for two, and if you bring the kids, they're sure to love the pool. As for parents, they will love the pool too, as well as ample and comfortable seating poolside. Currently, the bayside dock is undergoing renovations, and that can only further enhance this property, which already has adequate dishes and towels for your stay. I also appreciated the owner's detailed instructions and super-smooth check-in process. If I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

clean and convenient
small but cute condo with a great view of the pool and marina. The condo location is 20 mins from Navarre. Olive Garden is located next door, making it easy for the nights you don't want to cook.

Great space for short trip
Space is great and easy to get in and out of. So close to the a great beach location and not far to Desitin. Great pool and water view. Owner vet easy to communicate with.
Only 2 concerns with property which is not the owners problem was one cleaning lady on property had a pet with her off leash running around which made getting around difficult when trying to get luggage and all to our room and secondly for us not being smokers ther were a lot of smokers on property and for us we did not personally care for. This is by no means a reflection on the rental or the owner but is a consideration for us in renting staying here again. It kept us from enjoying more patio and pool time but did allow for more beach time and sightseeing.
All in all the space is fantastic and was a wonderful getaway. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay while passing through.
This condo is small, but quite comfortable while we were in the area for 2 nights. The marina was not replaced yet after a hurricane & we missed the activity, but we still enjoyed the beautiful view from our 3rd floor deck. The owner was very helpful & easily available. Nice place for 1 or 2 guests while in Ft. Walton Beach.

This is a great place to stay!
This little place had everything we needed. We grilled downstairs, swam in the pool and looked out over the beautiful Bay. The place was very comfortable and relaxing. The drive to the beach access was only about 10 minutes and very easy to get to. We loved this apartment! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location! Good instructions in getting into the unit. Quick response by the owner for any question. Has good view of the marina from the balcony. Close to a lot of good restaurants, (some in walking distance), short drive to Destin and Fort Walton-Destin Airport, Fort Walton and Navarre Beach!

Extended my stay
I'm a healthcare traveler and this has been a beautiful location to visit temporarily. The unit is exactly as shown in the picture and pet friendly. Even though it's pet friendly I did not notice any pet odors or excess pet hair in the unit, which is great. The area is quiet and surrounding units have been quiet as well. Close to many attractions in town, Okaloosa Island, Navarre, and Destin.

Summer Vacation
This is the second time we stayed here and we were not too happy this time. There were no extra towels, we had to buy toilet paper because there was only one extra roll. We enjoyed the relaxation of the place, but next time we come down we are going to look elsewhere. We stayed for 7 days, there should have been enough essentials that we thought would be supplied to last that long.

Wonderful
We are locals. We just wanted to get away for the weekend for my birthday. The place was clean. We loved the fact that we could have our dog there. The owners were great when I accidentally locked myself out. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice place to stay/visit.

Excellent Experience
This cute condo fit my needs perfectly while I was in the area house hunting. It had everything I needed and I loved the view from my balcony and having access to the marina and pool. The owners were great with communication and very accommodating.

Clean, dog friendly studio apartment
We stayed 3 nights with 2 dogs and 2 people. Clean and well-kept studio apartment. We cooked all meals but 2 in the apartment. It was tight but everything you need is there. Most everyone in the complex was very friendly with our two dogs. They met a few other friends that live in the complex and were able to run and play with them in the large yard area. All 4 of us walked the pier/marina each morning for a lovely sunrise view as well as exercise for the dogs. There is a a pet friendly beach in Panama City Beach. There is a dog park about 3 minutes from the condo with an area for them to play in the bay. There is a large dog park in Destin. Great place to stay regardless if you have pets or not!

Impromptu anniversary
Cute little condo, perfect for a couple. Loved that we could bring our 2 dogs. Nice balcony view. Only thing I can say needs improvement is the grounds needed some attention, but for the price and the view of the marina, plus being able to bring our dogs it was a good deal. Will visit again

Quiet, comfortable, nice view.
This studio was just what we needed. It was very quiet and the room was comfortable. We were only there in the evenings as we spent our time with family, but we so appreciated the beautiful view over the marina and sound from the balcony. We were treated with gorgeous sunrises and one awesome lightening storm! Thank you for being so accommodating.

Disappointed
We were excited to take this trip with our dogs for our Anniversary. Upon arrival, we discovered a thin layer of sand on the floor and the couch. No big deal as it is a pet friendly property near the beach. However when my wife took the comforter off the bed, there was sand in the bed giving the distinct impression that the sheets had not been washed since the last guests departure. It was late at night and not having anywhere else to go with our dogs while we tried to get in touch with the property owners, we drove back home. After messages back and forth with the owner our last message was never replied to. Make sure you do thorough research before booking.

We had a blast here. So quiet and off the beaten path. Very relaxing. Pool is awesome and loved the lil beach area. The owners was very nice and met all of our needs. My hubby was not able to get TV to work so called Neil the owner and he was here in 10 min to show my hubby. Lots of places to eat close by. Olive Garden walking distance. You will be pleased.

Great little condo
The property is well looked after.
The condo was small but had everything you needed.
The laundry machines on each floor were new and in great working order, and a great convenience.
We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the little private beach, and the pool.
The owners were super helpful. Everyone there was super nice.
