Nice home but the mattresses are horribly soft. If you want a sore back from sinking to China, stay here. They need to invest in firm mattresses. Truly, the mattresses are just a big soft sponge with zero firmness. I exercise and work out 5 days per week, so I am NOT in poor health but sleeping on these mattresses is unbearable.

Beautiful condo, great views in the surf city of Carlsbad. Ideal location for a beach day or to do some shopping in the village. Nearby restaurants that can suit any liking!

I really think this is our favorite vacation rental! The ocean views are stunning but you are on a quiet road, not the highway. Five minutes from the beach and an easy walk to Carlsbad Village for a donut from The Goods or whatever other shopping/dining you'd like to do! The unit itself is super comfortable and spotless with a well-equipped kitchen, so we could eat in or out. We definitely plan to return!

Unparalleled ocean views and sunsets make this place magical. Well equipped kitchen and cupboard. Only thing missing was a fireplace. We will return!

I've got a pretty high bar for rental properties, this is stand out. Super well appointed, well equipped, high quality, comfortable beds, clean, and responsive not to mention an awesome old-school video table game console that just fits the profile. Well done, I'll be back for sure!

Seamless renting and access to the property. Very nice, quiet property with great ocean view and people watching. Easily walkable to several restaurants we much enjoyed. We would absolutely rent this property again.

This place is fantastic starting with the amazing view from the deck, the well appointed kitchen, soft linens on the bed, comfortable seating throughout, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, bogey boards and on and on! Easy access to eateries, the beach, stores, etc. This place is amazing and we will definitely be back!

WOW!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PROPERTY!!!! My 2 college age kids, my husband and I stayed here for a family vacation. The home has EVERYTHING EVERYTHING you could need. Beach towels, bikes, wagon. The kitchen may have more appliances, spices, cooking supplies than most people have at home! 😊 The grill on the porch was an added bonus! The entertainment options are awesome! Cable TV (for the tiny moments you're not on the porch/beach) even a video game console was a PERFECT touch! The furniture/beds are SO comfortable! There is a TON of space for dining. We grilled and watched the NBA playoffs each night. We sat on the porch DAILY! It is mesmerizing! The location of the property is perfect. After grabbing groceries and snacks, you could literally not leave for your entire stay. We walked everywhere. We brought our 2 bikes from home and used the 2 from the property for the kids. As with all the amenities, the bikes were name brand/high quality bikes. We rode 10 miles to the mall. There are bike lanes on every street! We rode to the beach and downtown. The downtown has a ton of great shops and restaurants! I can't say enough about how much we loved this property. Kelly was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The check-in/check-out process may be the EASIEST I've ever experienced! We parked our large SUV in front of the house with no problem. Though there was a family downstairs, it was never a problem. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for providing a FIRST CLASS experience for our family!

Absolutely the best vacation rental we’ve had the pleasure to enjoy. This home has it all; from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable living room furniture and beds, powerful wifi, Direct TV, gorgeous deck and beautiful bathrooms, we felt like we were at home but with a fabulous view of Carlsbad beach. And less than a mile from Carlsbad village; we walked there to enjoy restaurants and shops several times. We’ll definitely be back! So appreciative of our host Kelley who was attentive throughout our stay; thank you Kelley for hosting us!

Everything was fantastic. Was as described. Our only concern was with street parking, however there were plenty of spaces to park right in front of the unit.

Great view of the ocean & location

Every amenity one could dream of wanting is provided. The best of everything is included. The decor is clean comfortable, with updated surfaces, the view of the ocean is amazing. One could live here forever and be very happy!

Lovely, well equipped. 2nd floor condo with expanse windows and deck with spectacular ocean views. What’s missing? A telescope for whale/dolphin spotting! Walking distance to very good restaurant, Vigilucci’s Steak and Seafood. A must try is Buono Forchetta in Encinitas. Short, 15-20 min drive where you will enjoy best Italian pasta/pizza outside of Italy. Reservation a must. Or show up at 5pm sharp and beg for a table.

The condo is in a prime location, a block from the beach with stunning view of the ocean. The place had all the convinces of home and well stocked. I’d stay here again.

The location is great. You have a beautiful view of the beach and can walk to the beach within 5 minutes. Carlsbad Village is less than a mile walk. We made the walk most evenings and enjoyed the stroll. The place has great decor and provided everything needed to enjoy the stay. We will be back again!

The view from the balcony is so good, and the people watching is fun. Also easy to drop off your guest at the beach if walking is not so easy for them. Family room feels airy and light; nice to have the balcony doors full open to the sea breezes. Second bedroom is small, comfy beds; outside stairs are a consideration. Walking the lagoon adds another interest too.

We had a terrific stay at this property. The property was accurately advertised; it is well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We cooked at the condo a few times and found everything we needed. There are also ample very good restaurants in the area. We utilized the Coaster to go down to San Diego and that was convenient. Finally, and obviously, the view is incredible. Routinely and often we enjoyed the deck, overlooking the amazing view, and enjoying the ocean and all the distant activities on the beach. We had one small issue on the first day of the stay and Kelley reacted quickly to resolve. I highly recommend this property to other travelers.
