Quality and attention to detail is what you find at 1427 Summer. It is the perfect space for two families to be together but also have a little separation. This adorable home is close to everything Nashville has to offer but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Comfy meets eclectic in this extremely clean home with quality linens and kitchen necessities, fun throw pillows, rugs and decor! Two LaCroix in each fridge because the hosts love them was an added touch that screams hospitality. I’d highly recommend this place for families!

Large home in older, well established neighborhood. Owners did a good job on the renovation. Perfect for families.

We had everything we needed and the house is super convenient to so much cool stuff. Take a walk and grab coffee or hit a happy hour. House has great space inside and out.

My mother chose Nashville for her 80th birthday celebration. Although I can not recommend Nashville for someone who has mobility issues, I can recommend Prime Location for any and all planning a trip to Nashville. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. My mother enjoyed sitting on the porch and speaking with the neighbors as they walked their dogs. There was more than enough room and privacy for six of us. We had everything we needed both within the property and close by. I have stayed in many other properties and the communication and suggestions, by far were the best. A few tips; if you plan on taking an Uber downtown, set your destination to the Feed and Seed at the end of Broadway. A $6-$8 dollar ride. Please eat at the Pharmacy and the biscuit place, both near by. There is also a Publix and Kroger. We are definitely going back!!! Thank you Steph and Matt for everything!!

Everything you expect from the listing and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, tableware, and flatware. Host was great to work with and very quick to reply to messages. Check in and out easy. Very clean - great deal. Will use again.

We had a great stay at the Sumner house! This property was 15 minutes from the zoo, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and 5 minutes from downtown (all driving). Excellent access to grocery stores and eateries within 5 minutes of less of a drive. We loved the decor and all the amenities of this property, ample space for us to all enjoy ourselves and have the comforts of a home! We’d absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and be happy to stay here again!

I've stayed at tons of rental homes both in the US and abroad, and this was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had, including both the actual home, the location and the landlord interaction. The Home: newly renovated and it shows, plus decorated incredibly thoughtfully and beautifully. Not only is it more nicely appointed than a rental home has the right to be, but the owners have thought of every detail, from labeled kitchen, to bathroom products, to key-less locks. Can't tell you how thoroughly impressed we were with the condition, decor and thoughtfulness. Bravo. The Location: beautiful area, with quiet streets and great neighbors. Plus, the home is walkable to a number of coffee shops (5-6 blocks) and retail and restaurants. Great combination of suburban yet close to food/shops. The Landlord: great interaction from start to finish. They were responsive both by email and (when needed for a quick question) by phone. They use an app to provide all the house information, and that was the best home info interface I have ever seen. Really nicely done.

We had an amazing time in Nashville. Our Cottage was so nice. It was immaculate. Had everything we needed. It was close to downtown. Our host left a great book that gave great directions on what was expected and many great things to do locally. They also left us some goodies. :) Our host contacted us before the trip and after the trip to make sure we didn't need anything. This was our first time doing a VRBO and we were nervous to say the least. Our host was available anytime we needed them. Their house was very comfortable and the beds were soooo soft and comfy. The decor was new and modern and had a home feeling. I would definitely recommend this cottage. And look forward to staying again when we visit Nashville again. Thank you for a great stay.

9 dollar uber ride to downtown

Steph and Matt are fantastic hosts! Their home is comfortable and charming. Lots to do within walking distance and very short drive into downtown and Vanderbilt area. They are super responsive to questions or issues (like forgetting the door code) :) We will definitely stay here again for our next trip!

This is a great place to stay that is in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a short ride to downtown by uber. Stephanie goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Everything you need is provided for you, plus extra snacks! It is clean and very homey. Thanks Steph and Matt.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. We had a great time. It is close to several restaurants that my wife a looked and and all the food was great. The location was close enough but far enough away from Broadway were all the action and live preformances are . We would definitely stay again.

This is a perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but easy enough to get to by car or bus. The number 20 stops at the top of the street and for a few of dollars you can travel anywhere in the city. (The numbers 3 and 5 will also take you to and from Broadway to the Parthenon!) A great welcome pack and plenty of literature to help plan your stay are also appreciated. East Nashville is also a great place to explore - a short walk down to Woodlands Street and you'll find am amazing artistic and cultural gem mainly surrounding the Art and Invention gallery - the owner Meg is a great source of information and spent some time showing us round and telling us about the upcoming Tomato Festival. There's also smashing places to eat at 5 points junction. Krogers and Aldi are also a five minute walk to pick up supplies. And excellent AC and WiFi. Five stars and highly recommended. The rental is located in a fun yet quiet neighborhood of East Nashville convenient to anywhere in the city. We enjoyed walking the quiet tree-lined streets to Jeni's Splendid Icecream and Ugly Mugs for coffee. Germantown, Edge Hill, Gulch and downtown areas are minutes away by car. The unit itself is clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the firm and super comfortable mattress as well as the modern kitchen. Matt and Steph, the hosts, were easy to communicate with and even though the unit is in the back of their house, we never felt like we were intruded upon. Plus it was great to have our own parking spot in front of the condo. Something to really appreciate in Nashville! We would highly recommend this rental to a couple or a single traveler.

The house was in a super convenient location, with a cozy and romantic feel. It was very clean and accommodating!

Steph was quick to resolve the outdoor light malfunction, tub is very slippery when taking a shower, cleaning and check out instructions are a bit intense.

This was our first experience at a VRBO So it was going to be our first impression outside the hotel and B n B world. That said, we’ll be looking to see what VRBOs are available before looking at hotels for future vacation stays. The hosts gave you a lot of upfront information of what’s in the neighborhood and what to checkout. We had preset plans so we didn’t have much interaction with the hosts fit were available and responsive to any needs we had. The location is a clean quiet neighborhood. It’s also an easy drive to downtown locations as well as the Grand Ole Opry. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and you could kick back and relax. Don’t hesitate in booking this location.

Extra touches everywhere - helpful ideas and services offered - CLEAN and well taken care of. Was our first time - couldn’t be happier. King size bed. Ample towels. Games, books. Plugs everywhere! Apple TV. Water pressure in the shower!! Off street parking. Quiet. Grocery store close as well as trendy restaurants - but you are in a quiet neighborhood. If we are ever in the area, we will rent again 😍

We went to Nashville for our 32nd anniversary. The location in East Nashville was perfect.The place is within walking distance to several really good coffee shops, happy hour restaurants,the grocery. It is a lovely area of Nashville. It was a perfect location to be able to get into downtown quickly. Steph and Matt could not be better hosts! They are so easy to communicate with, very responsive. We had never been to Nashville before and Steph & Matt sent us websites to go to that were helpful for planning our time there. They also have a list of great coffee shops, happy hours and restaurants right in the neighborhood to check out, I really appreciated that. The condo itself was perfect and the bed was SO comfortable. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit.
