Perfect place for a family of 6 to stay. Appreciated that the couch folded out into a very LARGE bed! Easy walk to Broadway.

Everything about this location was perfect, the loft itself is really cool, and the location is very close to all of Nashville's activities. The downside was the noise in the apartment. We were subject to EVERY sound from the loft above us. Every footstep, voice and flush was clearly audible. For the cost, was very disappointed.

We had to park and carry suitcases and would have liked to have had help at the door of the property. When we arrived, there was no parking in front of the building. When calling for Uber or to have food delivered, the address of our building showed up as 170 instead of 162, which confused a couple of the drivers/delivery people. We enjoyed Nashville!

The place was in a prime location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could walk everywhere and had all amenities at our fingertips. Very clean and comfortable. One thing to note this a true open concept plan as other than the bathrooms, the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear everything. This did not bother us in the least as we were all on the same page in terms of going to sleep, partying and waking up. Would definitely recommend!

Hard to beat this location. Starbucks downstairs and a subway for breakfast. Just a couple blocks to Broadway. Host was easy to work with and gave great instructions on how to get in and out. Only complaint is a minor one but universal. TP was single ply and not boujee enough for the group. Five stars overall!

Stayed from Thursday to Sunday. The place was immaculate. Great Host and no problems what so ever. Very close to downtown. A short walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend in Nashville! Close to evvvverything (although it is a moderate uphill walk TO the loft from broadway just FYI) and it had all the essentials ! (Extra towels, hairdryer, good A/C, etc) we loved it. Beds were nice, extra pillows, quiet, and perfect! Actually if you go towards the garbage room area you will come out inside of a bar in printers alley! Upon leaving, we left our bags with the valet guy at the courtyard Marriott next door which was free and just left them a tip! Also the loft is literally next to Starbucks :) Would definitely stay again !!

This place is great really close to Venues and privacy. Building is quiet and clean. Will definitely do it again.

Ok, so this was our first time staying here and it is an amazing place to stay for a vacation with n Nashville. First, the location was pretty much perfect for us. The entrance to the building is just one block above printers ally, Broadway is a few blocks down, and (most importantly) the Food Hall is just 2 blocks over. I recommend the Chinese Dumpling place there to everyone going to Nashville. The loft was clean, cozy, and easily accommodated the 6 of us. Big suggestion that isn’t in the listing information, but we hysterically found out on the last night: check out the trash room the first night you’re there….and bring your wallet.

Great property for going to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium. We had a group that split up between VRBO units and hotels - this unit was the best for all of our activities (Hockey game, Football game and bar hopping). No need for a car at this location, everything was incredibly close including local markets to stock up on food/drinks/etc. Would stay there again.

Very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Was surprised by the open ceiling design. Luckily we are all relatively quiet people. Sound echoes and privacy is nonexistent. But we didn’t have issues although some people might. Great location, shorty walk to Broadway, Ryman and tons of other stuff.

We visited Nashville for a Mom's weekend away and WOW!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more! LOCATION was perfect! Check in and check out was super easy. A very short walk to everything that Nashville has to offer (music, shopping, food, and tons of fun). The loft had plenty of space for everyone and has a parking garage right next door. We were able to leave our car in there the entire time and just Uber to a couple of places that we wanted to visit that were a little too far to walk. You will NOT be disappointed on the location of it though, seriously close to the action...and there is a Starbucks right down stairs for your morning coffee fix if needed. The loft also has anything that you would need for staying in to eat as well. The only remark I will warn about is that there is a lack of bright lighting in the loft...but not a deal breaker at all. Not anything that I would speak negatively about but we had 5 women all trying to get ready and do makeup (and we have old eyes...lol). Bathroom lighting was sufficient but if you are trying to look through stuff in the bedrooms, the lighting is pretty dim. Again, nothing that would be a deal breaker. We truly can't complain about anything; it was a GREAT trip! Book now- you won't regret it!!

This trip was a reunion of 5 college friends who had not seen each other in a long time. This property was perfect, as everything was close by and the unit was the perfect size. We had a great time and enjoyed our unit!

It's a great place to stay if you want to be near Broadway. Easy walk to downtown! Also very close to Bridgestone Arena.
