Beautiful homes and easy to work with

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Very convenient to downtown and all the major attractions.

Home served our family needs but we did have issues. The overall home is nice but we immediately notice upon check-in that the cleaning crew missed cleaning the floors on the entire entry level. There was food and other debris under all the cabinets and under the sliding door curtains. The rug in the living area not only had not been vacuumed but the rug was rolled up along all of its edges causing a tripping hazard. We had both an elderly family member and a 7 year old who had recently undergone heart surgery and was on strict physical limitations from doctor to be careful of any tripping or falling hazards. This carpet needs to be replaced and a no slip carpet pad put in place. My overall rating is reflective of this safety issue. We also noticed that one of the toilet tissue holders was very loose and the ice maker did not work. The house is in need of some general maintenance. The pillows, mattress covers and shower liners were all yellowing and stained. These really need replacing. I trust that the owners of the property will address this concerns and fix the issues.

This experience was so great. The house was awesome. Very big with plenty of space for a large group. The backyard was super nice and would have been amazing to be in if the weather was nicer. We were about 10 minutes from honky think which made travel super easy. All in all a great trip. Would recommend to anyone!!

Our team of business consultants wanted to stay in a house instead of a hotel to foster camaraderie and a more comfortable stay while visiting Nashville for a conference. We were very pleased with this house! It was just what we needed and would highly recommend it.

Cute home & not far from Broadway! Ubers were not expensive at all. When we arrived one of the lights in one of the bedrooms was out and the master bedroom's bathroom smelt like urine. I called Adam right away and he had someone there the next morning to fix both.

The house was a wonderful place to spend three days for a family get together. It was in a great neighborhood, very conveniently located. It was in very good condition with lots of space and good parking available. The kitchen was well-stocked and laid out well for cooking big meals. Adam was a great host...very communicative and flexible with a few special requests we needed. We'd definitely stay there again when we're in town.

Loved this home! Had such a great time and will cherish the memories made
