Very nice place and it was convienent to get to a grocery store and coffee shop and places like that. It was also in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to sit and relax in the house, but if you want to be in the center of tourist activities they are all a drive away.

Great place to camp out with family for a few days while attending and showing at a local horse event. Convenient to everything.

The group was three siblings and spouses. The stay was very enjoyable. The lemon tree was LOADED. We made two lemon meringue pies and drank lemon drop several evenings. There were a couple of issues that were handled timely by the property manager. We certainly rebook if we are going back to the area

Kevin was a great host. The property was well equipped. We enjoyed the location, spa and pool. Great backyard!

The home was clean, roomy, had everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Backyard and pool area are both nice, a little tight to move around. Would stay here again.

Very clean spacious and comfortable home. Hot tub was perfect and the owner was very accommodating and responsive hope to stay here again. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood and the home is equipped with everything you would need there! Five stars!!!!

We stayed on a business trip and found the house very easy to figure out, pleasant to be in and very welcoming. Plenty of instructions for anything more complex (the coffee machine was great!) and everything laid out simply so we didn't have any difficulties finding necessities or silverware.The owner checked in via the HA app and was super responsive when the AC needed some configuring. Highly recommend the place for families or work travel. Didn't get to use the pool much, but the backyard is beautiful, with a lemon tree and even a gecko on the wall ever so often.Friendly, quiet neighborhood, shops and restaurants in walking distance. If you like to walk or run, there is a neat trail going through the back yards and to the pond.

House was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything available that we needed. Pool is unheated so cold in March but for a fee the spa can be heated which we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. Excellent communication with owner before and during rental time.

Thanks Kevin for letting us stay in your home! Home was very inviting. When we were home, we mostly enjoyed the backyard. The oasis feel to it was perfect. The spa was a daily treat. We wished we could have enjoyed the pool but it was too cold (It's March so we figured it would be). The kids had a blast, the dog enjoyed laying in the grass sun bathing. Location was great. We walked to the park, freeways were easy to get to, grocery store and food was nearby. Very convenient. In-n-out is 5 mins away! Thanks again Kevin for everything!

Our stay was great. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed plus more. Our host was very responsive and even proactively accommodating. The pool was so nice to retreat each day and the house is close to the freeway and centrally located in Chandler. We had two dogs with us and it was friendly for them, too. We felt very at home for our 2+ weeks, not like visitors. Thank you for a great stay.

From booking to checkout my family and I were more than satisfied with our stay. Driving with 4 kids ages 7, 4, 3 and 1 as well as a dog. Kevin was always friendly and professional. He provided alot of great information to help with our stay as well as accommodated to our dog which I know he did not have to do. We are truly grateful he did though. Furthermore, the home was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The home was very clean and provided more accommodations than most. The pantry was full of food and drinks as well as spices. Lots of towels which was very nice due to the pool. Being in Phoenix during the month of Jul the pool was my families saving grace. We spent most of our time swimming in the beatiful pool, which Kevin provided all the floats needed. If we were not in the pool we were watching movies on the surround sound. This home has it all. The home is in beautiful Chanler. Chandler is a newly built up town that offers alot of accommodations as well. Only about 15 mins from the new Sea Quest Aquarium and ample amounts of restaurants. Additionally, the neighborhood has many running trails near and around it if your like me and like a morning run. My family and I strongly recommends this home. If we are ever in phoenix again I known my first contact well be Kevin. My kids still talk about the fun they had whIle staying in Phoenix. Thank you Kevin!
