Before I start this is a fabulous rental. There was only one issue which can be immediately remedied. My standards are high and I treat every home as if it were mine. It is left in the same, if not better condition than we I arrive There were 4 of us girls so all bedrooms were occupied our cleaning fee was over $300 (can’t remember exactly) but for that amount, I expect more. Why did I need to strip the beds, and put all Sheets and towels on washing machine? Sorry, their job, not clients. There was only one dirty, used sponge to use for washing dishes, yet all dishes were to be washed. No extra sponge to be had. We bought one. The slipcovers on the couch need to be washed, and ALL bedding blankets and coverlets should be washed between each visit. There were signs this was not done. Although it was “clean” it needs a deep clean, window coverings cleaned and fixed, The owner may not even be aware of this and since it appears this home is OMLY for rental purposes I’m pretty sure he is not. This was my ONLY issue and easily fixable. It’s a great location, the management company is great and you would not regret renting the property. Even with this one negative, we had a blast! At any rate, I would give this a 5 in a heartbeat if those things were addressed.

We had an excellent stay. The communication with Aram and Charley was fantastic. They were very responsive and met all of our needs. The backyard was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, dined outside, and loved the fire pit. The kids had a blast.

Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our time at the house for our mini family getaway. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to many of the PS area favorites. Our favorite part of the house is the salt water pool & spa. Regardless of the time of day, the pool was naturally shaded enough to not have to feel the desert sun on top of you in the summer. As a family, we enjoyed the outside of the family more than inside, we would take advantage of the outdoor space to relax, eat, enjoy the pool, and use the fire pit at night got s’mores. The only issue I had but out of the owners hand is the noise rules. I felt guilty talking to my wife and 7 year old daughter who I overly asked to keep it down while she tried to enjoy her pool time. The notices all over and reminders of the noise ordinances does make you feel like your walking on eggshells but at any rate that would’ve stop me from rebooking this house in the future. Owner and house manager are very responsive and communicate with you quickly.

The property is gorgeous, and the backyard is a perfect private oasis! Great for a quiet weekend getaway. Palm Springs does have a SUPER strict noise policy, so unfortunately no music or loud talking. This would be best for a trip where you unwind and stay very mellow. Aram was very responsive and helpful, and so was Charley the house manager!

We had a great time at the Papagayo House! I went with my parents and boyfriend and our dog. The house is decorated beautifully. The backyard was amazing! 4 different sitting areas - firepit, chaise lounges, couch area and a dining table with straw hit umbrella plus a great pool and jacuzzi. Since we didn’t leave the house due to covid so it was nice to feel like we had lots of options throughout the day and evening. We had groceries delivered and cooked everyday and the kitchen has tons of cooking appliances, pots and pans. Just be careful the hot water in the kitchen gets extremely hot. The only possible critic is the pool tiles need to be scrubbed. Overall it was a fantastic place!!!

Every inch of this house has been carefully redone and decorated. It is a truly beautiful house with a wonderful back yard. Highly recommmended.

Great stay for my family of 4. Well stocked with everything we needed. The noise restrictions weren't an issue and actually it's nice to know that it will be quiet in the evenings. Spa and pool were awesome. Area and neighborhood is very nice. Slight caution to note that the airport is near and there's some noise from planes but not enough to be a problem. Property is well maintained and landscape is beautiful. I'd recommend this property with confidence. Thanks Aram.

We rented this house for a Thanksgiving trip with family friends. The house was very well appointed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The backyard was especially great, and we loved the heated saltwater pool and spa. Check in was easy and convenient. We would definitely come back for another trip.

Great backyard, very warm pool with pool heat. One of the nicest backyards we have ever stayed in. Very nice home, but feel the noise restrictions of the city should be fully disclosed in the listing. This ordinance affects all rentals in Palm Springs. With only 2 of us staying in the home is wasn’t a problem, but being told to whisper in the backyard would impact most visitors. Large groups and families would be significantly affected. There are signs all over the house stressing noise control and penalty for violations. One good part about this was the neighborhood was extremely quiet, like crazy, hear a pin drop quiet. The furnishings of the house are nice, the master shower is a bit tight.

The house was awesome and the backyard is absolutely beautiful!! Had all the amenities. We will be making this an annual trip. Had a great time. Thanks

House was beautiful but the strict no noise rule, cameras in the backyard (NO PRIVACY) was a little too much for us.

This property was as advertised. We booked it with a group of friends for a Memorial Day getaway, and chose it because of the serene backyard, pool, and many outdoor seating areas. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Aram and his property manager, Charley, were very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The indoor/outdoor space was exactly what we were hoping for, and we spent nearly the entire weekend grilling out, lounging by the pool/fire, and relaxing. The property is located in a neighborhood a short drive from the downtown area with restaurants, bars, and shops, which we took advantage of on one day. Really was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to escape city life and enjoy the best of what the desert has to offer. One thing I would note, is that there is a VERY strict noise ordinance in Palm Springs. The penalties are pretty extreme and unlike anything I have heard in other towns. We were outside the entire weekend and had no issues whatsoever, and Aram has a great system for ensuring that you are able to enjoy the property without issue, so this isn't a negative about this property, but I want to mention because if people are considering not just this house but any listing in PS for a party weekend, you may not want to choose this town. It's a place to relax, grill, and have wine by the fire. Thanks Aram for the wonderful experience. We will be back!

This property exceeded our expectations. Well appointed and comfortable. The home is in a quiet and well kept community and close to all attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to our family and friends.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th anniversary at this beautiful house in an excellent neighborhood with family for 4 days. All we needed included, beds comfortable, smart TVs in LR and all bedrooms, very responsive owner who always replied quickly, and backyard to die for. Paid extra for pool to be heated, and well worth it as we all totally enjoyed using the nice, warm salt water pool and spa in mid April. Internet could be faster, but that was a minor issue. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks much Aram for your hospitality.

The backyard was the perfect amount of space and we loved the salt water pool, firepit, and patches of grass! The birds chirping in the very private space made it so relaxing. Thank you!

This home was very clean and functional. The backyard was as awesome as the pictures. The pool and hot tub are exceptional, and the fireplace was a very nice touch for those cool mornings and evenings. The backyard is very private. The house manager Charlie was very helpful and friendly. One suggestion is to have some bikes available to rent since the downtown is close by. Thanks for a fun and relaxing stay.

This house is just about perfect. What an awesome relaxing vacation. Everything was as described in the listing. You want quiet and peaceful? This is it! No noise from neighbors at all. Just what the doctor ordered for a fun, at your own pace, vacation. The backyard of this house is phenomenal—mountain views and a perfect pool and spa. The pool dude has the chemicals just right, the water was crystal clear, and the area was spotless. The inside of the house is nothing but luxury. The kitchen, bathrooms and living room make you feel like a million dollars, and everything was clean—all the way down to the outdoor grills. And did I mention the natural gas fire pit? Just what you need to warm you up on a cool night with a glass of wine in your hand. Communication was awesome—Aram and Charlie take good care of you! A++++++

This property was completely remodeled a couple of years ago. Both the architectural design and decoration of this home are incredible--more incredible even than in the pictures. The exterior spaces are also exceptional. The neighborhood is very quiet, so our stay was very relaxing. Everything is easy to use, including the fire pit and the jacuzzi. Aram and Charley (the property manager) were fantastic. Great communication and caring for their guests. Thank you both very much. We hope to be back again soon.

I just have to say, I am a property manager myself and I can not get over how well maintained this house was with everything! I would definitely come back here, we all loved it all of us who stayed! It was close to everything and the views of the mountains really were inspiring!

We just returned home from a wonderful New Year’s stay. There were six of us and this house is perfect in so many ways every bed was so cozy and every dish we could possibly need for our prepared meals was there. The pool and Jacuzzi were just fabulous you will not be disappointed with this home. Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property we look forward to returning .

Everything works well and is well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Would stay at this place again.
