The cottage was perfect, clean and impeccably maintained. Everything we needed was there and everything from the linens to the beach chairs and beach towels were good quality and like new. The yard and gardens were well manicured and even though it was a 3 home property, we had great privacy. Our host was quick to respond to the one question we had during the week! We will stay there again for sure. We loved it!!!!

2 girlfriends and I stayed here in early June and it was perfect! The cottage is so cute, clean and updated, the check-in process was seamless, and the hosts were immediately reachable when needed. Easily walkable to town. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Great location, beautiful and clean cottage. Outdoor shower was a lovely bonus! Communication with the owners was easy and they were flexible to our changing schedule. 10/10 thanks so much!!!

This property was perfect for a couple. The yard was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had a car and appreciated having a parking spot for the week! Even with a car, we opted to walk to town a few times each day as the walk was both beautiful and quick. This was our favorite rental we’ve stayed in in Nantucket and would recommend this property to anyone! We would love to stay again.

The cottage was exactly as it was advertised. The location is excellent and the garden was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them
The place is very well supplied. My only suggestion would be to get new, better quality pillows for the beds.

Boyers Ally is a gem! It was the perfect space for my family both indoors (where we spent a rainy day) and outdoors enjoying the deck and beautiful yard. We truly felt like we were staying at home having all the amenities needed from being able to cook a meal (fully functional kitchen and grill) or head out for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). The home is beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a central location. Very easy to get into town or go in the other direction for another shopping center that has everything you need. Communication was easy and clear and the home was very clean. We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived we loved this cottage! Gorgeous gardens (the little bunnies were an added treat!), lovely outside deck, private, 12/13 minute walk to town and such nice home decor! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, as well as a beautiful washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have been happier with this property! Oh, and the owner is amazing! Very quick responses, kind and understanding! A 6 out of 5 stars!!

The cottage was neat and clean, had everything you need for a short stay. Walkable to downtown area. The yard was immaculate and filled with flowers, bunnies and birds! Would recommend and would come back.

The photos do not do this lovely cottage justice - it’s just perfect. Modern amenities, whistle clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and stunning outdoor deck and grounds. Interior is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. It is a very easy 15 minute stroll into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Additionally, the owners responded immediately to our queries prior to arrival.

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the Leeward Cottage! It is adorable and convenient. We were able to walk into town, we rented bikes and the cottage was our home base for all our excursions. Had so much fun. Would definitely come back to this location - next time with others to rent the Windward as well!!

Perfect in every way
Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The backyard is a huge extra bonus with beautiful gardens. Outside shower was lovely. The space inside is all you need for a lovely stay on Nantucket, very well appointed, and just well thought out and decorated. Proximity to town is perfect, especially if you have young kids - nice easy walk. My twin 3 year olds were calling it “our ocean house” by the end of the week so we will certainly be back!

This property is perfect for a small group. Very clean, close enough to downtown to walk and the backyard is amazing! The property is small, but perfect for a small group who will mostly be out of the house like we were. Would highly recommend!

Amazing!
We had a wonderful time at the Leeward cottage! It was perfect for our small family - clean, well-maintained and the shared backyard was a game-changer for our dog and 1 year old. The location could not be beat - we were able to walk into town easily! Great communication with Kendra & Phil - would absolutely rent the cottage again.

Charming cottage / Great location
We (one adult with middle-school aged kids) really enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage has all the necessities and a comfortable large deck with outdoor grill, quiet beautifully landscaped yard, and well equipped kitchen. The owners were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is within walkable distance or a short bike ride to the town center. We did not have to use the air conditioner during our stay in middle of June.

Great stay, as always!
This was our second stay and Phil and Kendra’s cottage and it continues to be perfect for our family! Just a short walk to town and ample space for a family of 4! The outdoor shower seems to be my family’s favorite feature but there’s a lot to like about this place and the check-in/check-out process was seamless.

This sweet Nantucket cottage was everything the listing said it was. I would definitely stay at this cottage again. Within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Owners were always quick to respond if we had any questions, which we did.

Amazing week
The location of this property is amazing- walkable to town and bikeable to south beaches or Cisco! It was the perfect size for our family and dog. We loved the years, deck and outdoor shower. Would love to book again!

Wonderful property
We loved the cottage we stayed in. It was very well decorated and clean. Everything you need, from kitchen goods to beach chairs and beach towels. The outdoor shower was great. The deck and outside made the space so inviting.

Great place to stay
This cottage was delightful- clean, bright, airy and well equipped for our short stay. Our only challenge was finding it. We walked from the ferry and it was difficult to find Boyer's Way. Once we were there, all was delightful.

Handy Nantucket cottage
The cottage - it’s small — is nevertheless fully equipped. The bedrooms are tiny but the coat tags is tasteful decorated and , unless you’re planning on spending your vacation inside (why would you), it’s ideal. A 20 min walk/ 5 min bike ride (or less) to town.
