This is a beautiful property. We were lucky enough to meet the owner Jerry when we checked in. He shared the history of the property with us then provided a tour of the house too. The house was spotless. Everything was perfect ! Our only regret is that we didn’t schedule an extra day or two to stay longer and really enjoy the property and scenery as we were in town for a wedding that took up the weekend. If you can , book this VRBO ! You will really enjoy it .

The property was exactly as described. Very peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife. We had 10 adults in our group. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent accomodations. The host was very nice and responded quickly with any questions we had. Our stay was perfect!

My family of 9 adults + 1 teen stayed at this property for 2 nights while having a wedding at nearby Norskadalen. The owner was very kind and met us in person to go over house rules/expectations. The house is incredibly beautiful and the kitchen well-stocked. The beautiful large yard was perfect for yard games. We enjoyed beautiful scenic views from the house. We regret not having time to use the firepit. Our hope is to return next fall to enjoy the colors:)

The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located. The view out the windows was absolutely gorgeous especially at sunset. We heard owls hooting to each other in the hills as we waited for the stars to appear in the evening. Loved being able to cook meals from scratch for our group of 10, and dining at a table large enough for us all! The dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. It was amazing that only a 20 minute drive in various directions took us to all the places we wanted to visit.

My family had a wonderful weekend together, and the house and property was beautiful! We really enjoyed the scenic area too.

We were in town for an event at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which is near the property, and were staying with 4 adults and a dozen children ages 13 and under. The outdoor space was incredible! The kids had so much space to run around! They especially enjoyed being able to fish in the creek. The house was lovely and very comfortable, even for our large group. It is not exactly set up for small children (no crib or high chairs, etc) but as long as you know that then you can bring your own gear and it's not a problem. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals there. The hosts were very attentive, meeting us at the home for check-in and walking us through the house so that we would know where to find everything we needed. They have obviously put a lot of thought into making this property a great place to stay!
