Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops of Carlsbad. A couple of things to note in the property description: 1) Not too sure that 2 inverters (one in each bedroom, but no a/c in the living area) constitute “ state of the art air conditioning” 2) the property and furnishings may have been updated at some point, but not too recently 3) the use of the word “luxury” is a stretch and 4) the “ocean view” is minimal as you mainly look at the back of the hotel to the west.

Clean, bright family condo for a summer beach trip. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

There were many pluses. The property was very clean. The pots and pans were of a higher quality than most rentals I’ve stayed in. The towels were plusher than the usual. Shampoos, body and hand soap, and dish detergent were all provided. The furnished beach equipment was a big bonus. And the beds were very comfortable.We had a few issues that were addressed immediately by management - most responsive host of any property I’ve stayed in. The only negatives would be that while the bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room does not. This necessitates keeping the windows open, and there is alot of street noise and even more noise due to the bar next door - many loud motorcycles stopped at the bar all weekend long and there were multiple trash trucks for the bar, for the hotel next door and for the Property complex on a daily basis.

Great place. It was impeccably clean, check in and out was easy, and the location was great. We would rent again.

I was traveling for the holidays, with my mother and husband. We really enjoyed our stay. A lot of restaurants, shopping and ocean were within walking distance. The condo was clean and adequately stocked. The only downside would have been, the king size bed. It was very uncomfortable. When spending the amount of money we did, I would have expected a better quality bed. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else.

We were in town for a week, and had to extend due to a winter storm. The property manager was really kind and helped us extend our stay over a holiday weekend. The apartment was perfectly clean, really convenient to the beach and village, and very enjoyable.

Beach Palms is an ideal location. Close to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. The ocean view from our apartment was amazing. We loved our early morning & spectacular sunset strolls along the beachside. We were so lucky to see several pods of dolphins swimming just off shore. The apartment was well equipped, but did not have adequate cleaning supplies. Our stay was 16 nights & we had to purchase toilet rolls & wash & change our linens. A mid stay vacuum, dust & restock would have been welcome.

We have stayed at this property several times. It's our go to. Love the location.

We had a great time. The place was clean. There are 4 of us and we wished we had 2 bathrooms but it was overall fine. The bbq and firepit area was good for grilling and smores. It was close to town so we didn't have to drive. I would recommend this place.

We live an hour north and inland from Carlsbad and wanted just a long-weekend getaway. This place was perfect; walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but a quiet spot. Very clean, had what you need for the beach if you don’t want to bring your own stuff. Would highly recommend.

Great location with everything in close walking distance. Stores,Legoland,Zoo, and airport all easy drive.

It’s everything as advertised Clean, well stocked , great location, friendly people, lots to do! We had a lovely time.

We so enjoyed our stay with an ocean view!!! The kitchen was well equipped and immaculate. It was so nice to have the beachchairs and beach towels available as well as a wagon to transport our beach items!! PS. One of the chairs was very rusty and broken. The umbrella was pretty unuseable as well. They probably need to be replaced.

We enjoyed this trip very much! Excellent location, clean place and very helpful and responsive owner/property managers! We had some issues with the TV and streaming, they helped right away! Needed more beach towels and a boogie board they responded right away! We’d stay here again, it was wonderful! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay for 4 nights. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The property is perfectly located. Next to a great restaurant. Very close to beach and town. The property was well stocked. We cooked dinner at the property grilling lamb chops. Great amenities. On our schedule for next year.

Our family of 5 wanted a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. The location of the property was perfect. Just minutes walk or drive to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved it’s distance from the beach!! We definitely hope to make this an annual summer trip. Thank you for being great hosts!!! Highly recommend for couples and families!

Quick easy access to the beach and downtown Carlsbad. Rooms fully stocked. Even supplied all beach day supplies. Amazing facility! Kuddos to the cleaning staff that we saw. They were super nice and we even saw them cleaning the units while we were there and being we are at the tail end of the pandemic there is no doubt in my mind they take it serious the deep cleaned the heck out of the units. Great staff! Great facilities and overall a fantastic stay!

The property was in a great location close to the beach and the Carlsbad Village for food and shopping. The condo was clean and very comfortable with all amenities. I would love to stay at this location again. Parking is a bit tight but will fit a car or small to mid size SUV.
