Literally half a block from the beach! I will add the living room furniture all needs to be changed. No comfortable seating and the sofa bed was basically broken and stained. Also, there is little to no insulation above, so you hear every sound the renters make upstairs.

Overall happy with the property, able to accommodate 4 of us comfortably, parking was convenient

Nice property, BUT….very noisy upstairs neighbors with toddlers running up and down the hallways at 5 Am. Neighbor would not respond to our knocks at the door to try to ask to be quiet.

Clean, nice, and safe neighborhood. Right across the street from the beach, and walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great experience! Great property! Unfortunately the people staying above us were so loud, stomping around, dribbling a ball at night. But this was not the owners fault.

The place was great! Everything was clean, the place was modern with a great kitchen. The kitchen had everything in it you would need and more. Walking distance to Carlsbad Village and the beach.

The condo was nice, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The entire process from beginning to end was easy. We really enjoy the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We'll definitely stay there again.

This was our third year staying in this rental. Great location. Very clean. Has everything you need. My only issue was that this particular unit has an odd parking space near the courtyard. It’s fine for a compact car, but was difficult to maneuver my small SUV into. Will definitely stay again, just in a different unit.

Fantastic apartment. This is the second time we stayed here. Nice, clean and beautifully decorated. A 5 min walk to restaurants. Stairs are located 100 feet away to the beach. The umbrellas were all broken, but thats ok. There was a group of obnoxious partiers the first night, located next door to us and a younger couple with an infant. But they toned it down. I didn’t take off any points for that.

Rendezvoused with our adult son for a small Thanksgiving “bubble”. Great location and facilities. Common area is uncommonly nice.

The property was great! The bad part was that VRBO double booked us in a different unit then refunded our money without a message or notice. We were scrambling to find another place the night before we left. We were fortunate to find this condo and Lilly was great! I would recommend this unit but NOT VRBO!!!

Very clean. Right across 101 from the beach with easy access. Corner unit with a view of the ocean and great breakfast nook. Very nice place.

This property is small but very clean and right across from the beach. We booked the property for its reasonable rate and its close proximity to Legoland (5 min drive). As we visited in January, it was too cold to enjoy the beach but in the warmer months guests will find that it's conveniently across the street. The condo has upgraded everything and we found it very comfortable for two adults and two children. The electronic key pad makes it very convenient to get in and out (instead of an actual key) and it's within 2-3 blocks of restaurants. We did have a small issue with the heater not working but the property manager was able to come in on our last night and reset it for us. As we were only there for two nights and didn't notify them about the heat until after the first night, she was there pretty promptly to fix it. While not a reflection on the condo at all because it was very nice, the parking situation for Unit 1 at this property is a challenge. We arrived after dark and had a hard time locating it. Unlike the rest of the units where parking is located in the back, the one stall parking for Unit 1 is located next to the gate that leads to the courtyard. Specifically when you turn into the long drive of the property, the gate is located half way down the drive and unless you can parallel park you will not be able to use it. We were able to barely fit our small SUV in this space but anything larger than that will not fit. You'll need to park on the street. Overall it was a great place! It served our needs for our short stay and we enjoyed it! I'd recommend to others!

The property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Parking for unit 1 is not covered and a bit tight to get in and out. The kitchen was well stocked. I ordered groceries online from Walmart that is just up the road in Oceanside-about 10 mins. It was great to pick those up and not have to waste time grocery shopping. The waves at the beach are a bit more violent than other beaches in California so be careful-my 11 year old ended up on crutches. Overall we loved the condo and the location. We will be back!

The only drawback was Co was our above neighbors were horrible. We heard everything. Moving furniture, walking, dropping things until midnight. I would recommend only staying on the upper levels. Lastly, unit 1 parking is made for a small car. No SUV or truck is fitting there. In a good note, clean and nice facilities. The owners are great!!

We were a family of five and this condo unit was great in many ways. Location to beach and restaurants, fire pit common area to hangout with friends, and owners very quick to respond! Highly recommend! If I had to give constructive criticism it would be that when we used the pullout bed the first time for our son, a couple of tortilla chips were there and on floor and we had to clean itit was understandable for us because we have three kids! But, for future have the cleaning crew check the pullout.

This is a great location. The beds are good. Great access to the beach. Beach toys are included. A warm rinse off shower is right outside the front door of the room. The kitchen includes all necessities. The only issues is the parking for unit 1 is very tight, we could use more towels for 4 people, and the living room furniture is worn out. . All in all a great place to stay. We will be back.

What a lovely place to stay. Very clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed amazing sunsets at the beach across the street, and we had such a great time playing with the kids on the beach. Half hour ride to San Diego. And Legoland, around the corner, was a big highlight. Also a quick ride to La Jolla, where we saw seals, nesting cormorants and a baby whale. Also recommend a sunset dinner at Cordiano Winery in the mountains, minus kids.

Having visited Carlsbad every year for 20 years and always staying in a hotel we decided to try a condo rental as we had friends staying with us. This location was perfect for our needs. One block from the beach and easy walking distance from the village where there are gorgeous shops, bars and restaurants. The condo provides a cool bag, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels - everything you need for a perfect beach day. Excellent facilities in and outside of the condo. Two very small negatives were that for us it would have been better to have had two double beds (rather than one double and two singles) and the parking space for this condo is not really suitable for a large SUV but we parked on the road outside. Would recommend if you are visiting Carlsbad.

Great for a family of 4! Had chairs, boogie boards and umbrella in the outdoor rattan box assigned to the unit. Across the street from beach access. Restaurants in walking distance.

I cant say enough the location was amazing my family and i were just blown away it was everything we could have asked for and more we had a little trouble logging into the wifi i sent a message to the owners and they reached out to me within the hour the property was so nice it was within walking distance of everything in carlsbad

This was a great vacation rental. The condo as well as the grounds were very clean and well taken care of. I was here with my family (husband and 2 small children) easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again.

In one word: fantastic! Very nice and well equipped apartment! Really close to the beach (like 50 footsteps away). All you need is there: beachchairs, umbrella's and even some beachtoys. Beds and pillows are very nice, a big plus! Really recommend the Beach Palms if you're looking for a nice place to stay!
