We loved everything!

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. The location was great. It had everything we could possibly need. The elevator was a great thing to have not only for bringing our luggage in, but it made grocery shopping super easy too! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

We have stayed at this location several times. Unfortunately we were unable to make the trip in 2022 and we realized how much we missed this trip. The owners are amazing caring people and this is a top notch rental. The boat slip was very convenient and the marina personnel very friendly. The location is perfect to access the many shops and restaurants. It's close to Paradise!!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week to celebrate my birthday. The weather was perfect and the condo was everything and more than we expected. Cindy has thought of everything and was available for any questions we had. She even text to let us know we could check in a little early since the unit was ready. Loved the hot tub and the roof deck. Great place to see some fantastic sunsets. We will let others know about this gem in Marathon and hopefully we can come back.

Great property location in the middle keys easily accessible to restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Fantastic communication by the property owner before, during, and after the stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a Christmas tree and decorations set up for us during the holiday stay. Nice touch!!

Beautiful complex with brick drive, first floor parking, private pool, private gulfside dock, great location in center of Marathon and superb communications with the owners! We will be back!

Such a lovely house to stay in. Very clean and well stocked. Good location. It’s private and in a secure neighborhood. Cindy was a wonderful host and quick to respond when we had questions. The elevator made it nice. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a well maintained, clean and beautiful villa. Cindy and Bob are amazing hosts and attentive. We loved all of the outdoor spaces this Villa offered and we used them all. The community pool is a great bonus that we enjoyed.

This property was perfect for me and my family. It was everything we needed and more. The dock was my husbands and son's favorite as they fished every day off of it. The view on the rooftop was gorgeous!! The location was perfect for our little family as well. Cindy was wonderful to work with. Any questions we had she answered right away. She even left my high school graduate and our birthday girl a little treat when we arrived! I will definitely be back to stay in this little piece of heaven!!

This place is great. Right on the water with a swimming pool for the kids. Owner was really nice and communicated if we needed anything and really helped with our trip.

This property is exactly as described. We had a wonderful time. We travelled with our adult sons and the home is set up in a way that gave us all privacy as well as spaces for us to gather together. It is a great location, beautiful views and just a few miles from a pretty beach -Sombrero beach. The hot tub was a great plus. Communication with Cindy was excellent She was a great host. Would highly recommend renting.

Wonderful place with breathtaking views from the rooftop. Cindy was awesome stayed in touch responded quickly and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend and look forward to hopefully staying there again

We traveled with 6 people, 4 adults and two 17 y/o HS students and we all had a great time! Home is beautiful, views are breath taking and the location was perfect between Key Largo and Key West. We would all highly recommend staying at this home and traveling in the Keys.

This house met our needs perfectly for family of 5. We traveled with our 3 adult children (18, 22, 23). Enough space to move around, comfy living room area where we could all sit and watch a movie at night or play games at the dining table and enjoy a few cocktails. Enjoyed the hot tub each night. Enjoyed a rooftop sunset twice. Rooftop would be awesome area if we were there during a less windy time. Couldn't really enjoy the rooftop as we hoped but that's because of March wind not the property. Easy access on northern end of Marathon, nice it was gated so no traffic that shouldn't be there.

This place is just perfect. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and treated it as our home away from home. The house has every amenity and we thoroughly took advantage of it. Cindy made us feel right at home. The bed was extremely comfortable the kitchen had everything. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had our dog with us so the elevator was helpful for her. We have already planned our trip for next year.

Incredibly tranquil oasis from regular life. Everything you need and very helpful hosts. We couldn’t have felt more at home.

We loved this property from the minute we drove in. Having the elevator first of all with the luggage was a big plus, again with the groceries. While putting our food away we were surprised with a bottle of champagne with chilled glasses in the fridge. Going up too was amazing. The view was exactly what we needed. We only had to contact the owners once with a small issue to which they fixed right away. The hot tub was great, especially with the one rainy day we had. It really just had everything we needed and wanted. Would recommend!

Thank you Cindy for such an amazing stay! Our family of 6 which consisted of adults, my elderly mom, 2 teenage boys and a child all adored our 2 week stay in this vacation home. The home is layed out in a way that gave everyone privacy but still allowed lots of common space to enjoy time together. Cindy is an amazing host who made us feel at home even before our stay started. Here are some of our favorite parts of the home: -The location- Right near the water and we were able to explore both directions of the keys at our leisure -The roof deck- What a view! We loved having coffee on the roof deck and watching lightning dispays over the water every night. Such a memory. -The elevator. It was a lifesaver for my elderly mom to help her access the home, and was super helpful to get groceries up to the kitchen. -The dock. Even after a full day of fishing, my sons would continue to fish from the dock late into the evening. The bait freezer downstairs was awesome. Great bait shop right next door. We had a wonderful vacation and this home was a big part of it. Hope to come back someday!

The place is beautiful and clean, safe to stay since it’s a gated community. The host is nice and respond easily. Plenty of activities to do but not enough time.

We loved the property and all the convenient aspects of the location and the house. The elevator is a big plus. The views were outstanding. Cindy was very attentive and a superb host. The quality of the beds was a huge plus! We actually photographed the name brand to buy one ourselves. The dock was fun to fish off of and the pool was a pleasant cool dip. The hot tub was popular and cooking outside in the shade was really enjoyable. Safe and secure community!!!

Cindy had great hospitality and communication every step of the way, before, during, and after our visit. The rooftop was a great way to spend some of the evening after the hot sun had gone down. It felt like a home away from home. We would love to go back someday!

It was a great place to start Cindy was very helpful and already had everything you need just to show up and enjoy your vacation. Place has amazing views and the kids loved the swimming pool.

Location was perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. Lots of fishing off the dock and much time spent in the hot tub at night. Wonderful neighborhood- very safe! Best vacation house I’ve ever rented. If you’re staying in Marathon, you should stay here. The decorations, amenities, and the hostess were top notch. It was all the little touches throughout the house that really sets this house apart from the others including the champagne in the fridge and the sugar for coffee and tea. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ What a wonderful vacation!!

Last year when we were leaving after our 3-week stay, the pandemic was just heating up. There was a road block not letting anyone in the Keys who didn't live there or own property. The restaurants were take-out only and people were being told to leave. When we returned this year we found everything close to normal. Our vacation was spectacular and we were able to do everything we wanted to. Our host Cindy is top notch. We use VRBO quite frequently and she is one of the best owners we have dealt with. She maintains an excellent property and our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. It is a wonderful site for a vacation!!

There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a bait shop right around the corner. We loved Island Fish company, Havana Jacks and Sparky’sWe had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!
