This was our second time staying here. Absolutely love all the comforts and convenience the hosts offer. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need from serving plates, utensils, appliances, mugs/cups/glasses, teas, spices, etc. Both times we’ve stayed here we cooked meals for breakfast and dinner all week long and neither time did we ever feel like we lacked anything or needed to run to the store for stuff. Heck, they even had Tupperware for leftovers and clips for chip bags! It’s so convenient to be at a vacation home but still have all the things you’d have at home. As always, our favorite things about this cabin is the huge gated yard for our dog and the little slope behind the house for simple sledding. We used the hot tub this time and found it to be clean and comfortable. Lastly, the communication from the hosts was amazing. He was available via text message and email and is very responsive and friendly. The welcome email you receive is extremely detailed but there’s so many helpful tips and reminders. The hosts really want to make sure you have a worry free stay which is very much appreciated. From having a huge variety of board games, books, DVDs, TVs set up with streaming apps, etc you really will have everything you need if you stay here. It’s why this is one of the places we always look for/check for availability when we come to Tahoe.

We loved staying at this cute cabin in Tahoe. It was the perfect place to unwind and was close to everything in South Lake. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook and we were able to cook almost every meal there. The instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. Thanks again for everything!

The house had everything we needed, neighborhood was perfect for our family with a dog. Fenced backyard a plus and the fire trail down at the end of the road was perfect for walking the dog. It snowed while we there and we were able to use sleds provided down the hill outside the backyard fence.

Our stay here was amazing! Frank & Linda were very good with communication. And the house was perfect! It was clean and very pet friendly! Will stay here again!

Traveled with my husband, my two teen age boys and two small dogs. The home was very spacious and we did not use the downstairs bedroom. We also did not use the jacuzzi but we appreciated having one. The home was equipped with every kitchen appliance and condiments that you would need or want to cook a meal. We also made use of the dog crate that was available which saved us from having to bring our own. Thank you! We enjoyed the house and neighborhood.

This was an absolute GEM in every aspect. The owner was responsive and accommodating making the booking/registration seamless. The rental and property were perfect. Location is just a short drive into town for any needs, but far enough away in a quiet neighborhood so you actually feel like your in the mountains. Amazing grounds for the kiddos to play (that sledding hill out back is a bonus plus plus!!!). The interior was exceptionally clean and has EVERYTHING you need. Frank & Linda spared no expense and didn't miss a step to equip and prepare this rental. Every amenity is included, beds are high quality and were more comfortable than mine at home..... even the toilet tissue is of high quality thick and soft, not the usual thin tissue type from cheap bulk box stores! If you're looking into rentals, save yourself some time and look no further... you've found THE ONE.... book it now!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tahoe. The location is excellent (situated in a quiet neighborhood) and within a 5-10 minutes to most things in Tahoe. The home is well equipped with most things you would need to be comfortable for a week or more. Communication with the host was excellent. Any issues (questions) were always immediately answered. I would recommend this property

Dog friendly stay and vacation.

We loved our stay at Casa Tahoe. We came into town with some friends to run the Tahoe Half Marathon. The house was great for our 5 person group, plenty of space and all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. On top of that, the host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We had a little issue when we got here and the cleaners hadn’t come from the last guests. Within minutes we got a reply from Frank to remedy the issue and without asking, he refunded part of our fee to make up for it. We would love to return!

I never got in the hot tub, but everybody else did, especially my wife who never missed a day! Other highlights were the nesting Blue Jays on top of the window box. what a sweet nesting deal for them. Big comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and conveniently close to everything Tahoe. Oh, one last thing; Our host actually promptly answer our texts!

Beautiful neighborhood with close driving access to all things SLT has to offer. The home is well stocked and we appreciated the roominess of the facility. Home was quiet inside. Nice to have multiple bathrooms. Bonus was having a garage space especially when the hail started to come down. Hosts were very communicative through the whole process and we appreciated it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when back in the area!

We stayed here with 6 people for a long weekend. Everything was clean and comfy! Close to South Lake Tahoe and hiking trails. We like to cook our own meals, so we loved the fully equipped kitchen, really everything you need is there, and more… very easy communication with the owner. Very good instructions. Recommend it!!

Can’t say enough good things about Casa Tahoe. We are repeat guests and plan to visit again this fall. Frank, the owner, is always responsive and helpful. Had a minor issue with the dishwasher and he quickly sent someone out to fix it. He even replied to my inquiry about the great pet friendly flooring in the house. The home is always clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The fenced yard is so convenient for our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors on either side. The location is convenient. We vacation in Tahoe every year with our dog and this home is one of the best pet friendly homes we have rented.

This comfortable well-furnished bungalow provided everything we needed for a family get-together, from sleds for the snowy slopes out the back to baking supplies and equipment for cookie-making plus a large selection of games and videos. Very well-equipped and well maintained, the house had plenty of room for two couples plus two kids.

The kids and I have been coming here for years! It's the perfect snow playground!

Very nicely appointed home. The house had tons of amenities, the beds were comfortable, and we were close to Heavenly as well as stateline stores and restaurants. Hope to visit again in the summer!

Awesome location great spacious property

Owners are really wonderful and this cabin is a gem. Perfect location tucked away in South Tahoe but still easy access to anything you would want. Great sledding hill in the backyard if you have children or teens.

The property is great at a convenient location. The house is very spacious and accessible to ski resorts ( Heavenly, Sierra), tubing, snowmobile, and so many activities. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. We really enjoyed the house after our all-day activities. The neighborhood was beautiful for us to walk our dog. There is a short trail at the end of the street, which is perfect for a morning walk. The beds were so comfortable! Most importantly, Frank was very responsive to texts. He immediately responded and was very helpful. This is a great place for a family vacation, we will definitely go back to this place for sure.
