Lovely place, great view and location. Everyone was quick to response and very nice.

The property itself is very clean and beautifully tended to both indoors and outdoors. The air conditioning made it extremely comfortable and loved the sunsets from our balcony.

Perfect in every way. Location, amenities, host- this is the ideal rental. Located in walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and the beach- this is a tranquil paradise. We would not hesitate to rent again or recommend to friends

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

The property was far better than described… the views were breathtaking, the amenities met every need, and the hostess was more than gracious. Everything was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here! Also watching the turtles brought us so much happiness!!! Thank you for having us! :)

This is the second time we have stayed. It is a great location. Has great views and close to many restaurants. We walked 5 miles everyday just around the condo. Walked to the blow hole, Walked to stores, walked to restaurants. Even though rented a car we didn’t need to use it much. The condo is well stocked and has surf boards, rafts etc. will stay here again.

Views from this property are stunning from all living areas and master bedroom. We enjoyed watching the turtles right in front of the complex. Unit was well stocked and host communication was easy. We canceled a “luxury” resort reservation to book this unit when it became available and were so pleased we did! We look forward to staying here again.

This building has the best location looking right at a cove full of turtles, and in our case this trip whales, as well as having only six units giving a very quiet, private feel. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want and is fully stocked with all the beach things you might need. Cynthia was fantastic and the property is well maintained and very clean. I will be back!!!

We had such a great time here! The property is immaculate and the condo itself we found to be the same! There is absolutely everything you could possibly need!! From the kitchen to extras like lotions, sunscreens, first aid kits and of course all you need for the beach! Which got alot of use! But our favorite part was the view! Everyday straight out from the condo we saw sea turtles and a couple times whales and dolphins and then there's the sunsets! Beautiful! We will definitely try to come back! Thank you Cynthia!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo surrounded by palm trees and Poipu beach. Lovely sunsets, views of dolphins whales and turtles from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and sandy beaches. Pool and bbq area were a huge plus. Everything we expected it to be. The host, Cynthia, was great with communication and was readily available if needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable condo in a great location with incredible views! The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, time at the beach etc. Cynthia is very good with communication and she was fairly quick to respond to issues that unfolded ie the pull out bed not keeping air and then coming up with solutions. There is information in the condo and as well Cynthia gave us lots of suggestions that were very helpful in planning our adventures on Kauai . Thank you Cynthia for all your help and understanding with everything and we are looking forward to our next stay at Alihi Lani 5!

This property has a incredible view of the ocean. We so enjoyed the lanai and listening to the waves. Our adult children enjoyed snorkeling nearby and the variety of nearby eating locations. We did cook most meals and the kitchen was very equipped.

Property had everything you could want for a day at the beach or just watching the dolphins on the lanai. We love this place and would definitely return.

Situated along the coast, this nice little condohas everything you need to set base and enjoy all Kauaihas to offer. Pack light as this condo is well stocked with just about everything you need. Home away from home, but in Kauai.

We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Amazing ocean views, lovely pool and terrific location. We were surprised that the master bedroom had an accordion door so it wasn’t soundproof but it was fine for our family.

It was a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The views were amazing from the large balcony. It not only had wonderful views and many locals came to watch the sunsets. That was enjoyable. Close walking distance to some good restaurants.

I was shocked. Every time I looked for something it was there. Fron very high quality kitchen supplies to outdoor equipment. No rusty, old, cheap anything. Even the bathrooms were fully stocked with the. I felt welcome and respected. Appreciated finding condiments in cupboard and fridge. Property is close to several lovely restaurants. Very convenient. We'd love to stay again.

Amazing condo with 180 degree ocean views in Poipu. Green turtles hang out in the water all day. Saw a pod of dolphins come through as well. Short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach or to many local restaurants and shops. The condo is appointed with everything you might want. We love to cook and the condo was stocked with everything you may need. So many nice touches throughout. Almost as if someone thought of what you might want and put it there (ok - Cynthia - a great host did)!

The location is perfect to walk anywhere - we walked to get morning coffee and acai bowls (highly recommend Little Fish and Anake's juice bar!), walked to snorkling, walked to jump waves, walked to shop, etc. We had a car for exploring further and were happy to use it for a grocery store run, to explore the canyon and to spend a day with a dog from the humane society (super sweet - thank you for recommending this, Cynthia!). Highly recommend this property!

Nice place

With so many places to pick from in Poipu - it was a hands down leader. Many of the rentals are part of big developments- this was a 6 unit building literally across the street from the water and full sunset views. The pool was perfect size and well maintained. Inside the unit was comfortable and kept in great shape. We felt very connected with the unit and it’s owner. The owner was super-responsive to any of our inquiries or minor repair issues - more to let her know so they can be added to the normal maintenance list. We rarely go back to the same location twice - I’m more than sure this will be an exception
