Very happy with this home and location. Very peaceful.

Perfect fit for 5 guys that made a trip to golf. We spent hours on the deck laughing and making memories. The house was close to the golf courses and to restaurants. Would highly recommend

12th annual guys fantasy football weekend and this accommodation couldn’t have been better! Very, very spacious living quarters and tons of outdoor space. The pool was perfect on a hot summer day and even taking swims in the Biloxi River was nice. Patricia is top notch and makes sure everything is covered. We will definitely be booking again!

This home is the best family stay. The home was very clean, very roomy home. There is so many things to do swimming in a clean, sparkling in ground pool, lounge chairs (so comfortable), fishing, pool table, fooseball, etc. I just want to Thank Patricia for having us at your beautiful home.. We made so many funny memories.

My family recently stayed at this property and we are very impressed! The owner was always available and answered all my questions even during our stay. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for a party of 10 people. We really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and access to the river for fishing and boating. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a trip to Gulfport. You will not be disappointed!

We booked the house for our annual youth trip. We have a small youth group and generally pick an area to explore and do a Bible study with it. The layout of the house was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. The bunk beds held all the boys on the trip, the living room was spacious enough for our bible study, the long dining table was perfect for family style dinners and for munching on a mess of crawfish! The kids enjoyed the river access, pool, Foosball table, and pool table. Check in and check out is the smoothest I've ever experienced. Patricia is a host that really has it all together. Will definitely be booking future trips here.

Storms hit and water was everywhere. Flooded everything. We ended up leaving early

It was: clean, great location, serviced us well. This is not a 5 star resort, but we got treated like it was. Maintenance crew and administration were top notch. Well furnished kitchen, needs more dishes and bowls for those who want to cook Meals.

Loved the activities available (foosball, swimming, cornhole, pool, games) Didn't turn on tv one time. However the pool table needs upgrading and the 8 ball was missing but we still made do. Will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend away and it felt like we were at home. The house was very comfortable for our group and everyone enjoyed all the little extra activities the house had.

Cleaners needed to do a thorough clean closer to actual stay. The air vents and ducts were dusty and house had a lot of moisture because the house was sitting for 3 weeks prior. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced from weather/rusting. The pool table and foozball tables were dirty and rusty making them unusable. We enjoyed the lake view and the large kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens but a lot of the linens were old and dirty. The living room space was pretty dirty as well. We were grateful for the plentiful washers and dryers. It took us a while to find the outside trash can. The back stairs were filthy. Also the pool was relaxing but needs to be cleaned at the bottom for debris/leaves/rocks. We were swim shoes to avoid gravel at the bottom. Our stay was interrupted by a cat that lived underneath the house. It was begging for food all day and would come out anytime we were outside. It was difficult navigating that with my small dog. They almost got into fights several times because the cat would constantly approach us.
