Stay was exactly as listed. Clean and comfortable. Make sure you read reviews. Thurs Fri sat music plays til 3am so if you go to bed early not the place for you. We enjoyed staying here for cma fest. You don’t get in til about 1230-1am anyway and then just had a dance party til 3. lol. . Perfect location to enjoy downtown Nashville!!!

Great location right on Broadway. Can be a little noisy, but that is expected for the area. Plenty of room for all of us.

Host is very responsive and helpful!!!! Place is set up nicely. Fun decor, lots of room, clean. Great access to all the music venues. The benefit of this place is the location without question. While parking is remote, you can drop off and pick up easily for luggage etc. Caution- be ready for the much noise as there is a suite above you and you hear them walking and talking AND Bands and DJs below. Music is very loud and all day as you can imagine being above the bar…

Great spot to stay for a big weekend with pals. Definitely LOUD nearly 24/7 on the weekend as you are above a bar on Broadway. If an elite home base for a weekend of partying is what you're after, this is it. Never stayed anywhere quite like it!

Location is amazing, this place has everything you need for pitstops between the bars. It may be loud at night but that is just a reminder that you should be out having a good time too!

Right in the middle of it all. Walk to everything, including Nissan Stadium. The most comfortable beds of any rental I have stayed at. You do here the music from 10 a.m. until about 2:30 a.m. but that didn't bother us at all. The entrance is inside the bar and was no problem. You just let them know you are staying in the loft and you go right to the elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

Can’t get any better than this location for a stay, driving or car service not necessary thats how perfect the location was. We had 12 people for our stay and it was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and fast response when I had questions. I would recommend staying here and would book again in the future

We really did have the best time ever at this VRBO rental. It was in the most perfect location right on Broadway. If you’re looking to stay out late and not worry about Ubers, this is the place to stay!

We are from Nashville, and this was the perfect location for what we needed. Convenient to everything the place was spacious. Clean comfortable exactly what we were looking for 10 out of 10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Host was perfect. Our stay was amazing start to finish! The communication was fantastic! The accommodations were outstanding! Our flight was very early and our large party of 17 was allowed to check in hours early and we had a late flight out the last day we were able to stay no questions asked! The place is located in the middle of everything which is great didn’t have to Uber around all over. The place was very clean when we checked in and is well maintained! Overall I rate my experience nothing short of amazing!

Group of young ladies enjoying Nashville. Wonderful time. They actually stayed at the bar below us a lot of the time. Band on one floor, DJ on the next. Very safe for them as well.

The location could not be better! We had 11 women in our party and we had more than enough room to spread out. The two full bathrooms were such a plus! I would highly recommend staying here!

BEST LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE HEART OF NASHVILLE! WE WENT TO A CONCERT AT BRIDGESTONE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. JUST KNOW THAT IT'S VERY, VERY LOUD HERE. AS IN YOUR BED AND WALLS WILL VIBRATE UNTIL 3:00 AM. NO FAN OR NOISE APP WILL HELP BUT YOU GENERALLY AREN'T HERE TO SLEEP!

Betsy was hands down amazing to work with, it made the experience that much better. Unit held all 13 of us perfectly. Overall this place is amazing and we will all stay here again.

We had a bachelorette party with 13 girls and had the BEST stay! Betsy could not have been a better host to communicate with, she was helpful with store suggestions and accommodated for early check in and late check out. If you’re coming to Nashville to party then this is your place, the noise didn’t bother us. Would definitely book here again! Thank you Betsy 😊

Lofts are in the perfect location. Museums and Music Row Happy Hour are all within walking distance for day activities. Plenty of live music all around you at night. We had a great time.

It was Awesome! We had all girls ages 21-65 and had a blast. Yes, music plays all the time but that is what we were there for. Location is phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to be if you want to be in the middle of all the music!!!! It is above a bar and another loft is above, so it is loud all day and night. Bring noise canceling earphones or ear buds to drown out the noise when sleeping.
The beds were so comfortable, and Showers were gorgeous!!

The apartment was located in the center of the district. The host was great to communicate with and the apartment was clean. One thing that you must be ok with is the music from the bar downstairs that is playing till 2-3am. And no, the ear plugs will not help :)

You can’t beat this location as you’re in the heart of Broadway. We’ve stayed lots of places and this is by far one of the coolest. Music is going to be heard and played until about 3 am so you need to be ok with that. We brought ear plugs and never missed a beat. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a great spot! You literally trip onto Broadway. That said, if you are looking for a quiet stay you should probably look elsewhere. This is a perfect spot for bachelor and bachelorette parties or guys and girls trips.

This place is great location but absolutely noisy. Bring earplugs or stay out until bar closes or be prepared to stay awake until after 3am. Other than that it is a great place to stay. If you know that going in it will be great.

This VRBO was perfect for 10 of us during our bachelor party trip. Location is 10/10 if you’re looking to go out on Broadway for the majority of your trip.
Betsy couldn’t have been nicer. She let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost when our flight arrived early, and was delayed departing.
It is extremely loud from the band downstairs but not a huge deal considering we were all out until 2am anyways.
Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in Nashville to party.

We had a great time at this property. You can’t beat the location. There are 14 bed spots. 6 queens and 2 twins, a pull out couch, and large sectional so plan accordingly. Bring earplugs for noise. The bar below is pretty loud from about 10 am-3 am. Overall it was a great stay for our large bachelorette party.

Great location with minor issues that were resolved right away. We felt safe and secure. It is loud at night, but we read other reviews and knew this would be the case. We have no other complaints and think this was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette party.
