This is a very convenient location and Sartini is an exceptional host. We enjoyed our two week stay and plan on returning next year.

Definitely recommend this place if you need accommodations that are close to the beach. They are wonderful and accommodating. The place is very comfortable.

Sartini and Rose were very responsive and anything that we needed was addressed almost immediately. Rose even went above and beyone to inform us about a really fun local event taking place that ended up being a really fun time indeed. Unit is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Palm Beach and the mall area. Would definitely stay again if I return to Aruba!!

Second time in this building. First time in#1 Which was a much better experience than prior unit, everything was great very helpful with any questions and connections to taxis food outlets bars etc pool was as lovely as we remembered 10 out of 10

Las Islas #1 is amazing. It’s beautiful, well appointed, had everything we needed plus some! The location is ideal, especially if you do not intend to rent a car. Quick walk to the beach, many many restaurants and plenty of shopping. Every need we had was quickly addressed by Sartini and she was very attentive and easy to work with. We were a party of six and all agreed that we would stay in this unit again and rent from Sartini again! (As I read in other reviews, yes there is construction. Aruba is continuing to grow. But that had absolutely nothing to do with our unit or our host- which were both fantastic!)

The location of this 3-bedroom condo was great - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Palm Beach. Sartini was awesome. She was available and helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 for the neighborhood was that there was construction going on right behind the building that started very early each morning. I am sure that it will be finished in a few months. Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Construction starting at 4:30am everyday. Sheets that didn’t fit with holes in all of them Roaches, host asked us to get the poison and take care of them ourselves. Beach chairs that were camping chairs very uncomfortable. Washer/dryer in unit asked not to use. Use the one across the parking lot in a building by the entrance gate. Beach cooler was actually a cooler that took up the entire truck of car. Repair men coming into unit without being notified. Coffee grinds left from previous guests in coffee pot. Asked for more wash cloths request was ignored only one per person for 2 weeks! Unit was not cleaned. 12 cup coffee maker that was not working replace with a 4 cup. Bird mess on living room floor never cleaned up. When asking about dumpster being emptied (per previous tenants review ) told only one day a week! Untrue at least 3 times if not more often at 3 am. Also 2 dumpsters right next to the unit being emptied. 3 flat screens. Only the one in the living room had cable! When contacting the host on the 2nd day was told “you are going to give me a bad review so I don’t need to do anything”. My reply we still have 13 days. Please be aware this unit #1 IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 daughters for about 2 weeks. We rented a car to see all of the island but the property was within walking distance to so much! The big kids loved walking to Eduardo’s for Açaí bowls in the morning and then hanging out at the beach. Sartini was super helpful and did a wonderful job of checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. The house met all of our needs. We loved the artwork/pictures of Aruba on the walls!

Sartini our host was very accommodating. Every time we reached out she replied right away. The condo was clean and very private. The guests were very nice. I would like to suggest that the parking lot across from the condos or the area in the back invest in some lights because it's pretty dark at night when coming back from the strip.

If I could give 10 stars to the Sartini, the Property Manager/Concierge, I would. The communication about the property was top notch right from the time that I booked. The condo was sparkling clean, contained everything we needed to cook and hang out either at the pool on the property, or at the beach. The beach, restaurants, all the shops, and the high rise hotels are a 2 minute walk away. Bed was comfy, showers were hot, plenty of closet space, nice balcony off the master suite, and nice patio with outdoor table and chairs to relax, read, and sip coffee in the morning. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler were readily available. Pool floaties too! No question I would stay at this property again. If I HAD to identify any areas for improvement about the condo (and I really had to think hard about this), there were no flat sheets on the beds. This seems to be a European thing, and wasn't a major problem for me, but I get hot at night and I hate covering up with a comfortor only. It would aslo be helpful if there was a folder containing basic instructions for the house (ex: how to use the appliances, A/C units, and how to lock/unlock the doors and such). Sartini ensured that we had all of this info, but having it in written form at the condo would be helpful too. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for a small group, or for a family with kids. It would comfortably sleep Mom, Dad, and 3 or 4 kids. Thank you to Sartini for making this stay great

Management and Cleanliness were fantastic. The unit looked nicely decorated but after that it needs a lot of work.Front door was damaged and hard to close. liitle creatures getting in under the door.. TV's were not working and had to call Rose to come and turn on the one on the 1st floor. All other TV's in bedrooms did not work.A shortage of electrical outlets in many of the rooms especially the bathroom on 1st floor.Very poor lighting in all bathrooms except on the 1st floor and we couldn't use that one cuz no outlets.Poor lighting also in the kitchen area.Bathrooms were very bad and No Shower doors or curtains.Ran out of toilet paper on day 5No soap or other necessitiesGood air conditioners in bedrooms.Overall a nice place with a bad view and garbage trucks going by every morning between 6-8 dropping of their garbage in the one dumpster in alley.I would suggest they fix up the place if they intend to get any Repeat Renters.Also very low water pressure and Hot/Cold water hard to control.Would like to thank Rose and Sartini for all of their help as they were Fantastic Management teamThanks

This was our second family vacation to Aruba and second time staying at Las Islas Condominiums. This time around we enjoyed ourselves and stay even more. To begin, our host was wonderful from beginning to end. She is truly a super host and will make sure that you are taken care of throughout your stay. She even assisted us with reserving a rental car prior to our arrival which was one less thing that we had to worry. In addition, she even checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was fine which we greatly appreciated. The condo unit was very clean and provided everything that we needed. It is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping (as described in the listing). However, to fully experience Aruba and all it has to offer, I highly recommend renting a vehicle as the island is very easy to navigate. There were some minor things in the condo that we noticed could use repair that we immediately reported but they were not things that detracted from our stay in any way. Our stay at this condo was GREAT! Thank you Sartini for the wonderful and comfortable experience!

Modern, clean unit. 10 min walk to beach and nightlife in palm beach. Gated easy parking access just off the main highway. Property mgr helped us find the place when we got into town and gave us a helpful tour of the amenities. Good communication whenever we had a question during our stay. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

This is a very spacious, gated property with a surprising location. I know i have driven past it many times in past years but never noticed it - a nice feature since it doesn't attract any unwanted visitors. On the other hand it was an ideal location - close to both malls, high-rise hotels, great restaurants, beach and snorkeling sites. Most could be walked to, although snorkeling needed a 5 minute drive. There were a few minor issues (dishwasher, combo washer-dryer) but nothing that detracted from our stay. Sartini was most helpful.
