We had Thanksgiving with 4 children and their spouse. We brought lots of pot/pans and cooking utensils because we were making all the best Thanksgiving dishes. This home had all of the "stuff" needed (except 6 pie dishes which we made). Management was very responsive and helpful. We would totally do it again. Thank you

Just a nice house with everything you need Walking distance from town , sweet neighborhood . Very clean and kitchen is loaded . Good time had by all.

Beautiful historic home. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Almost wall to wall hardwood floors that can be squeaky, but that is part of its charm. So wonderfully close to Fruita downtown and biking and hiking trails. Two townie bikes very handy. So relaxing to just sit on front wrap around porch and people watch. Very nicely landscaped yard. One week was not enough time to truly enjoy the house and location.

OUR GROUP OF 8 ADULTS ENJOYED THE PROPERTY. IT WAS VERY CLEAN. WELL EQUIPED. PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPREAD OUT. OUTDOOR SPACE WAS GREAT WITH 2 SEPARATE AREAS TO ENJOY. WE WOULD COME BACK

Clean and comfortable house. Great location within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the MTB trails. Plenty of space to relax inside and outside.

We had 3 couples for a long mtn biking weekend and Kristy and Mike's place was exceptional. We cooked dinner in the modern kitchen and spent long evenings around the dining room table. Walked to the grocery store, bike shop, coffee shop, everything downtown. And caught the setting sun hanging out on the front porch in the late afternoons after a great day of mtn biking. Our dogs loved the fenced in area behind the garage, very convenient. Tons of space for a large family or group indoors or outdoors. We'll be back, hopefully again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The outside patio was such a great gathering place. All the rooms had great charm.

This home is beautiful and very well kept. It is perfect for large groups and families. The location is fantastic! We loved being so close to all the shopping and restaurants!

Everyone that stayed and the house or even just came by to visit, Just loved this house. Its a very old house but its been updated so well. It was very very clean and stocked with everything you need except food. The location is perfect, close to store and eateries. Its close to bicycle trails and hiking. We really enjoyed sitting on front porch and visiting and just watch all the people ride by on bicycles. Such a clean little location. There is an air conditioner upstairs and downstairs so house stays plenty cool. The only negative thing I could say about this house is the stairs are loud going up and down because of the wood floors. I felt like I was waking people up because I got up earlier than others. The master is downstairs and very nice but we had and 82 year old aunt so that had to become her room. But the rooms upstairs are queen beds and they are very comfortable. I recommend this property and would definitley stay here again.

Charming, unique, comfortable, great place to stay. It was clean and had all the necessities. Great yard for yard games, plenty of space within to gather together or to have some alone time. Great for large groups. We would definitely stay here again. Only disappointment.... the coffee pot! Fine if you start it an hour ahead and only making one pot, but for the number of coffee drinkers we had we gave up on it and purchased coffee down the street. But thankfully there are PLENTY of coffee shops within easy walking :)

We recently stayed in the Sagebrush house and it was excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and breweries. Had a great time and looking forward to our next stay.

A+ super clean historic rental!

We would have given this place 4.5 rating instead of 4 (does not have option for 4.5). Wonderful place to stay. We love the location and short walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is great with plenty of silverware. The only suggestions for improvement are: hardwood floors are very creaky which wakes other people up when we walk around, AC did not pump out cold air even though we set it to 66 degree. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again.
