Great property location. Awesome condo. Very clean and up to date in all respects

Extremely nice unit. Best stocked kitchen I have seen. Has everything you need to cook and store meals during your visit. Nice selection of items for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. The resort itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Plenty to do and it is nice that the resort is actually down a few miles from the busy part of Pensacola Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and comfy! Highly recommended if wanting to stay away from the crowds.

Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Portofino is always a great location with ton of amenities. Communication was timely and check-in and check out process was clearly stated. Fantastic stay and my family enjoyed the rental of the hobie cat (and other water toys) that were available for rent.

View was great, condo was great, check in was easy. The whole experience great!

Loved the condo. Very very well stocked. We were able to cook and had all we needed. The amenities were great. Expensive. $45 each for the kids to go on the park in the water. Was not aware that it was not included.

Our family of 6 stayed in this wonderful condo and we had plenty of space for everyone. The interior was nicely decorated with a beach vibe and the furniture accommodated everyone. Lots of extras to enjoy in the condo-video games, large TV's in bedrooms living room, board games, and plenty of beach stuff. The location was perfect for us! The condo overlooks the main pool area and life center and you can see the bay and ocean from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and in the complex as the condo complex offered a lot of stuff on site. It was great that the condo was also set up so we had some of the necessities when we arrived(coffee, paper towel, toilet paper laundry detergent plenty of dishes and other cooking items etc..). The owner is very responsive when we reached out and responded with in minutes. Thank you!!

We arrived early and were able to check in early, thanks to Mark’s quick communication. This was our third trip to Pensacola but our first time staying at Portofino, and we would absolutely come back! The kids loved the options of swimming at the various pools or the short walk to the beach. We loved the views from the balcony, the stocked kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of space for our belongings. I would recommend this condo and definitely come back again!

If you enjoy the resort lifestyle then this is the place for you! Great 2 bedroom/3 bathroom layout with everything you need to enjoy a Pensacola Beach getaway. We enjoyed the kitchen and grill but we also enjoyed the opportunity to dine on the property. Fitness center, spa, indoor pool and hot tub were all used during our stay. Check in was seamless and communication with Mark, when needed, was great! Sunrise views rounded out the experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay! The name of the unit couldn’t be more fitting, we definitely felt spoiled there entire time. This condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. Condo was clean and inviting! The views … incredible. This was our first time to Portofino Resort and Pensacola… we are already planning our trip back this summer. We visited the “Spoiled Rotten” condo for the second year in a row for our spring break. This condo is ready for visitors throughout, the condo: kitchen, laundry, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo, the pools, hot tubs, spa, beaches and more. We enjoyed the area restaurants and activities as well. We recommend this condo any time.

This is a beautiful condo! The hosts provided so many extras that made our stay even better. The condo is located on the quiet end of all the shops and restaurants, which was so nice for relaxing and feeling like we were in our own beach oasis. We loved using the on-site hot tub and pool. So nice that the resort had a mini-store to buy a coffee and/or food items if needed. Thank you to our host for being readily available if we needed anything. Best customer service! Oh, and condo is super close to the beach...just a very short walk. You will love staying here!

They had absolutely everything there we needed. The property was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. We tried the grill out and it didnt work. (No biggie, we were able to cook everything on the stove.) Contacted the owner and he responded immediately, the grill was fixed the very next morning! That evening we had some awesome burgers and brats! We look forward to visiting again, next time with all of our kids and granddaughter also!

Third time staying in 'Spoiled Rotten', so we obviously enjoy the condo and the location. Beautiful views of the bay and ocean. Close to the Life-style Center which is super convenient.

We had the best time! Unit is fully stocked. Seriously. Needed nothing! Had things we didn’t even think of. The weather was great. Oh! The extra room could use a curtain or blinds on the door. But we figured that out fairly easily using the beach mat. 😉

This is our 2nd time staying at Spoiled Rotten and it did not disappoint this time either!!! Always a pleasure to stay at Portofino and especially in this unit. They think of it all when it comes to stocking the bathrooms and kitchen. Can’t wait to return ☀️

We had an absolute blast staying at this property! The condo was very well stocked and had enough beach chairs/toys for all of us. The amenities at the resort were convenient and fun for everyone. And the beach was a short walk. To families traveling with children - we wished we would have known more about the guest room. There is a balcony access door with a window above it in the guest room. There are not blinds on it! This caused issues both at night when privacy was needed as well as during the day when my 2 year old nephew needed to nap. We rigged a cover to block out the light as much as possible. We all agreed this is absolutely a 5 star property and would definitely stay again!

Mark and Sissy were great host with excellent communication/detailed information about the area. The condo was very clean and sticked well. Fully equiped kitchen and a grill. Balcony over looks the sound with a great view of the gulf too. Multiple pools to try and a very short walk to the beach for sun bathing and fishing. Overall great experience!

This place is awesome! From the views to the amenities to the communication with the property owner- we could not have been more pleased. Will be back for another visit soon with the kids!

We had a great time at this condo resort. We enjoyed the space, the pool and the Bay Area very much. The beach was also beautiful and not too far.

The condo was completely perfect. The resort itself was much nicer than I had expected, and the staff members were kind and helpful (which is becoming a lost art). I would highly recommend the resort adventure packages- between the ocean and the resort activities, we hardly needed to leave the resort. We would absolutely come back. The owner had great communication, and check-in/check-out was very easy.

We loved our stay! The place and view was outstanding! The tower was right next to the Lifestyle Center. The food was fabulous on the resort and we loved all the amenities too. The owners of Spoiled Rotten were so fabulous to work with! We definitely will be back soon!

This was our first time to this resort and this place was the best! It was a wonderful view and great for the kids because we were close to the main pool and water activities. We could also see dolphins from the balcony! The host were fantastic and checked in to make sure everything was going good with the condo. I would highly recommend this condo!!

The room is nice and as advertised. The resort is one of our favorite places to stay along the emerald coast. There are so many activities to enjoy.

Super nice place

Our family enjoyed 4 nights here and we loved every minute! The condo was stocked with everything to make cooking a breeze. We used the beach chairs, cooler and toys daily which was so convenient since we were from out of state. The beach was a short walk and the resort has everything you need if you forget anything. I spoke with the owner a few times about the condo prior to arriving and he always responded quickly and helped me with all my questions. The condo comes with a garage parking space which was great since we did get one crazy storm one evening and it kept our rental car protected from the wind/debris. We hope to be back again and if we stay in Pensacola it will always be at this condo!!
