Studio was adorable, great location, convenient to shops, restaurants. Also, condo was well stocked both in the kitchen and bathroom. Mike was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very cost efficient way to stay on the La Costa properties. One small issue, the bathroom fan in master bath was soooo loud and shower door was very hard to open and close. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable. We would come back.

We enjoyed a quick weekend beach visit and this studio perfectly met our needs. It lived much larger than a typical studio, (two bathrooms!) and we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the marketplace at the resort. Great communication with owner.

I stayed at the condo for a weekend getaway and everything was detailed with easy instructions to get into the building and the unit. I liked the extra security as well as the security for the garage to keep my vehicle while I was there. The place was cute and clean and next time I’m back in Southern California I’ll look to rebook!

It was nice to have a relaxing getaway durning a very unrelaxing remodel! This condo is clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Close to our home the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owner was responsive and took care of all our needs including booking a last minute extra night.

The 1 bedroom condo was well equipped & having a second bathroom was a big plus.. We felt secure in the building & very quiet at all hours of the day and night. Being on the grounds of the Omni

This is a clean, well kept property in a prime location. Not only do you have access to La Costa amenities, you’re within minutes of great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The condo is quiet and well maintained. We had one glitch with check-in but a call to the manager resulted in immediate action and a smooth and quick resolution. We appreciated his responsiveness.

This was my second stay at the condo, and it was even more enjoyable than the first. Not only did I know how to work with the reservation system, but being familiar with the property was a boost for efficiency and comfort. The owner had more supplies and additions in the kitchen too. A new TV and streaming option were bonus! The owner Mike was as attentive as ever as to my questions and reservation. My only hope is that loud sound when the refrigerator door opens can be looked at...that wakes up others since I'm an early riser. Thank you again, marvelous stay!

My daughter and I stayed for a family wedding in Carlsbad. The room and location was great for our needs as we were close to all events.

We traveled to the area to attend a high school graduation. The accommodations were exactly as described and the owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend this condo for a get away!@

Owner Mike was extremely responsive which helped assure a pleasant stay. The descriptions were not misleading -- yet if staying for several days and planning on cooking your own meals, be sure to bring all the ingredients/condiments you'll need and storage containers. I felt the kitchen was understocked. The condo faces the street, not the quiet side, and some neighbors in the building were noisy at times. Yet overall, the older unit has been nicely renovated, the beach decor is delightful, and has comfy built-in murphy beds. Secure garage parking was also a wonderful feature. My sister and I thank you, Mike!

Great host and perfect location. My sister and I stayed at this property for 4 nights while I attended a work conference at the Omni La Costa. The unit was very clean and communication was quick and easy. The resort is lovely and I will absolutely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Carlsbad.

After doing a deep dive into the Google universe of search I was trying to find an excellent area between San Diego and LA. And landed in Carlsbad and am I glad I did. Let me start by telling you that Mike (Owner) is great very communicative and he has an impeccable rental. You can tell it is well taken care of. I did not have an opportunity to try many of the property's amenities. It was nice to see they were available. I wish we had more time as my wife would have liked to schedule a massage at the spa that was on site. The property is a gated community, so safety is a non-issue and the highway is close (10 min drive or less), and you can get to San Diego in roughly 30 mins. One recommendation that I do have for folks is to visit The Craftsman Tavern, which is on Mike's recommendation list. I will be staying again.

A clean, comfortable condo at La Costa. The whole process was easy, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

I stayed here for a conference rather than a hotel that cost 2x or 3xs as much. It was perfect. Close to the conference, lots of shops close by and close to the beach. Had a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas. Incredibly clean and comfortable.

Condo was great. La costa was great.

Perfect for the two of us - quiet yet close to a variety of activities.

Grounds and buildings were very well kept and we enjoyed taking walks there and seeing all the landscaping that the groundskeepers kept beautifully. Maybe it would help to have written directions for the laundry room. We were very thankful to have a nice underground garage space, because the front-of-our-building spaces were always filled. Mike was a fantastic person to work with and accommodated our every need. He was always just a phone call away with answers and help. The studio room was spotless and decorated with MANY Christmas decorations which we loved and they added the holiday spirit. All our needs were taken care of, and we appreciated the quiet nights.
