This is a good unit for large families. Everything was as listed. Three comfortable beds. There was a cooler, couple of beach chairs, and some beach toys in the closet. Easy checking and out. The view of the parking lot isn’t great, but it’s just a few steps to walk down to the pool and ocean.

We loved everything about the property and would love to stay again! Spacious and comfortable accommodations, great resort, and very convenient location.

My husband and I and our 14-year-old daughter stayed here for two nights. So nice having our own rooms. Kitchen was so convenient. Great restaurant on the property. Pool staff was a bit rude but that has nothing to do with VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed on Kauai for business and this was the perfect central location. The unit was clean and as pictured on the website. We would stay in this unit again the next time we are on Kauai.

Overall comfortable. The furnishings were worn, but the price was lower than other condos. Comes with chairs and toys. The freezer didn’t work the whole week we were there so that wasn’t convenient.

Property and unit were great. Freezer was broken but we we noticed a couple days before we arrived, which was appreciated. Wasn’t a big deal for us since we were only there for 3 nights.

The unit was perfect for our family. Nice location coming from the airport our first day. The two bedrooms, bathrooms were great for our family. Very comfortable rooms. The full kitchen was nice to have. Loved the beach location, had dinner at the Oasis onsite. It was wonderful! The concierge was very helpful as we scheduled a doors off helicopter tour. Must do - with Airborne Aviation.

Nice, large and clean condo in a great location. All the amenities you need, lots of beach day goodies in closet, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful grounds and great pool for kids (with 2 slides, lazy River & 3 hot tubs) Responsive host. Can’t go wrong with this one!

We had a fabulous time, the property was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was hands down the best pool ever! We lived this place and highly recommend it!

We had plenty of space for 7 of us! The best part was the beach just a few minutes away and the kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay again.

After ten days of tour schedules, food and lodging, this felt like coming home again. Kauai is beautiful, and this condo is comfy and so convenient! We hate to leave!

This is such a great place to stay. Walking distance to purchase groceries, Starbucks and local restaurants. The hot tubs (3 of them) were such a nice place to relax. The pool is absolutely beautiful a fun slide and lazy river. 2 gas grills on site that are cleaned daily!! The restaurant on site has such a friendly staff. And just at the end of the path is the ocean.

This property was perfect for our family vacation and was everything we wanted. Our grandkids loved the pool and the Boogie Boards were the biggest hit. Thanks for the wonderful living conditions and all the accessories.

This is the best vrbo my family and i stayed at. We had such a positive experience in Kauai that we hope to return some day and will definitely ask Larry if we can stay at his property again.

Starting off with the resort, it was very nice. Super close to the beach, a verg beautiful beach, and nice pool/swimming area. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had fans. Snorkeling gear was even provided and there were plenty of bathrooms/towels. There were many activities available on the island from hiking to swimming. We did a lot of snorkeling. The only downside of the trip was the occasional traffic going southbound due to the construction, otherwise we had a very pleasant trip. Also Safeway, shopping area just across the condo. It's very conveniently. Airport and Costco just 10-15 mins. We will stay here again

We had an amazing time on Kauai. Our apartment was very nice. There were 2 of us and we each got our own room, And bathroom. The apartment is very modern Love all the amenities. Shopping is very close by. Pool is wonderful and excellent beaches close by!

We loved our stay here! The resort was great. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed! The location was also great and it was close to many things.

We had the best stay with our family at this location. We have 5 kids 10 and under; the trip getting to Kauai was rough and long and we were exhausted by the time we made it to the resort. Walking into this room was such a breath of fresh air! The room was so spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for our kids with their own bathroom. They thought of all the details on this one. The closet full of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach supplies was such a nice touch. We were able to go to the beach and not worry about anything we needed. Even an ice chest! The resort itself is gorgeous and my kids loved the pool, the slides, the lazy river, the sand pool, and the hot tub. We were able to walk along the beach at night and the location is perfect! Close to all kinds of food and stores and pretty much an even split for a drive to the north island or the South Island. We were able to enjoy both sides of the island comfortably while we were there.

Had fun at beach and in pool at resort. Condo was perfect for our family. Close to other beaches. Walk to restaurants and grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay. There are are some maintenance issues that could be addressed- loose door knobs, torn screens etc. It would also be nice to have some better lighting. The living spaces felt very dark. The pool, hot tub and beach were all great. The resort has a very casual vibe which we appreciated.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location to get to anyplace on the island. We had one small issue when we tried to make toast one morning and discovered the toaster was broken. My wife sent a note to Sheila and the next day we had a new toaster! We all agreed the beds were very comfortable! Check in was so easy not having to stop at the front desk. In the mornings I witnessed resort staff cleaning the BBQ grills. They were spotless each time we used them. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this is a beautiful property, centrally located, with restaurants and a Safeway walking distance. The condo was clean and well appointed with some nice surprises left by the cleaning crew, of coffee, chocolates and cookies! Beds were very comfortable. Downside: this condo is parking lot view, not pool/beach view as the pictures depict. I did see that some recent reviews call this out, but I had booked well before. There is a lot of street noise, sirens almost every morning around 5/5:30am.

Great place to stay. Close to store and right on the beach. Loved it was in a resort but the convenience to bring your own food and drinks and cook if desired. The property was great with 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Loved the porches and access to open up doors to balconies for a fresh breeze if desired. The only design flaw of the place is that there is a shuttered opening between the bathroom and room with 2 double beds that wakes up others in the room with light and sound if using the bathroom at night. Also, not as private as the shutters open to reveal people using to the bathroom. We rented bikes from downstairs and it was close to miles of paths on the shore. The pool was awesome as well as the restaurant right on the beach. Would stay here again!
