My friends and I loved this rental. The house was very comfortable and well equipped for a weekend get-a-away. The outdoor spaces is amazing. Great pool and hot tub with shaded structures for the hot days. The location is close to downtown and the airport. Great place to stay for you Palm Springs vacation!

Right off the Back the host was wonderful, friendly and prompt. Check in process was easy and Brionne took us through the home and showed us the small details which would make our stay easier/enjoyable. The outside/yard is spectacular & pictures don't do the spot justice way better in person. Perfect amount of lounge chairs and umbrellas and the covered area is lovely for getting out of the sun. The mornings were beautiful and the property is quiet - even being close to downtown. The house is clean and has all amenities need during our stay. They have all the amenities needed in the kitchen and living areas & even had fun board games to play while relaxing. Overall, a great stay & will be back in the future.

This is a great property for a relaxing family vacation. The host was excellent and very attentive. He walked us through the new features of the house when we arrived and made us feel very comfortable staying there. The pool and hot tub are awesome and the location is very centralized so it was no problem getting around to run a quick errand if needed.

Exactly as advertised. The pool and outdoor grilling/dining set up was perfect for a long weekend getaway from dreary Seattle.

The home was a perfect playground. The backyard smelled of grapefruit blossoms, the pool, hot tub, bar and fire pit area was so wonderful nobody wanted to leave. Thank you Brionne for taking such great care of us

We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and found the property very comfortable and perfect for lounging and enjoying all the desert has to offer!

We had a terrific visit to this property in Jan 2022. Check in was completed by phone upon arrival and Brian was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that heating of the hot tub/spa was included and not an additional fee per day. We could turn the heat on and be in the hot tub in less than 30 min. Brian was responsive when we contacted him about increasing or decreasing the temperature. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were comfortable for a group of 5 adults. The kitchen had the essentials and the bbq was easy to use. Location is great and while we would have liked to enjoy some music while outside, it was relaxing to be in such a quiet location. One observation was that early morning flights woke us up at 6:00 AM Monday morning. We wouldn't have noticed this neighborhood being in a flight path had we checked out on Sunday. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Christmas break and found the property as advertised and very clean and comfortable with all the amenities well thought out. Our host Brionne was kind enough to even have a Xmas tree for us in the living room and was quick to respond to any questions. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit and so was the outdoor fireplace. It felt like home away from home to all of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering visiting Palm Springs!

This was our second visit. The house is very well appointed, lovely living space and a good size dining area. Kitchen has all you could need for indoor and outdoor. Great seating area outside, we especially enjoyed the fire pit and new hammock. Pool is a good size and heated temperature was perfect. Very private yard with great view of the mountains. Communication with host was immediate and easy.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The home was comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed. The best part was definitely the backyard. We felt like we had our own private resort. We would definitely return!

This is the 2nd time my friends and I have stayed at this beautiful home. I would not stay anywhere else in Palm Springs. The home was amazing last time but even better this time with wonderful renovations and upgrades. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating. Will continue to come back. Very nice house, with excellent facilities. Pool was clean and a good size for the family. Grill and fire pit are top quality. Lots of umbrellas for shade and covered patio, plenty of outdoor seating.

The mornings were beautiful and the property is quiet - even being close to downtown. Proximity to downtown was key for us and it was a quick UBER ride. The house is clean, nice and has all amentities. The bathrooms are older (and Brionne said they plan to remodel them soon) and the 2 rooms on the front side of the house a little dark. That said, we kept the shades down to keep it cool and we weren't planning on spending much time indoors so the darkness wasn't an issue. They have all the amenities needed in the kitchen and living areas. No surround sound or music option so be sure to bring your bluetooth speaker to get outdoor music. Overall, a great stay!

This place has a fantastic and spacious outdoor space. The pool was lovely and there is tons of seating/lounging space. Location was very convenient and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms overall were clean, but could use a bit of sprucing up.

Truly a wonderful vacation rental. The layout of the space, the amenities, the location, the interior design, everything was more than I hoped for. My husband actually said it is rare when the real place is nicer than the photos. We had a wonderful long weekend here. Loved all the different outdoor sitting areas. The living room was so comfortable and spacious. There was a fully stocked kitchen as well as an outdoor grill and bar. Our host Brionne was very gracious and called to welcome us and walk us through the house. Everything about our stay was excellent!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! The home is beautiful and is in a nice neighborhood. We spent most of our time in their relaxing, incredible pool and backyard oasis.

We felt safe and extremely comfortable at this property. The colorful, mid-century indoor furnishings made us happy and the pool and hot tub and lounging furniture created a hotel poolside ambience and environment.

Our family of 4 had a lovely weekend at this home. The backyard is wonderful and even better than the photos with upgraded outdoor furniture. Our particular weekend it was to windy so we didn’t use the fire pit. The grass areas are really nice. We had the pool heated fir an additional charge. The hones interiors were nicely appointed and clean.

My partner and I have rented many homes in Palm Springs over the years and this backyard is about as good as it gets. House isn’t large but the layout is good with little to no wasted space. We loved having access to the 3-car garage. Brionne was very attentive and friendly from check in to check out. I’m co-owner of a large real estate firm and very particular- trust me, this home won’t disappoint!

Back yard was fantastic, pool was dirty, house as advertised, neighborhood decent but not great. Nice rental but not worth the expense.

Perfect house for family vacation. Stayed here with 3 generations and everyone was very comfortable. The pictures don’t do the yard area justice. The grounds are well kept and the setting was beautiful. And we got to bring our 4 legged friend! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made checkin and out very simple. Definitely would come back!

We stayed here for three days and absolutely loved it! Brionne was super responsive to all my texts, responding within minutes when we wanted to increase the temperature of the hot tub. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it because all the kids wanted to do was stay in the pool all day! Loved all the relaxing options in the backyard and the amount of pool towels they had available. Overall it was lovely and would definitely go back in the future!

Very well appointed. Mountain Views are spectacular! Outdoor living space exceptional! Manager went above & beyond a necklace that dropped into the sink! We were so appreciative ❤️ Manager was easy to communicate with & quick to respond!! Will definitely come back! The pool & hottub space was the best part. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, pool towels, pool drink & dinner ware. The gas fireplaces indoors & out were awesome! Overall extraordinary experience & value. Great space for a girls’ trip. ❤️❤️
