This place is a great location and easy to walk to Music Row. Just as pictured, clean, and quiet.

The Music City Loft was a great place to stay. The building was clean and secure with all the amenities you need within a block of all the action. The reviews of the parking ramp they suggested were questionable so we parked at a different lot.

The loft condo was very clean and had all amenities one might need for a short stay in Nashville. The only negative might be that since it is an open loft area without a ceiling, it is very noticeable when water is flushed or used in the loft above you. Please note it is not a huge issue, just something a person is not used to hearing. Other than that, no complaints at all. Excellent instructions as to where the building was located and access to the loft. We felt very safe at this location.

Loft fully as described but strange bathroom area layout. Guest services answered immediately when called about a maintenance issue. Will be staying here again.
Notes: Waylon Loft has limited vanity space. Raindrop shower heads suck no matter where they are especially when wall mounted. No TV in bedroom area to watch while recovering from late Nashville nights (pack a phillips screwdriver). Guest Mode on Roku smart TV would not let us use some common apps (max, sling, disney, hulu) because they had to be signed in from a phone/pc (couldn't log on with username/password).
No issues in One Nashville Parking garage next door but it does not have a 24 hour rate.
Cheaper than most downtown area hotels.

Everything was great! Location was perfect- close enough to Broadway but not too close! The unit was very cool- I’d make a few changes if it was my place. Overall- very comfortable and clean

Accommodations were comfortable and safe within the downtown core. Great walking distance to ALL events and activities in Nashville. Close for a hockey game or the football game and all that Broadway has to offer in Nashville. Would stay again for sure!

The loft is very nice and convenient for walking to places, but it’s also close enough to be loud late at night. The loft is nice and the concept is great, however you can hear everything from your neighbors, especially above your unit. We were in the 2nd floor and the people above us came in at 3 am every night and were extremely noisy.
Also it is a little difficult getting all your stuff from the parking garage to the lofts as there is no unloading zone. We parked in the Library parking garage, beware that you will not be able

I struggle to write this review because its going to make this wonderfully located VRBO busier! LOL 3 minute walk to Broadway totally near the entertainment district, restaurants in building and nearby. A great little market across the street. Trolley pickup spot to Nissan Stadium. Truly an ideal spot. Management team was wonderful to work with...very pleasant. I absolutely will book again!

Look no further - this is the best place to stay in Nashville! The PERFECT location just one block from Broadway. The loft is spacious, cool layout, walking distance to everything, private and super clean. I was shocked when we checked in at how amazing this place was as online pictures are always misleading, but not at Music City Lofts. Check in and check out was seamless and contactless. All instructions are very clear and the host was easy to communicate with. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting!

Loved the property and will definitely be back. The only update we would suggest is some kind of curtains in the bedroom above the bed due to night outdoor lights coming in. Thank you.

Better than a hotel, but is above a bar so the music comes up through the floor a little, but it’s downtown. Cozy little space, a tv in the bedroom would be nice too.. the bathroom walls are paper thin, so if your noise conscious.. good luck because you can hear a mouse fart through the wall. I recommend this rental highly.

The loft was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and had everything we needed (they even provided a hair dryer and ear plugs). It was less than a block from the bus stop (last stop on the airport 18 bus takes you a few feet from the loft)! And a block from the bars and Ryman Auditorium. Such a nice building and unit in the perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice property with everything you need and close to the arena, auditorium and the bar scene. My only issue was it is advertised as a balcony and on the second floor. However, a guest wouldn't know that the second floor is somehow below ground level at that side of the building. So the balcony is sunken with the building on two sides, a high (8 feet) concrete wall on the third side and a creepy, dark, narrow alley with metal stairs going above you on the fourth side, and a short fence to keep anyone/anything from wandering onto the "balcony".

Perfect location very easy process for renting. You can walk to everything on broadway. Our stay was perfect! Well …besides the elevator not working Sunday morning and my husband almost missed Uber trying to get out of building to get to airport at 6 am!! I stayed with a friend at her rental for couple more days. Wonderful place you won’t be disappointed!!

Location is great, loft is super cute, a cart would be nice if you have luggage and groceries. Noise was never an issue. Hot water worked great. But definitely ask for a late checkout in advance if needed.

My wife and I loved this property. It was as described in the listing. The communication with the property management team was clear prior to our stay and we had no issues during our stay. The loft was clean and the location is fantastic. We were able to go back to the loft during the day as it is only a short walk from Broadway. We would definitely stay in the Music City Lofts again!

Printers Row is right there too. We found two amazing restraints by foot that sealed our vacation success.
