Our stay at Gallagher was memorable. First, the house is very large and has multiple areas to congregate. We were able to play two board games at once, which was nice. The kitchen is very large and works well for putting on a family meal. However there were a few negatives. There isn't a sharp knife in that huge kitchen, not a big deal, but, we did have to go out and buy a knife to prep food. The driveway is so steep it can't be used for parking. On the day of our arrival we were told we were not to park in front of the house. Parking was on the downhill side. Handicapped guests had to be dropped at the front and then cars had to be moved. The interior reminded us of a frat house. Large rooms without a single comfortable chair or couch. Everything was "well used". Beds were uncomfortable, one of them collapsed the first time someone sat on it. Our favorite sleeping arrangement was the mattress on the floor. The piece de resistance was recieving a message just before arriving that "the upstairs toilet has a leak, the water is turned off. Just turn it on to flush and then turn it off". Great advice for a 60+ year old woman with a back injury. And also not feasible in the middle of the night or for pre-teen children. She claimed a plumber would arrive the day we checked in or the next day. No plumber ever showed up. No instructions on the operation of any of the systems or televisions. It took multiple people to figure out how to operate the TV in the family room. The MB TV is apparently just for appearances. No instructions on what is expected when you check out. No trash bin in the garage. We left the house as clean or cleaner than we found it. As former hosts we try to give the benefit of the doubt, but when the negatives outweigh the positives and the host's response to concerns is a weak apology and the excuse that she told us about the toilet, we feel that it is our duty to voice our concerns so that future renters are forewarned.

We enjoyed our stay with family very much. House was spacious & clean with comfy beds. It was well-equipped with typical daily necessities. Lots of comfortable furniture in the multiple living areas. We did experience a gas leak during our stay which was a bit concerning. Called the gas company ourselves since we were initially unable to reach the host.

Our stay here was a fantastic experience. The house itself was clean and in a convenient/quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and responsive to our requests. Overall 5 stars for sure.

This home was in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of locations for dinning our grocery stores to purchase food. Communication with the owner was easy and took care of an issue with the oven we were having. I would recommend this VRBO rental for anyone looking for something more comfortable than over priced small hotel rooms

First I would like to say that I requested for an early check-in and it was granted (which I appreciated). However, had I known that early check-in means that the place would be dirty and filthy then I would have never asked. When I brought this to the host attention she told me that she had to rush the cleaners to accommodate the early check-in...which in my opinion was a poor excuse. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, your first and number priority should be to ensure that the property is clean (from past guest) so that the future guest isn’t amongst germs (possible covid virus) that was left behind. If there wasn’t enough time to clean the property thoroughly then my early check-in request should have been denied. You aren’t doing any favors by letting guests check into a filthy home. I had to get friends who lived in the area to help me clean the place before my kids arrived. We don’t live like this at home, and refuse to live like that anywhere else..and I’m still waiting for my cleaning fee to be refunded as promised

Nice neighborhood and home. The house was clean, but the garage floor was dirty. The driveway is very tricky and steep. Overall though a nice spacious home. The owner was quick to respond.

Everything was great overall. There were minor maintenance issues with the lights and the vertical blinds. But it had plenty of room and beds for the family.

The home is very spacious but not well maintained . There was a stinch when entering for the first time. My family and I had to go purchase spray and cleaning products. The stove was dirty , the showers are not updated and have mildew and very stained floors. Walls need painting and the funiture smells old. I felt as they only want to collect money and not interested in providing potential guest a nice clean place to stay. We cleaned the house better than what we received!

Great...no complaints, great stay

This rental was a great location for our extended family to meet up for small family reunion. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Loved that it was near the airport and I-40. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

Everything went well House was great beds were comfortable I recommend anyone to stay here if you ever travel in the area

For our group this house was very nice providing all the space we needed for 6 people.

Owner communicated very well. Was in a great location close to the airport, but not too close. In between all three cities. A little outdated inside and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but overall still a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay, close to shopping and my Family for visits. Would use this place again next time we come to town... :)
