The condo was everything we expected and provide things we were not sure would be there e.g. beach chairs and towels, snorkeling gear. Location about 3/4 miles from beach was an easy drive and walkable if we were not carrying beach gear. Sighting whales from balcony 10 minutes after we arrived was a pleasant surprise

The condo was beautiful and clean. The check in process was easy. There were a few issues but the hosts were quick to get them sorted out. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home.

We have stayed in Poipu many times. We were intrigued by the VRBO listing and it most definitely did not disappoint. The condo is beautifully done with spectacular views of the ocean. We took advantage of the lovely renovated deck where we would watch the sunset while the waves were hitting the rocks below. The location is perfect and feels more like a cozy family home than a resort. Our favorite spot was the lanai where we spent many hours reading and watching whales and dolphins frolic in the surf. We will be back 😀

Pictures do not do this place justice! Absolutely perfect in every way. Awesome location, and you cannot beat the views. Enjoyed starting every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean. Saw so many whales and dolphins too. So many great memories made here, hoping to be back again someday!

We have stayed in several different units in PP over many years and this unit is very nicely decorated with great art.

Great location. Excellent view. Peaceful setting. Unit is well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped. This is a place we would happily return to.

We really enjoyed our stay at Poipu Palms. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had all the things we needed to enjoy a lovely vacation. We enjoyed use of the boogie boards, and would have used the other beach equipment had we spent more time lounging on the beach. The lanai was a favorite spot for morning coffee and meals. We would absolutely stay here again!

This trip was a dream come true. The property was wonderful until the group of men above us arrived and they were very loud starting at 0430. The condo was beautiful, clean and had beautiful grounds. We loved watching the sea turtles off the deck!

We loved staying at Poipu Palms. The location and views were incredible, and we utilized the deck with ocean views and the gorgeous pool every day! It was great having a washer/dryer as well. Perfect sized place for our family.

The view is amazing. You can spend hours sitting on deck. Shops 5 min drive to get groceries. Very quiet so got to relax.

This was the perfect place for my friend and I. Plenty of space with a wonderful view. The property is also pretty centrally located for driving to neighboring cities. The hosts were wonderful and extremely accommodating. Very much appreciate the communication and flexibility. We will certainly be back!

Great hosts, kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards. Kitchen has what you need and the Lanai was everyone’s favorite spot.

When you're out and about in beautiful Poipu, it was always wonderful coming "home" to the beautiful ocean view to chill before your next activity. To just be able to see the beautiful ocean all day and hear it all night - will soothe every bit of stress out of your life. Highly recommend. Management extremely responsive - one fan was broken and Jeremy (name & number easily found in welcome binder) came shortly thereafter with a new one. Mahalo!

Poipu Palms 202 was a beautiful place to stay. Our family enjoyed the amazing view from the lanai every morning and evening. We were able to catch a glimpse of a pod of dolphins some days and everyday watched the enormous sea turtles swim near the rocks. The complex was located within walking distance to a couple of beaches and we also enjoyed dining at a few local eateries. Our drive to adventure out on the island was minimal and Kauai has now become our favorite island. Kristen kept us well informed about the facility during our stay. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for our family to stay! We will definitely be back.

We spent most of our time outside admiring the gorgeous view either on the patio or on the community lanai. The first day we arrived the weather was hot and humid, we worried about the lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm inside the unit even with all of the doors and windows open. The kids jumped in the pool to cool off. Once the sun set it was fine. The remainder of our stay was not as warm. The management was responsive to our needs. We were even out of dishwashing pods and they brought some for us to use. Having a laundry inside the unit was very convenient for bathing suits and towels. Overall, we would come back to stay at this beautiful property.

This is such a beautiful condo in every way! The view is amazing! The owners and property managers are so easy to work with and quick to address questions and concerns. We have stayed here twice and look forward to our next stay.

This was our second time staying in your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there! Nice quiet property with a sensational view. The lanai is always shaded and the trade winds keep this condo cool. I loved sleeping with the ocean waves pounding and the breeze coming through!! Mahalo and Aloha!

Lovely condo in really the perfect location! Gorgeous view and very well appointed - worked quite well for our family of four. Quick walk or drive to Brennecke’s- our kids enjoyed using the provided body boards and sand toys. The pool was great and we enjoyed many meals and cocktails on the lanai watching sea turtles and dolphins. There is no A/C, and while there are fans and a great cross breeze, leaving windows open means you can hear street noise which was slightly disruptive to sleep. That said, we would still stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay the condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. It is in a amazing location. Ocean front. The only drawback is it is a noisy place at times because there is close neighbors and other condos remodeling. That is no fault of the owner. Very nice vacation. Thank you.

We were excited to take our adult son to Kauai for the first time and wanted to find the perfect place where we would all be comfortable. This unit was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and amazing views! I was concerned about the lack of AC but was very comfortable with the fans and slept great! We highly recommend this property and hope to be back for another visit!

This place needed a good cleaning. The louvered doors near the master bed were thick with dust and there was hair on the floor of the linen closet and shower. We thought it should have been cleaner with what we paid for the cleaning fee.

We had a great time on our 10 year anniversary. The amenities were fantastic and the location was walkable to so many fun beaches and activities.

Everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend!
