The property was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO description. The owner was extremely accommodating to our needs, and the location served us perfectly. Thank you so much for making our little Aggie’s ring day special.

For a newer rental in a college town, it was nice. There were obviously things broken, worn and in need of replacement but it’s in a nice location and safe. Plenty of space. Easy access to major roads and close enough to campus. Communication with manager was excellent. Very responsive. Would rent again.

The owner let us check in an hr early which was great! Good location and cute townhome. The bedrooms got a little hot at night however the rest of the house got pretty cold. We couldn’t get the living room TV to work however there was another tv room so we made that work. Microwave handle was broke off previously and the floorboards and carpets need a deep cleaning . So just a few minor things that need addressing But all in all the house was fine and the beds were comfortable.

Good location and easy to get back and forth to A&M campus. Great floorplan layout for a family with master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with it's own living area. Bonus was ability to park car in garage when storms came through one night. Would stay here again!

Had family down for my daughter’s graduation. 10 to be exact. All slept well. They enjoyed sitting on patio deck in evening. Great space , had Tv in almost every room. Two seating area. They stated the could her the trains and drag racing one night but other than that they felt comfortable in the space.

This was a beautiful neighborhood located near many restaurants. This home was amazing. The bedrooms where large and spacious and the open kitchen/family room was perfect for entertaining family and watching tv. We enjoyed sitting outside on the 2nd story patio. The driveway accommodates 6 cars which was great for visitors. We plan to stay here again!! Thank you.

This property worked out perfectly for our family during our sons graduation from the best university in the nation. Only 15 minute drive to Reed Arena. After the ceremony we all came back and enjoyed dinner with plenty of space for everyone to gather and sociialize. Great stay.

Nice, clean and good location. I read other reviews and was worried but we didn’t experience any of what the negative reviews said. Would stay there again.

False advertising. This property is far from brand new and the listing needs to be updated with new pictures. We’ve stayed in this complex 3 times and this by far the least upkept. There are large water stains on master bedroom ceiling, master bedding needs replaced, master bedroom does not get any airflow and is not cool. All the walls need touch up paint. But most importantly the carpet needs serious cleaning or replacement due to stains and the living room furniture is all stained and not welcoming. The microwave is missing the handle and a large metal piece sticking off the front, the whole thing needs replaced. When we walked in it wreaked of smoke and there was a cigarette butt in master bath toilet. We are STR owners in several states and this was not as advertised or something we would return to. It needs upkeep and attention.

Good stay. a few items could improve. Floors were dirty in kitchen and sink had old food smell. no shampoo or body soap upstairs. stains on couch and comforters were sorta off putting and need for new microwave. everything else was great!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful townhome. Spacious. Open. Great main ensuite BR down. Bonus room, balcony, and bedrooms bathroom up. We cooked some and went out some. Played games at night at the large table. Nice, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Very roomy, very cozy. Nice spot for pets. Quiet location, but not too far from A&M if you are in for a visit. Very, very responsive host. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good property, but some items were in bad shape. The garbage disposal was broken, which caused whatever was backing it up from the last guests to spray all over the sink when the dishwasher ran. The microwave was missing a handle, and toilet seats were loose - to name a few things. None ruined the stay or made the house unlivable, Strong smell or cleaner upon entry. Other than that, if you can deal with the noise with it being right off a major road, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

The property was set up well but I was disappointed that the sofa and linens were stained as well as the dining room bench. The property manager came quickly to bring extra sheets to cover the sofa and brought new sheets for the beds but they were old and worn.

Property is very nice and a spacious. Located pretty close to Santa's Wonderland which we planned to visit. There are a few things that need to be addressed such as the pull out bed upstairs needs to be repaired or replaced. When you pull it out the back part closest to where your head would lay falls down and we had to prop it up with a cushion from the sofa so that it would stay up. Also, there were not enough towels. We had 8 people which is within the amount that can stay in the property but we only had 4 towels and the closets and laundry room did not have any extras. We had to share towels unfortunately and we were only staying for 1 night so that was a bit unfortunate. Other than that the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Definitely more good than bad but the items do need to be addressed to make this a great property.

We loved being able to cook dinner and watch movies/games after the Aggies played. Wish we could have spent even more time enjoying the place. A few details like missing handle on microwave and drain stops missing from sinks, but otherwise absolutely perfect!

The pictures matched up to the property, but with a closer look, every inch of this home was gross. I was very disappointed to pay a cleaning fee for one of the most filthy properties I have ever stayed at using VRBO. I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt strongly others should be aware...I attempted to communicate with the property manager prior to posting this review, but had no response. There is not a spot on the floor or furniture that is not stained. In general, the property needs to be maintained better. A/C not circulating properly, smell of cigarette smoke, broken microwave, broken chair legs, dirty floors, smears on the walls, ants in the dining room/kitchen...my parents left in the middle of the night because they were so uncomfortable feeling like they were in a frat house!

Upon arrival the door code that was given to us was not right. Owner or manager took 30 minutes to respond. House was not clean when we arrived. She did send someone to clean when we arrived and credited our cleaning fee back to us. But that saying the cleaning crew she sent basically made the beds and mopped. The bedrooms were not vacuumed there was hair all over the sink in one of the bathrooms. Mildew in the shower. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. This place is run down, stains on furniture and floors. Walls need to be painted. Microwave was dented up and broken handle. TV’s upstairs didn’t work. So close to the highway that is all you hear is traffic. Get a new cleaning service!!

The scheduling was seamless. The cleanliness was lacking. The stains on the couches could have easily been removed. Sweeping and mopping the floors were desperately needed. Under the couch cushions was nasty. For 150.00 cleaning charge I think you should hire a née company. That part was disappointing. The location was great.

Great house for seeing College Station. Needs some instructions for TV’s. Also, needs some more bedding for sofa beds. Otherwise great house, very modern and easy to find.

Cute place, needs fo be taken care of better. Master bedroom had little to no air flow. Trash behind night stand, and bed stains on the comforters.

Great location if you don't want to be in the middle of all the university craziness, little bit quieter over here. Us and our corgis highly enjoyed it.

I currently have students at TAMU that were homesick for a home-cooked meal, so I rented the place for a one night gathering. It was perfect! The check-in/out procedure was clear and easy, and I appreciated the updates from the owner throughout the stay. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/spices we could need to make dinner (we needn’t have brought our own) and the nearby HEB was ideal when we realized we’d forgotten a few ingredients. The kitchen/dining/den area are ideal for socializing while cooking, and the perfect size for our dinner-first-then-game-night event. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable for our one night, and the upstairs patio was pretty (although underutilized). Would definitely recommend if you need a place for a weekend in Aggieland, and the students want us to make this a recurring semester event, so I’ll definitely be coming back.

We came down to host my daughter and her friends for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a big meal, and everyone had plenty of space to relax.

We were in town to host our daughter's wedding. This townhome was a perfect place for us to stay. Staying at a hotel would have been too congested for us! The owner checked in on us to see how our stay was going and that was very thoughtful. Lots of room so we all had our space. I would stay here for another extended stay if we have to. The weather wasn't quite perfect plus we were somewhat busy with the wedding so we didn't get to enjoy the outside balcony as much as we would have liked. Maybe next time! Would highly recommend staying here. We've never stayed in a VRBO so our first experience was a great one!
