We loved this spacious home for our family of 23! The bedrooms were spacious and there was a great bunk bed room for the grandkids. But best of all, we LOVED the pool! It was perfect for our 15 grandchildren, ages 11 down to 2. The landlord, Philip, was so accommodating of our requests, and responded quickly. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

We enjoyed our stay. My grandchildren had a blast using the pool and water features. The backyard cooking and eating area worked really well with our group size. The sleeping arrangements were great. It was especially nice to have so many bathrooms.

The party was nice, and very large as expected. It was nice to have so many rooms, so each couple could have their own private space. The pool was a hit and it was perfect for the warm weekend. It was well stocked with dishes and a few fridges. Overall it was a nice and a fun house for a weekend getaway My only feed back is- the pool cleaner came on Friday in the middle of a pool day, so we had to get out for about 30 mins. Maybe have the pool cleaned before having guests come.

We've stayed at about a dozen rentals in the area and this one was the best so far. Things actually worked at the property as we have seen a downward trend in short-term rental upkeep lately. Great property for multi-families with four master bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There is also an extra guestroom and bath near the kitchen area. The kitchen, indoor dining and common area was small for a property of this size, but it worked for a group of eight. The house was very clean. Amenities (towels, dishes, pots & pans, etc.) were adequate. The massive garages, pool, pool deck and water slide were fabulous. We had a great family bonding experience at this property. Truly felt like we had our own private resort with the mature palm trees, etc. The owner has put a lot of thought and investment into the property and seems to care about it where others don’t. Funny but the biggest hit was the nugget icemaker in the kitchen. We must have refilled it with gallons of water which kept everyone cooled down and hydrated. Now everyone is going to get one for their own homes.

The house was great. We had a group of 19 of us and the kids loved the bunk room.

This property is beautiful with the patio/pool/hot tub area being the signature selling point of the property. There is plenty of room through out the home for families to have their own space. 2 nice outdoor grills and a covered area give guests a place to cook and get out of the mid-day sun. Kitchen area is adequate, but could use a little update of some of the utensils and small appliances like the toaster. All and all we had a terrific experience at this home and would recommend it to families and friends needing a large home. We had 7 couples and kids. There was room for all the couples to have a separate room and the kids to stay in the large bunk room.

This was our second time staying at this property and we had an amazing time again during our stay! We were able to drive our UTVs right from the house to Sand Hollow State Park and all other amenities are just a short drive away. The house itself is large and has a good layout for a large group. I would suggest letting the incoming groups know that they can pay extra to have the pool heated and to start the heating process the day before they arrive. We knew this ahead of time and contacted the host to heat the pool before we arrived. The backyard has a new patio cover that was added since the last time we stayed at the property and has a large table under it where we could all sit and enjoy meals together. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had about the property during our stay. We will definitely be renting this house again the next time we plan a trip to Sand Hollow!

We love staying here for our family reunions

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. There were 4 master bedrooms and All the beds were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the pool. It is in a great location for Sand Hollow. Our only complaint would be that the eating area is pretty small. We ate in shifts. The pool area needs a good cleaning. I’m sure the rain doesn’t help but the pool was dirty and some furniture and the table outside were sticky. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful family memories. Thank you!

We had a great stay with our large group (19 people). The pool is awesome and was a huge hit with the kids - they stayed in for hours on end! The bedrooms and bunk room were great- everyone had their own space. Great laundry set up. As others have posted, the kitchen and eating areas are inadequate for a house of its size - it wasn’t possible for us all to eat together so we often had half inside and half outside. The kitchen could definitely be better stocked in terms of equipment for cooking (plenty of plates, utensils, etc). There’s a second fridge/freezer in the garage that was very helpful. In terms of location, it was about 45 minutes from the entrance of Zion, 2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, just over 2 hours from Vegas airport.

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, a bunk room that the kids adored, and easy access to Zion National Park. The private swimming pool was the star of the show for the kids. Lots of pool toys had been left by other renters; the configuration of the pool made it great for all ages; there were loads of good towels, and the waterfall slide was a huge hit. The stovetop was slow to heat and the fridge a bit awkward, but there were two additional refrigerators and we did a ton of grilling. Excellent microwave and oven, plenty of utensils and serving ware. If we come back to this area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing house! Tons of room even with us having 25+ people from several different families. The pool, waterfall, and water slide were so much fun for kids and adults alike. The bunk room was a hit with all the little cousins! The main and guest houses stayed nice and cool the whole trip, even in the 100 degree heat outside. We did have a bit of an issue checking in - we didn’t receive any information prior to us arriving, so when our large group arrived at 5PM the doors were locked. We couldn’t reach the property manager to get the door and pool access codes. We also called and chatted into VRBO customer support to see if they could get us in touch with the property manager, but were placed on hold for over 1 hour without ever speaking to a service rep. The property manager called at 8:30 PM and was very apologetic, and was able to get us all of the check-in info and codes (he was in a place without cell service that afternoon), and everything after that point was wonderful.

Check-in was a piece of cake. All the information we needed was in the email from the property manager. The house was very clean. We were very happy with the location! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental! There were 27 of us so this house was perfect! We loved the large Family Room/Kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms. The large swimming pool with slide and jumping deck were a great hit with the kids and adults acting like kids. The pool has a great set up with two large baja decks for the younger kids and an 8 foot deep end for jumping and diving. Best pool ever! The large hot tub was icing on the cake. A TV and Roku in every room with great WiFi coverage such that everyone had entertainment at their finger tips. The whole house was spotless and beautiful. We certainly recommend it and give it a 10 out of 10.

Perfect property for multi-families with 4 master bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There were 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms and additional pull-outs for sleeping. Indoor dining did feel somewhat inadequate, not enough places to accommodate everyone at once. There was plenty of additional outdoor tables and chairs but with the heat not always conducive. The house was very clean. Amenities (towels, dishes, pots & pans, etc) were adequate. Pool was fabulous. We had a great experience at this property.

We stayed in June so it was stressful wondering if we should pay the fee (which seems excessive) to heat the pool. We went back and forth and decided not to. The pool was chilly. There was a lot of sand and dirt in the pool. It was windy while we were there so the sand accumulated even more. I think it would be nice if the property purchased a bottom vac to work the pool. (other properties we have stayed at have these and its nice to keep the pool clean during the stay) I noticed an earlier review where folks were having trouble with the cover. The cover was new but the tracks were still not working quite right. We spent a couple hours getting it to stay on the tracks. Property contact was very helpful and quick to respond. :)

We had a great experience staying at Sand Hollow Springs! There was plenty of room for 22 of us. The kids loved the bunk room. If they weren’t swimming they were all hanging out together in there! The pool, hot tub, and slide were amazing! It was nice to have pools towels provided. The outdoor seating was nice for our large group. The space was incredible. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is always a request when I’m booking for our group. The 4 master bedrooms were beautiful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! Overall: the house was clean, furnishings were nice, the outdoor space is well worth it (there is a fee to heat the pool and we were glad we paid it), the management is super easy to work with. We’ve been doing this for 8 years and this was our favorite place!

This is a great house! The house was clean. We all enjoyed our stay. The owner does charge extra to heat the pool and hot tub. This extra charge is hard to find in the description. They only way I knew about it was by reading others reviews. We paid the extra money for the heating of the pool. Due to a storm the pool was very dirty, cold, and the pump was broken. The owner had the pump repaired on the day of check in. The pool was only 1/2 way cleaned on the second day. The pool was finally heated on the third day. (The hot tub heated up almost immediately)

4th time renting this property for a large group of golfers. Sleeps all 20 of us comfortably and we have a great time utilizing all the amenities the property offers. Highly recommend staying here!

For the most part, we had a great stay here. The additional cost to heat the pool was not disclosed to us until a week before our visit and was very expensive. The temperature of the pool for the most part was pleasant but there were heating issues that caused the hot tub to not be warm enough.

The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. FYI for maintenance: Sheets in hide-a-beds were not changed -we washed them. Basement king bed in south west corner need slats replaced. . They creak with any movement. Pool house fridge was not cooling.
