Ryan was a great host! He greeted us upon arrival and permitted us (traveling with younger kids) to check in early as we had a (very) early morning flight. House was in good shape, as advertised. Neighborhood was close to many points of interest. While apartment was darker than anticipated, it did not hamper the enjoyment. Kitchen was very well supplied/stocked. Highly recommend!

The property is not as advertised. The listing shows outside patio, grill etc the host never showed us or offered use. Flowers on the deck, not. One bed had sand in it. This place was not as advertised and not what we expected

My husband and I typically choose houses to rent so our dog can enjoy a yard to play and potty in, and this property showed several great pictures of not only a yard, but also patio, play set, grill and fire pit. With not a lot of dog friendly options in the area, we thought the extra money for this rental was well worth it. When we arrived, we had to meet with the owner for check in. While he was friendly, it would have been much preferred to just get the key code and not have the hassle of meeting in person. I think he sets it up that way to basically let you know that he lives downstairs and to also let the guests know they really aren’t welcome to use the backyard at all. He offered we could text to ask permission to use it, but warned his dogs are always out there and aren’t very friendly. So we chose not to bother since he made us feel uncomfortable about it. The actual space was okay and the neighborhood was nice but we would have much preferred to spend half the amount and just rent an apartment since that’s basically all it was.

Location was safe, close to nice restaurants and communication with owner was great.

The check in process was quick and informative. The owner responded quickly to any questions. We only stayed one night for a concert in the area. Would stay again

Neighborhood rougher than expected. It's on street parking and we were told by the owner that they had a lot of car break in's around. The pictures made it look way better than it actually was. Check in was with the owner and it was awkward. Would not recommend.

Very cool arts and crafts/mission style apartment. Was just an overnight stay but was great. Would definitely stay again.

This property was the perfect location and set up for our mini family reunion to celebrate our dad’s 70th birthday. We booked a fishing charter and this location was close to the marina and offered enough bedrooms to accommodate our party. The place was clean and had plenty of beds, towels and kitchen supplies. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you.

Well organized, close to the pier. Exactly what I was looking for! And close to the dog park!

Host was very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. There is plenty of comfortable beds for a large group/family. The kitchen is well stocked. We will stay there again when we come back to Milwaukee.

The property is located right down the street from a huge dog park, friendly local pub, and wonderful Mexican restaurant. The owner was nice and flexible when we thought we may need to change our departure time. Beautiful old-style dwelling with lots of wood and unique features. Stairs going up could be problematic for individuals with limited mobility. We had a great stay with our great dane!

Went with a group of friends for the Midwest gaming classic. Super close to the convention center so perfect for our needs. Two things we wish could be improved was the brightness of the lights at the dining room table. They were entirely too dim for reading cards. The other was the table itself. Looks like one of the legs needed to be shimmed and glued as it was pretty wobbly from it. Obviously those are just nit-picks. Outside of that everything else was great and in order.

Property is exactly as advertised maybe even a little nicer than the pictures. Ryan was the perfect host couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We stayed for one day. We liked the quick access to the down town area. The amenities were good.

We stayed at the rental very little as our reunion was at a nearby home and the location for us was a plus. Ryan, the owner was cooperative with booking, provided an early check in and personal tour of his upper level accommodations, as well as street parking tips. Plenty of towels as well as soap and shampoo were convenient amenities. Air conditioners and fans were helpful in cooling the upper level accommodations over a couple of warm days.

Hosted my brother's bachelor party and this spot was perfect. The unit was great and allowed the 6 of us to spread out quite a bit. We had a chef in our crew so we made great use of the kitchen, which really is an awesome space! In addition to the unit itself, Riverwest is an awesome neighborhood (probably the most underrated area of MKE, in my opinion). We took advantage of the breweries and restaurants within walking distance and appreciated the easy access to other areas around MKE for golf/Brewers game/bar hopping/etc. Due only to the decore, I'd say it's not the place I would pick for a romantic weekend away with my spouse... but it was the perfect spot to host the boys for a weekend of fun!

The property was exactly as pictured and located in a wonderful Riverwest neighborhood. It had almost all of the things we needed for our stay and for preparing meals in the kitchen. If there were suggestions we could make, it would be for a slightly more conventional coffeemaker and slightly more functional grill, but these were minor inconveniences and didn't affect the positive nature of our stay. We have another trip to Milwaukee coming up in October and will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks, Ryan!

The owner double booked this property and did not tell me my start want going to happen until the day I was supposed to arrive. Can’t speak to the property itself as I never got the chance to stay there.

We decided to spend a few days in Milwaukee, but didn't want to stay in a hotel. This place worked out great. It's well maintained and Ryan does an excellent job as host!

Ryan's place is beautiful and super spacious! And he is a great and super responsive host! And the location is convenient to the hot spots of both Shorewood and River West!

The upstairs part of this architecturally intriguing house was great for a family vacation; we each had our own bedroom to relax. The neighborhood has lots of people walking their dogs, teaching their children how to ride bikes amidst the trees. The living room/parlor were both comfortable as was the outdoor patio. Lots of towels and kitchen equipment to cook meals but there is a good, friendly Mexican restaurant about 2.5 blocks away. Ryan is friendly, helpful and knows lots about Milwaukee. So much to do in this urban area! We didn’t use all the tv equipment, we were too busy exploring.

My friends and I were visiting for a birthday boat ride on the river and this spot was a perfect place to relax. Ryan was very helpful with street parking rules and we love the giant projector screen in the bedroom!

Ryan was awesome. It was the first time we had stayed in Milwaukee proper. Over the last several years, we had stayed an hour outside of the city as my partner is from one of the neighboring towns. This time, for his birthday, I booked this charming duplex so we could enjoy more of the metro area. The location was good in a lovely neighborhood, it was really Ryan and his kindness that made it. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom we stayed in had a large format project TV. If we have more time, going from room to room and watching movies would have been a film-lovers dream. The place was clean, well-stocked with towels and amenities. Great wi-fi. We would definitely stay again and most likely will in the coming months. Thanks, Ryan! Kisses to Bubba and Bella!
