The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we could possibly need! The house was very clean, roomy and comfortable. One suggestion might be to add an area rug in the pool table room and the dining room. We noticed that sometimes with the sound of people engaging in a pool game, with the windows and no rugs on the floors, it was hard to carry on a conversation or board game at the dining room table. The sound echoed. This is a minor point and just a simple suggestion to make a great place even better! We made some lovely memories and are looking forward to returning. Thank you!

We picked this place because it seemed to have everything you will need: - Beds and bathrooms so we do t need to share too often. - BBQ grill - Hot tub (jacuzzi) - Pool - Large outdoor space - Parking area for 5cars - Huge kitchen with enough appliances and tools - Dog friendly Shante, the property manager responded very quickly via phone and text. I don’t recommend to communicate with Vrbo messages tho. It may take time to hear back from her. If you and the group are absolutely wine ppl, I recommend to bring a good glasses for your good wines. Water is heated by gas so never ran out. It will be a nightmare if the hot water runs out with 10ppl group! Pool was very clean and good size to get day time heat off from our body. And the pool house has a bedroom, kitchen and bath. It’s absolutely a good addition to us because the main house fridge was too full, some folks with knee issue couldn’t use stairs to their bedroom, and less sharing ppl per bathroom. I think it will be best for 4 couples so each couple gets their own bath but 5 is also durable. If the group members are all families, it’s such a great place to stay with as many as this place allows. Enjoyed star lights and beautiful moon at night too!

Spacious but rundown. Property manager was responsive, brought more bedding, utensils, pool towels etc. upon request. House was clean but had broken shades, fans that didn’t work, pullout bed in pool house was unusable due to thin, totally uncomfortable mattress. Lovely surroundings but lack of good maintenance really obvious. Old pool needs new tile and resurfacing. Family reunion so we had fun anyway.

This property is older but has all the essentials of a newer home. If you enjoy rustic, you'll like it here as it is in the country in a private wooded setting. It worked well for us - three families ranging from one to sixty-eight. Three large bedrooms (two ensuite) and all living areas on first floor with an additional 2 bedrooms upstairs. An additional pool house living space adds another bedroom, kitchen and bath so everyone can have all the space they need. As our stay was short and the air quality was not good due to recent fires, we only used the hot tub for the kids - it was large and clean. We found everything clean and well stocked and there are two entertainment areas so kids and adults can have their own space. Our dogs appreciated the large deck and yard area which was completely enclosed. Our only complaints were the water which smelled slightly sulphurous and the AC units in only 4 rooms so don't cool the whole house when doors are closed. Fortunately, Healdsburg evenings are cool so AC isn't always needed and several rooms had overhead fans and floor fans. Due to Covid we cooked in and had everything we needed to do so.

Reviewer Comments: I do not usually like to speak ill of or stand in the way of someone trying to make money but in this case I have made an exception. This house is OLD and I would not recommend it to a friend. The listing mentions "updated" but I would call that a gross exaggeration. We had issues from day 1 of a 5 day stay. No AC, broken fridges, nasty/dirty floors, hot tub issues, very limited utensil/serving options in the kitchen and ant problems just to name a few. Property management tried to mitigate the situation but overall it was a poor effort. We felt like we were hosting repairmen during our stay even though none of them were able to fix the aforementioned issues. To make matters worse we checked out of the property on 6/29 and we have yet to see our security deposit and no word on any refund for our less than pleasant stay in the property. Final advice: DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

The house was very spacious with many bedrooms for guests. The outside deck was wonderful and breezy. We loved sitting out there! The inside of the home was nice but perhaps in need of some basic TLC. The washer broke during our stay and they sent a maintenance man to fix but it was semi stressful bc we needed clean clothes for wedding. Also, the drains in showers were slow and filled tubs with water while showering. Overall our stay was great though!

We did self check in and self check out, so only had contact with people via text message. The swimming pool needed attention and instructions for pool and Internet access were out of date. It would have been good to know that the pool house (double bed and sofa bed) does not have AC and that for the two upstairs bedrooms, there is no bathroom. Yes have to come downstairs and use a bathroom in the hallway, which may be also used by another three guests.

Overall, the property satisfied our requirements. Plenty of space for 12 adults...we particularly enjoyed the pool table and the spa. We did not use the pool given the weather in the 70's.
The dining table fit 12 comfortably and the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the house's furniture and redwood decking was aging, but was quite functional. Unfortunately, the DirecTV was not working so watching the derby, Warriors and Giants was not possible. I would stay here again.

The two living room areas were perfect for those who wanted to watch different programs at the same time. The billiard table kept the younger teens happy and there was plenty of room to set the table for 20 people. We had six couples and a baby, and the spacious house / pool house slept all of us comfortably and with privacy. While great wine-tasting is all around, the house itself offers so many experiences...from sipping mimosas on the back deck in the morning as the sun comes up over the vineyards, to romping in the pool when it gets warm, to lunch in the bright poolhouse, to fun cooking in the spacious dinner and outdoor grill for dinner for twelve at the long dining table. We were barely motivated to leave! The management is responsive and flexible, and I already want to plan a return trip!!
