5 of us came for a conference at the convention center. It was an easy walk and we found the property to be perfect for us - large table for strategy sessions, comfortable couch for unwinding, the bedrooms were as described. We hope to return!

This house was a great layout for a large group. The pool and game room were big hits with kids, teens and adults alike! Close to Disney but not necessarily walking distance. But super convenient location.

Property was fine, other than cockroach in house.
All the rules in place for noise made no sense when neighbors were out all hours of the night making noise.
Game room was stuffy, needs ventilation.

You're exactly a one mile walk from the entrance to Disney so totally doable. The pool and hot tub were great the afternoon we arrived, and the house had everything we needed. I'd stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Large family stay, close to Disney parks, within walking distance for younger people, $6-15 for Uber which is convenient for being dropped off. Comfortable beds, nice backyard pool area. There are many rules, but you won't find any home in Anaheim that doesn't. Noise ordinances are understandable when you have a city with so many parks. Bring your staples, sugar, etc. Overall, I would recommend this house for large families.

My husband and I took 4 of our young adult children to DL for a family trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a small issue with one of the alarms in the house but Jeff was able to walk me through disabling it and came out the next day to replace it. Overall a great house!

Cute home qith all the amenities youll need! They had all the basics provided like towels, shampoos, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and so much more. Which may not seem like much but weve stayed in homes without. So we loved it. Great home and within walking distance to Disney!

The amount of posted notes regarding rules etc was constantly on me and all my guests. It took away from the welcoming feeling we were hoping to have. Unfortunately we all started joking about where the next posted laminated rule would be found (under a toilet seat, in the dishwasher etc). Also, the reason the coil freezes in the air conditioner is because your return air inlet is too small, not because people want the stat below 72. Fix that instead of threatening back charges for comfort. You had a group of HVAC professionals in the house and found that funny.

The pool was never heated to a sufficient degree that we could swim in it, although the spa was. We suspect the heated spa water was supposed to spill over into the pool, which would provide the necessary heat. However, the water never reached the level necessary for this to happen. None of the waterfalls worked. We called on our second day (we stayed for five), but the problem was never addressed.
Otherwise the place was as advertised and overall a great place, especially if you are going for a Disney visit!

Check-in process was a piece of cake, and house was great for being as a launchpad for Disneyland. With little kids we ended up driving and using the park parking 2 of our 3 days, but the day we decided to walk it wasn't a huge hassle that could be worth it if you're not staying until exhaustion at the them parks. The pool and hot tub were nice on our day away from the park, and the family enjoyed it. I don't have regrets with this booking.

It was a very nice place plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the parks was 1.3 miles not a bad walk at all.

The house was great, lots of rooms and close to both Disney and convention center. The communication was great, they sent check-in information via email and text, very simple instructions. Check-out was also very simple.

This home is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. The inside is spacious easily accommodating our family of 11. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. We were here in Jan. and the temp was in the mid 60s. Heating the pool and spa was more than worth it. We used it regularly. The home is readily accessible to Disneyland by walk, car and Disney parking, drop off or Uber. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question.
We were thankful we chose to rent this VRBO instead of multiple hotel rooms.
We would highly recommend this property for a Disney vacation with a large family.

My family had a great time staying here. We consisted of 3 married couples, one adult child, and two grandchildren ages 3 and 1. The house fit us all comfortably. We appreciated all the baby equipment at the house (high chair, pack and play, strollers, etc). The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us - we swam a lot, even though it was January! We did have one issue with not having hot water one morning but with a simple text to the host, the problem was fixed within a few hours. Quick response and great communication. That issue could happen at home to anyone at anytime. The walk to Disneyland isn’t too bad. The sidewalks aren’t congested on Disneyland Drive like they are walking on Harbor Blvd. Great experience- would definitely stay there again!

The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Close walk to Disney. And we took a couple days to stay and enjoy the pool. Management was extremely attentive when we needed anything.

Lots of rooms, very comfortable, and love the TV and game areas. It is a walk to enter Disneyland from here. All the stores you might need are within 1 mile. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time at this VRBO. This house was exactly what it said it was. There are some restrictions that were a little cumbersome but completely understandable. Like no music outside at any time. Other than the rules this place was great and the location the the theme parks for Disney you can’t beat. An easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the parks.

Came for a long weekend to enjoy pool and Disney after dark event. House had everything we needed for a great time and very close to Disney. Kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. Very nice weekend.

Every thing was perfect for our stay. We were nervous about the noise and time restrictions have younger kids. The Disney parks filled our days up enough that we didn’t even think about outside. It was nice to take an extra day away from the parks and enjoy the house amenities though. Our family of 10 fit perfectly with space. Only game console is a Wii and we couldn’t find games or controllers, so bring your own if you have them.

We stayed her to take our granddaughter to Disneyland for her 2nd birthday. Disneyland is in walking distance would definitely recommend walking vs driving specially if you leave the parks late. Half our party walked and the other half drove. Walkers were back at least 10 mins faster.
The house is loaded with everything you need. from games to the pool. They get a plus for the fans! We love our fan noise
I was a little worried and concerned about all the rules but then realized they were city rules or codes. So I didn’t blame the owners for that.

The house was perfect. The neighborhood was lovely. We could walk to Disneyland. The backyard was beautiful. It was great to relax in the hot tub after a day at Disney. The rooms were great and the house well stocked.

We had a really wonderful stay and the pool was even larger in person. As mentioned in other comments, the alarm to get outside is quite tedious but we understand it is mandated by the county. We had a question about the house and we got an immediate response from the property manager. Overall it was great!

Very close to Disneyland property, just off the SW corner of California Adventure. We came back midday from the Parks, ate and cooled off in the pool, and went back. The Hot Tub was so so nice also. The game room was nice except for being kind of warm and crowded. Plenty of room around the large dining table. It would be very helpful if the back door Alarm could be shut off during stays with no children. That was annoying. Bedrooms were all nice and comfortable. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close proximity to Disney, just wish we would have stayed longer. Will look into returning in the near future to take better advantage of the outdoor space and spacious kitchen.

The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the only reason I mention it is to praise the staff's immediate attention to fix the problem. They offered short-term, immediate help as well as a long-term solution. The location is perfect, the backyard is so convenient and perfect after a long day at the parks. The house also offered strollers, a high chair, and other baby essentials. That was an unexpected bonus. The only complaint is that you do not get a printed check-in/check-out binder which I personally find super helpful when there are multiple families. Other than that I would recommend this house to all friends and family and hope to stay again!
