The kitchen had everything you needed and more plenty of dishes and silverware too so we didn't have to run the dish washer after every meal like a lot of places we have stayed at. We enjoyed the game room and we didn't even have kids with us. We used the hot tub a lot, but would have even more if it was covered as it rained all weekend. Loved all the antiques and stained glass. Plenty of room for us and the dogs, we hope to be back.

There is just allot of unorganized "stuff" in this house.High chairs, nursing chairs,dog crate,kites and items other guests have left behind, kids toys- all items that our family didn't require but did require us to organize and move so games were accessible.On the outside the deck is dirty with moss and mold under a variety of more "stuff" and the lattice skirt around the deck is falling off.Upon renting you will receive so many emails with rules,notices as well as some helpful info tucked in for good measure.

Bloomer Estates asks upon check out that you bring any concerns to them directly before posting a review so they can look into or rectify things but when we did the email we got back from the owner was "What exactly are you asking for?". Nothing at all,an apology would have been nice.A thank you for the time I spent using my tools to get the Foosball and air hockey table working but no,instead we got an email saying that we were being charged $260 for the vomit in the hot tub. No vomit happened anywhere,ever.The owner just g

We had a wonderful week, the house was spacious, well stocked and conveniently located to town. Truly a wonderful home!

The house and location are amazing. We were all so impressed and comfortable during our stay!! The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the ocean from the kitchen nook and the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Dabra was amazing and provided on the spot assistance with a couple of things we needed during our stay!! The only thing that we found that needs attention is the hot tub. Only 2 sets of the jets were working and the water would not heat past 98°. Outside of that it was perfect and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you for a great 50th birthday celebration location!!

Our whole family was very pleased with the Knole House. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to prepare all our breakfasts, snacks and our Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed our time in the large dining room as a family. The game room was amazing! We actually spent most of our time playing ping pong, pool, and some of us spent quite a bit of time playing the “old school” games the arcade had to offer. The location is really nice and we loved the acreage. We could see the ocean from the downstairs and upstairs had an amazing view. The path/trail to the ocean was an easy walk, enjoyed by all. The BBQ on the covered deck worked great. The hot tub was beautiful. We took one day to visit Seaside and Cannon Beach, as they are less than an hour away. I think the one thing we would recommend is to inspect the pool sticks (for the pool table) and replace the tips/cues. It really is a great house in a nice location. My family really enjoyed spending time there. Another bonus with this house is that there is a guest house you can also rent. We did not rent the guest house, but it’s nice to know we could possibly rent both in the future.

The house was wonderful except one issue we had with a window leaking air. The management team was right on fixing it. I want t thank them for all their help!

The views, proximity to the beach and general layout were the highlights. The hot tub had not been maintained but as soon as we notified Bloomers the maintenance person drained, cleaned and prepped it for use. Our grandchildren spent a lot of time enjoying all of the games in the play area. There were a few repairs that needed to be made e.g., downstairs bed only lifts on one side. An area for improvement was cleanliness. The outdoor grill was filthy, the floors had not been cleaned, the kitchen vent was coated with grease. If I were a neat freak that would have been a major issue but all of the other benefits of the home outweighed it.

One door leads to the well-furnished kitchen with a small dining area overlooking the grass, sand, and then ocean. The other door leads to the unique upstairs bedroom that has 4 single beds in cubicles. Back the kitchen, connected is a formal dining room and a large living room + a large bedroom and huge bath with a shower. Upstairs from the living room are bedrooms, one with a balcony and a sitting area. The house is filled with beautiful stained glass. There is a piano!

Really nice and private location back from the beach. The home worked very well for our family - just as we hoped. Very well managed. Had a minor issue with the hot tub that was remedied immediately upon notice. Well done!

This was a great place to stay. The garage was full of working things to do which was fabulous. There is a ton of toys and needed items for younger kids we didn’t need but would be nice for others. The house was in good condition with just a couple minor things missing or broken but nothing that took away from the trip. Do know that the upstairs main room we thought was a master, maybe our mistake. It is a large room office/den room with king bed put it in. It does not have a private bathroom or closet. There is one true master downstairs which is nice. It worked for us but is to note. We would stay here again.

Lovely, spacious, and private home a short walk over breezy dunes from the beach. Stunning views of nature, ample and various amenities for the younger folks, all in a finely appointed well-maintained and classic property.

This place has everything for a fun time with the family. Kids room is removed from main home bedrooms which is fun for older kids but can be difficult for the little ones. The proximity to the ocean is great, town is a short drive away.

The place was great for what we needed. It fit 10 people comfortably, and was only a short walk to the beach. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet leaking, and the maintenance person was at our house within 15 minutes.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Knole House. We stayed for 4 days with our 3 kids, ages 5, 7, and 7. The house was incredible and had everything we could have asked for and more. There is so much to do; the game room is unbelievable! We used the hot tub multiple times a day, grilled, played with all the toys inside and out, utilized the climbing structure/playground next door, and spent lots of time down at the beach. We were lucky enough to meet the owner in passing, and it was lovely to chat with him and tell him how much we were enjoying our stay. There are ample sleeping arrangements to choose from to meet your needs. We went to the cranberry museum, spent time at Funland, and walked around in Long Beach getting fudge and ice cream. The check in and check out process was seamless. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!

When we arrived there was toilet water from the upstairs bathroom dripping through the ceiling light onto the kitchen island. We shut the water off to the toilet and put the soaked floor rugs in the bathtub. Maintenance person fixed the valve in the toilet. Nobody ever checked back to replace the wet rugs and clean the bathroom floor. Therefore, we did not use the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom. We did enjoy the loacation/view, hot tub, piano and gameroom. It was also conveniently close to town for incidentals if needed. The couch cushions were a little flat and uncomfortable and needed vacuuming.

This is a wonderful vacation house and location. The place is quiet, secluded, and not too far to drive to town. There was plenty for the teenagers and adults to do when it rained, and the walk to the beach is all of 1/8 of a mile, if that. The kitchen is to die for, especially the gas stove. I've never seen so many dishes in my life, almost excessive to the point where we had to shuffle items into empty drawers just to make room in the pantry for the dry goods we brought. There seems to be some contributed spices possibly left from past patrons, but I suggest you take what you think you'll need, or buy it there and contribute to the spice rack. The only item we had to buy was regular dish soap, which surprised me since most vacation rentals come with it. I have only two complaints: 1) housekeeping wasn't the greatest. We found a dirty diaper and dirty onesie in a chest in the upstairs bedroom and cheerios in-between the couch cushions. We also picked up 2 kid juice containers out of the yard. 2) and the Livingroom furniture cushions are so worn and uncomfortable that they tilt downward. You can't sit up or lie down without sliding forward or rolling off, so we spent a majority of our time in either the rec room theater chairs or sitting in bed when we wanted to watch TV. All and all, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and all it's stained glass work.

The kitchen was enormous and super well-stocked with equipment, and the gas range was so much fun to use! Our 5-year-old and 20-month-old LOVED all the toys in the playroom, and the playground, and the whole family made great use of the rec room during the rain. We took advantage of the lovely walk to the beach with the kids and our dog, spending sunny day's making sandcastles, chasing waves and watching for deer and eagles. We ate lunch the sunny picnic tables on the porch!

Both sets of stairs were a little steep for little ones, so we had to rig up some barriers, along with a provided wooden baby gate, just in case. It took awhile for the house to warm up on cold days, but the owners/management team promptly walked us through any questions/instructions.

The separate quiet spaces around the house worked beautifully for online kindergarten, connecting with our offices, and just having a quiet space for awhile. We've already recommended this house to friends!

I stayed here with my family and two dogs over the Pandemic New Year. This place offered the kind of remote solitude we were looking for. The picturesque view out of every window made for a great place to snuggle and read a book during stormy days. Additionally, being able to spend evenings playing pin-pong, air hockey, and basketball games was an added treat. What a beautiful place.

My family loved the vacation. Just an amazing setting. My one recomendation is to make sure to have everything working such as pool cues, non plastic ping pong paddles.
