The room was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful
The main bedroom having 2 twin beds together made it a bit ubcomfy sharing but other than that everything perfect

A little warm without air-conditioned in the living room, but I suppose it's the concept of open air space

The location is not great and one of the room smells. The staff was trying to blame on us for missing small towel which we didn’t even touch.

Very pretty property with lovely staff & comfortable beds. Good location made attractions and other resorts easy to get to.
Some sticky surfaces and lots of insects that pest control could deal with (lots of ants and a few cockroaches).
Worst of all though was a very loud mechanical noise (possibly a pump of sorts) that happened every 60 seconds all night long. Made sleep nearly impossible. The sound of the water feature covered over it during the day but we turned the water off at night as it was so loud, only to reveal whatever this other noise was. It was SO loud we could hear it even with earplugs in. A disappointing factor that really tainted our entire experience.

The staff members at the reception were amazing friendly and helpful!! The whole vibe of villa is wonderful as well!!
Maybe the breakfast is a bit different than we expected…Food smells not so fresh since it's packed inside of the box

Great location close to the supermarket across the road. short trip to Nusa Dua conference centre where we were attending conference.
I initially had issues confirming the booking payment (10 days) which was quite stressful. The rooms are beautiful however upstairs the corridor is so hot. we needed to leave the air conditioner on constantly. breakfast and in house massages not available as per summary in booking.com

loved the pool and it’s little waterfall! Staff were fabulous and a met my needs very well.
kitchen not really fitted out to actually cook, but plenty of dining options close by.

The mosquitos, our kids were eaten alive in their bedrooms while sleeping. We checked out early as they can’t control the mosquitoes, the hotel won’t refund or compensate you at all staff kept saying we can’t give refund or anything didn’t care about our quality of stay.

The villa is big and clean. It is really near supermarket and convienient stores

We loved it so much! Villa was super clean and comfortable. Large supermarket right across the street. Selection of food outside is not so much but you can easily deliver from Grab and the staff sends it to your door.
Ground floor bathrooms kept clogging, even when not used. Had to keep calling the engineer to come fix it (wasn't a big deal for us, but hope this issue gets addressed!)

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Walking distance from the food court and convenience stores.
Other restaurants were about 10-15min taxi ride away.
Staff were all very friendly and always willing to help.
We really loved our stay, the only thing we would mention is that for self catering villas there wasn’t much in the kitchen to use so we had to buy a few supplies and they just had the one pot but other than that we had no complaints.

Loved every moment of our stay! The staff were always helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to help us out. The place was amazing ! Fairly new hotel ... so still under construction but can’t wait to return when it is finished :)

Private pool was amazing. Great to unwind at the end of the day. Plenty of nearby cafes and supermarkets for our needs. Can’t fault the staff and their efforts.
