Great facilities, great location, lovely pool. Staff very helpful especially the butlers for the suites who really made the holiday and sorted us out so many times.

Lacks a bit of F&B outlets vs other properties close by. We had a few issues which were not great BUT the staff sorted them within an hour so which really you can’t ask for much more. So overall was very happy.

Surement le plus bel hôtel de Nusa Dua. Les piscines et la végétation luxuriante sont magnifiques et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est très poli, disponible pour vous aider, toujours un sourire et un bonjour. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et la restauration est de bonne qualité.

Dommage de ne pas avoir proposé directement des chambres communicantes. Il a fallu revenir à la réception pour insister alors que nous avions fait la demande en amont.

Location was good and the restaurants were incredible. We payed for the few restaurant vouchers which were great and the grounds were amazing on the property.

We unfortunately got a bad room. We paid for the plunge pool room, and everything went wrong a few days in within 24 hours. Our room safe wouldn't stop beeping (we hadn't even touched it since we got in the room), it just started going off at 10 pm with an error code. We put a heap of towles on it to dim down the noise. Then at 4 am we awoke to a waterfall in our room. Our toilet pipe had cracked and created a river in our bathroom. We called maintenance, and my husband switched the toilet water off so it didn't create more mess. They came about 15 mins later to fix it and they also fixed the safe while they were there. We then had to get housekeeping in to clean all the water. The night after, we were brushing our teeth, and part of the marble counter cracked off the bench and nearly landed on our feet. We called maintenance again to sort it out. They came about 10 mins later and cleaned it up. That night we asked for another room as we were fed up with this happening. We were 'upgraded' to a room with pool access, we quickly packed up our stuff and moved over 40 ish mins later. However, I wouldn't recommend this room if you like privacy. The room was a bit bigger, I would say, but their was constant noise from people walking past, especially the trolleys with glasses, etc. Kids swimming and jumping around our room. Pool guys coming down to clean. It just wasn't what we wanted for our honeymoon Overall, it was a good stay, but just lots of unfortunate events that led to us having to switch rooms and feel a little bit worried about what else could go wrong.

Hotel and Facilities just superb and staff always smiling and ready to assist. Room was classy in its finish and well sized. Breakfast was A+ with a fantastic selection. Walked the board walk comparing resorts nearby and happy to say we stayed at the best. Will definitely return.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Some facilities missing. For example a pharmacy or a hairdresser on site.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely and the towels very fluffy and soft. Breakfast is amazing with lots of delicious choices. The food at Kweezeen was just ok but the food at Cucina was delicious. Service was quite slow and the voucher system is a little time consuming. The seafood bbq at Toya was not good value for money but the setting is beautiful . Plenty to do during the day, the pool is lovely and service at the pool bar is excellent.

The food was hit and miss except for at Cucina where it was delicious both times.

All the staff were lovely, so accomodating. We were able to have early check in, amazing facilities, didn’t have to leave the resort. Food was amazing. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

Nothing to fault

All the staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The view at the resort itself was amazing as well as the food. Very nice location very relaxing too. We had a massive bed and a plunge pool which was amazing. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great and location is great link to other properties by foot.

Size of hotel and size of room were great . Pools also large. Access to sun beds was easy. Staff plentiful.

Far away from any nightlife but that’s not the hotels fault.

The word like is little for this resort, me and my husband had a great time in the resort. The staff was exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. Thank you for the hospitality and good times we got to spend. We will definitely miss this resort and will back for more fun.

Superb accommodation and the most wonderful staff! Honestly, they were so friendly, kind and helpful. We chatted with so many staff members, sorry, I can’t remember all your names! The swim up bar was a delight, we made the trip most days!! Great room (ocean view) 6317. Good food, with choice of 3 restaurants (one Italian (odd when in Bali?!) but great food. The pool experience each day was exceptional. Great place to chill and relax. We will return!!!!

Not the hotel’s fault but the beach was dirty, lots of washed up plastic, cans etc and the sea itself was murky and with floating debris, like pieces of wood. We stuck to the pool, much better, but we were sad not to get in the ocean.

Excellent stay we enjoyed it , nice Resort

Nick cleaner was amazing, he made sure our room was very clean all the time. The restaurant staff where amazing and really made the experience perfect.

Some of the restaurant food was quite expensive but of course delicious. There wasn't a large wine selection and quite expensive.

The bath leaked and did not hold water, room service lost our order despite using an online system that showed they had received it, then when a meal did arrive charges were incorrect and trying to charge twice the price for one meal. Long waits to check in or out whilst waiting on ‘reservation’ having to be made with check in/check out team, and to top it off wrong meals brought to table for breakfast which caused lengthy delay waiting for correct orders. Pool was nice but overall, much better value for money and service staying at similar rated resorts in Seminyak

No AC in the breakfast hall was a bit hot, would be good to have simple snacks/biscuits at the club outside of afternoon tea and cocktail hour.

The pools and the beach was fabulous!

How all facilities were charged. Archery, tennis and table tennis etc. maybe you can put a booking time so people can book and enjoy the facilities free?

The service was amazing. All staff were so friendly and happy. The on site nurse was an added excellence when it was needed! The breakfast was superb !
