Nice breakfast, clean and nice building

The pool is not located in the building but in their sister hotel, 5min walk away. While this is a major negative point to have to walk to the pool, the pool itself and their rooftop bar is really nice. The room was somehow strange, and in particular it was impossible to make it fully dark - the transparent door of the bathroom was letting the window light come through, so we were awake early.

Nice location in the middle of old quarter, a few steps from all the sights. Friendly staff, nice breakfast with ample variety. Rooms look new, comfortable bed, good bathroom with no sewer smell. Good air conditioner, which doesn't turn off when you leave the room with the key - was very welcome in summer heat. The street is almost quiet, but at 7.30 a.m. you can be woken up by a government loudspeaker the hotel has nothing to do with. If you're a light sleeper they provide earplugs. We were given a free room upgrade :)

The rooms look new but start to show signs of wear, hope the hotel doesn't let things get worse. Few decent eating options and no convenience stores nearby, have to explore the old quarter to find places to eat. They can help you with tours and transfers, but I recommend you to cross-check the prices, their offers aren't always the cheapest. But those are minor disadvantages, the hotel is overall good value for money and closer to 4* than many in the old quarter.

Amazing location with some of the most helpful friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Perfect for exploring Hanoi’s old town. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

This is a good hotel but when I booked it, I thought it had a pool. The pool shown in the pictures is not at this hotel. It’s at the sister hotel 5 minutes walk away. This should be in the hotel description. Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. However, you can still access the pool it’s just a short walk away.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily. Nice city view from the room. Breakfast included and a good choice and variety of foods.

I was on the top floor. Although it didn't bother me too much there was a lot of electronic noise - it may have been the elevator - I'm not sure. That said, earbuds were provided but I didn't use them.

Perfect location, right in the old quarter. The hotel is very nice , the room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, everyday different. We used the swimming pool once, and even if you have to go to the other hotel for it ( only 3 minutes walk), it is nice after a long hot day. Staff is also very nice and helpful.

Rooms very comfortable at this price point. Cleaned to a good standard. Staff very helpful in organising a transfer to and from sapa for a reasonable price - slightly more than the market rate, but peace of mind knowing they’d find a reputable company.

The property is listed as having a pool, in fact it’s their sister hotel - a 5 minute walk away - which has the pool. You’re free to use the sister pool, but it does put you off slightly.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Team, gute Betten und Service zur Transportorganisation. Haben sogar eine weitere Nacht gebucht weil es uns so gut gefallen hatte. Die Lage ist spitze, alles im Old Quarter zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das zweite Zimmer war leider voller Haare, wirklich geputzt wurde hier nicht. Wir hatten eine weitere Nacht vor Ort gebucht und uns wurde das gleiche Zimmer versprochen, da wir es dort schön ruhig fanden. Leider haben wir das Zimmer dann doch nicht bekommen. Der Putzwagen vom Zimmerservice stand im engen Flur ständig im Weg, selbst ohne Gepäck schwer vorbeizukommen.

En plein centre du vieux quartier, à pieds du lac. Petit déj. Moyen. Personnel à l'accueil très sympa. Vous pouvez allez gratuitement à la piscine de l'autre hôtel du même groupe ayant le même nom tout proche. Rapport qualite prix correct

Great staff. Really great staff. Great location with respect to food and drinks and massages and seeing a more authentic part of the old quarter.

Gym and spa were closed. Easily confused with M de V Old Quarter near Hoàn Kiếm lake (which has a pool and rooftop bar, but can be more expensive).

Excelente localização se você quiser ficar na cidade antiga com suas qualidades e defeitos. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários simpáticos, boa recepção. Muito bom custo benefício. Guardaram nossas bagagens enquanto fomos para as montanhas. Recomendo o hotel sem problema.

Quarto não tinha janela, mas eu já sabia. No bairro antigo os prédios não tem janela e se ficarem para rua será pior com poluição e barulho, logo não representou problema.

Great location in Old town Hanoi, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Because of that also busy surrounding. The room was nice and pretty quiet given the location. Breakfast was ok.

The support for trip arrangements during the stay could be improved. Also room service is only ok because soap etc wasn’t refilled. No desinfection wipes in the gym.

The property is very well located in the center of the OQ. The staff is super-friendly. We had a great stay and liked the room and breakfast.

Added 3% increase on price because of payment by credit card. The reservation on booking was made by credit card, so this should already be included in the price. Adding, even if it’s only 3%, with a calculator afterwards feels a bit like a scam.

The staff was very friendly, and helped us with whatever questions we had. They also helped us arrange transportation to the airport on Tết, which would have been a lot more challenging to do on our own with Uber. The location was also great - right in the middle of The Old Quarter, and super easy to walk around and find whatever you need.

We spent a little more on the room for the balcony, but they view wasn't really worth it. Wouldn't suggest it. The rooms were also quite small.
