Fontainebleau is a beautiful property. We have visited many times and always loved our stay. The pool area was severely under staffed to the point it was easier to get up get drinks then order. The room was nice but dated. Needs painting and other cosmetic updates. Great views!

Nothing in the listing mentions you have to pay for cleaning, upon checking out, the hotel tried to charge $50 for a cleaning never received and $300+ for a checkout clean. The owner has found a way to pass the costs along to the guests without letting them know. I am know going to dispute with the hotel and my bank. Don't get duped, the hotel can charge whatever they want, and they did! The owner passed the buck to the hotel and said it was not their doing.

This is a nice apartment, equipped as advertised, clean and well-maintainted. Kitchen has minimal items, but enough equipment to make simple meals. There were no starter spices. Communication and check in were very easy and timely. The integration of the stay with the Fountainebleau systems is better than at many private residences I've stayed at within resorts; there were no issues charging meals to the room, or receiving services. The spa passes are a bit silly; they get you into the spa, but any services are separate. Far as I could tell, the only thing in the spa that you get access to is the sauna. The resort fee was included, which is nice. It covered WiFi, valet parking, and beach chairs. This was a bit annoying; you get the beech chairs, but have to pay $25 for the umbrella!! Overall, I would recommend this property and the Fountainebleau.

Fantastic Stay!

Everything was awesome, the owner always answered all my questions within minutes. Very respectful and caring. Wish there was some frying pans, unfortunately it was none.

We had a wonderful time, everything went smoothly. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Valet parking was a breeze. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful comfortable modern condo.

We had a pleasant time. There was enough room for me my baby and husband as well as a babysitter. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms and private pool. Only dislike is overall the hotel is huge and walking from room to the beach is like 10 min walk.

Stayed here with my parents for 5 nights. It was a beautiful condo. Smelled like bleach as soon as we walked in so we knew that it was thoroughly cleaned. Views were amazing. I think much better than a beach view, especially at night! We had a few hiccups during our stay which included the bathroom outlet not working, the Keurig coffee machine not working, no pots or pans, minimal dishes/cups and misinformation from valet regarding valet parking. The owner/manager was able to take care of everything right away expect for the parking which I had to take care of on my own. The staff understood and had no issues removing the $50 valet parking charge. Just remember not to use the hotel valet and to take collins avenue to south drive for the owners property valet. Andres from valet was a huge help. Lastly the couch pull out bed was horrible. It was probably the worst pull out bed I have ever slept on. I couldn't do it for the whole stay so I bit the bullet and paid to have a roll away bed brought to the room for 45$ a night. It was better but not by much. Definitely an extremely worn mattress but no springs digging into my back so it was a step up. For all of these reasons I gave it a 4 star rating. I would stay here again if the pull out couch is updated! It is a beautiful place for 2 people or for more if you don't mind an uncomfortable mattress/pull out to sleep on. The owner/manager is extremely responsive and took care of our issues right away. Also the spa is a must and the hotel pools are amazing. Remember to check your bill before you leave we had several charges from the mini fridge that were incorrect but they removed them no problem.
