Too many extra fees: parking and resort and taxes too

Schöner Strand, zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm inklusive. Austattung im Zimmer war gut, jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser.

Poolanlage war leider sehr verdreckt. Ab dem zweiten Tag konnten wir die Poolanlage leider nicht mehr benützen. Pool war in der Revision.

The location is absolutely perfect, providing easy access to both local attractions and the serene beach. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and offered a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. A highlight of my trip was the friendly woman at the pool bar. She was always welcoming and made excellent drinks, adding a personal touch to my afternoons by the pool. The beach area was incredibly relaxing, with clean sands and calm waters, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun.

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were unfriendly and not solution-oriented, which made dealing with any issues quite frustrating. Additionally, calling the reception from the room was futile as nobody ever answered the phone. This lack of responsiveness is concerning, as it means that if something bad happens in the room, there's little hope for immediate assistance.

Die Lage des Hotels nebst direkter Zugang zum Strand inkl. kostenloser Schirm/Liegen/Badehandtücher! Top! Zimmer war sauber, Ausstattung entsprechend sehr gut! Sehr guter Service (sofortiger Austausch des funktionsuntüchtigen Kühlschranks).

Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte einen neuen Anstrich verdient!

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war toll und die Lage an für sich durch den direkten Strandzugang sehr gut. Das Zimmer war schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Lage birgt leider das Problem dass fußläufig nur sehr wenige Restaurants zu erreichen sind. Das Personal war sehr unmotiviert und mürrisch und da direkt eine Etage über dem Zimmer Bauarbeiten stattfanden war ab etwa 8 Uhr an Schlaf oder Entspannung nicht mehr zu denken. Zu anderen Uhrzeiten leider auch nicht, da die Zimmer so hellhörig sind dass man vom Nebenzimmer jedes Gespräch mithören kann. Der Valet Service war ebenfalls furchtbar, dauerte ewig, lange Schlangen an der winzigen Einfahrt und beim Check-Out stand das Fahrzeug zwar da, jedoch ohne Schlüssel. Diesen hatte der Valet weggeschlossen und war in seinem abgeschlossenen Raum eingeschlafen und konnte fast 20 Minuten nicht geweckt werden wodurch schließlich fast der Flug verpasst wurde. Alles in Allem kann ich dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen.

Pool & beach walk location was excellent chairs, umbrella & towels included - NICE!

no restaurant available. Bar closed early. Others complained they were only allowed 2 waters/day & they had 4 people in their room We went to CVS & bought water. Ice machine on our floor (8) never worked charged "resort fee" for beach chairs on a day we arrived at 10 pm

Awesome pool, right by the beach. Right on the boardwalk.

Absolutely do not book if you need a wheelchair access room. Those rooms are above an incredible noisy boiler room. Hotel staff were very gracious and moved us, but it was more difficult for our daughter in the wheelchair.
