Great location and perfect spot for hitting up the links! Easy access to downtown and the local scene was a lot of fun too. House was in great condition, instructions and communication from the owner's was top notch, and overall great experience . Highly recommend

Great place to stay with a group of friends or family

Our family has utilized the owner’s property’s about 4 times. All great properties. Lots of room. Modern décor.

Lots of room for for big group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Easy to get to downtown and Opry Mills area.

Absolutely well worth the cost. Owner very responsive to any questions. Great location to downtown. Depending on traffic only 5 minutes to city center. Would recommend to friends.

We were a large group of adults so finding two homes side by side that fit our needs was great. The location of the property was wonderful. Adam was great to work with from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville and I will recommend it to my family and friends for sure.

We had an excellent stay in Adam and Frances' properties in Talbot's Corner, Nashville. Their communication and service were expedient and helpful. They really worked to accommodate our two parties well. The space was clean and comfortable and perfect for our shared meals and times spent hanging out together. Additionally, the townhomes are conveniently located to downtown Nashville and had groceries and good restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We all agreed that it was a perfect space for us. Grateful!

Easy to get to places we wanted to visit/short Uber. Had a problem with the original home we were scheduled to stay in as the furnace wasn’t working when we arrived and it was super cold in the house. We messaged the manager/owner and he messaged me back immediately and switched us to his other property. The unforeseen will happen...thank you for being on top of correcting the problem with little disruption to our group

The place was terrific and held all 9 of us perfectly. Lots of room for hanging out, very comfortable, beds were comfy! Easy to Uber to and from and get to broadway. Would definitely recommend!

There was just a few things that weren't super clean. We found a cookie in our closet when we arrived and the window seals were a little dirty. The balcony had trash. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect fit for all of us. I would recommend this property.

Four siblings and our families spent the 4th of July Weekend in Nashville and this house was the perfect home base for all of our activities. Everything was as pictured and described. Adam & Frances communicated promptly and clearly as we set up the reservation and asked questions. The house instructions were also very simple and clear. Between the bedrooms and hide-a-beds we had room for our 14 ppl plus a few more without feeling scrunched together. We made use of the grill one day and did some other light cooking while we were there and had plenty of plates and silverware for the whole crew. The large dining tables and kitchen bar gave us plenty of room to sit and eat. When we weren't out and about, we spent most of our time downstairs but if someone wanted to get away they could use the upstairs area where the game console and another TV are. We have some musicians in the family and we even had enough room to set up a keyboard and mic and do some family Karaoke with live accompaniment down stairs. The place was very clean and un-cluttered which we really liked. Some places have a hodge podge of previous visitor's toiletries and refrigerator items which can be awkward but none of that here. Kudos to their cleaning crew. The hardest part was getting the right turn angle when pulling into the parking area behind the unit ;-) We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Rented Side-By-Side houses-Garbage pickup is only once a week, when we arrived on Sunday the trash cans for both houses were overflowing and smelled horrible. Anytime we walked to the vehicles all you could smell was the rotting trash. Parking is very limited and tight, not recommended for large vehicles. Houses have some interior cosmetic issues that need to be fixed. Since we rented side by side houses it would have been nice to have a gate that connected the yards instead of having to walk past the trash cans.

Great location and great house. Thanks Adam for being such an amazing host. We had 13 people stay in the house and never once felt like we were crowded. It was nice having the rooftop patio to all gather on. Only recommendation would be leaving out the broom as the janitor closet was locked, it would have been nice to go over the floor with the broom once or twice during our stay.

There were 16 of us who came to Nashville for my daughters 21st Birthday!!! This house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping places for everyone. Lots of places to hang out. We loved the rooftop, especially in the morning for coffee and at night when we returned!! I would highly recommend this house. The owners were very attentive when I had any questions and check in was a breeze.

I loved staying here with 11 of my close girlfriends. Everywhere we needed to go was only a hop and skip away in an Lyft. Sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for all 12 of us. Nice big open space to allow us to all socialize. Adam and Frances are so responsive and on top of it. I asked for a floor plan and they didn't have one but gave me the room breakdown so well. This house was perfect for us.

The property was great and in a good location near the city and it worked out well for our team meeting.

First off - Do not let the neighborhood or alley for parking scare you off. The houses are located in a neighborhood that is being revitalized and we felt very comfortable and even talked to a few of the local neighbors. Enough parking for two trucks per unit. The inside of both units were very clean and with plenty of space. The owners had great communications, even when I did not, and were very accommodating to my last minute reservations. Just a short Uber ride to downtown and the area just to the east had some good restaurants and local bars. The beds are firm memory foam and ver comfortable and both houses are very nicely furnished. Thanks for letting us enjoy the houses. You will be first on our list if we ever return.

Had a group of 16 guys stay here and it was great. Place is huge and very nice. Short Uber downtown to bars. No complaints at all, perfect spot for a large group.

This house is amazing! A group of 12 of us went down for a Patriots weekend and we're extremely impressed. There were rooms for everyone and plenty of living room for hanging out. I can highly recommend this house for future groups.

We had to come in town for a work event and this turned out to be the perfect idea. We were able to save money on going out since we were able to cook. The place was clean and beautiful. Definitely worth it and would do this again.

The house was very clean, had four large bedrooms and bathrooms to handle our large group. It was also close enough to Broadway for a quick Uber/Lyft ride.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The property is amazing and very spacious! The rooms are super clean and stocked with fresh linens. The living room and kitchen are perfect for a bigger group. The location is great (about 8-10 minutes to Broadway). We had no trouble getting Uber’s or Lyfts. Adam was very accommodating and responds quickly to any needs. Would definitely rent again!

We were very, very pleased with this home our group rented for our recent weekend in Nashville. It has a wonderful layout which gives a large group open space to visit together as well as space to have some private time if needed (back patio, front porch, second floor porch, rooftop and second floor study). We used UBER and LYFT to get downtown and found that worked well.
