The location was great. I rented a car which I really didn’t need to use hardly at all. I was in walking distance to the inner harbour area. I could walk along the ocean everyday. Groceries were a several blocks away but within walking if you didn’t need too many items. There was a liquor store, a bakery and numerous restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walking. China town was easily accessible and had a few neat shops. I arrived to Victoria at 8:30am and the host had the apartment ready for me by 1:30 which I really appreciate since I had to be up at 2am and was exhausted.

There was no Kleenex in the apartment and since I was there for two weeks, two face cloths were not enough. The fake leather couch is really not that comfortable. Only Netflix was available on the tv and I really like to see the morning and evening news as well as watching a few favorite evening tv shows. I’m a senior and didn’t go out at night so I would have really appreciated having regular cable tv. As with any city these days there were a lot of homeless people hanging out along Douglas Street near the MacDonalds and on Pandora Ave itself but they were several blocks away from the apartment.

Couches and bed were VERY uncomfortable. In living room, heat only worked with one register. One register did not provide heat. The one which did work, heated up the apartment well, but took a long time. Lots of confusing light switches everywhere which didn't do anything - added to confusion when trying to make heat work. Uncomfortable toilet seat. Shower Gel dispenser did not work.

Great location in Chinatown and 5 minute walk to the port. quiet. Loved the balcony ! very nice to have washer and dryer. Suggestions: couldn't get tv to work other than netflix, etc, maybe put a dresser in the closet (lack of storage space.)

location is the bomb. 1 block from Il Torazzo our fav Italian restaurant. 1 block from Chinatown. 2 blocks to board walk. 3 to Parliament Building

kinda scary with codes to get fob. don’ t know if you’ll get locked out or in. having done it, all was great.

We loved the location. So close to many of our favourite shops and restaurants. Unit was also well stocked with toilet paper and extra towels.

I felt it could be a little cleaner. Newer towels would be nice. And furniture needs to be replaced.

The location was great and within easy walking distance of downtown, the harbor, and all facilities.

The TV did not work, a dirty towel was left in the bathroom and check out was not so handy.

Had no heads up that the main fridge was not working. There was a bar fridge but we bought more groceries than what the fridge could hold.
