What an awesome place to stay at. Clean, check in was easy and walking distance to everything.

Clean, great location to Broadway bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and linens. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Property managers great about communication. Instructions were very clear. Industrial style loft. Lots of space. Very clean.

Apartment was clean and well appointed and worked well for 5 of us including grandma and grandpa and one infant - the location and easy ability to walk into downtown was especially important for us and this property was just awesome for that. Having a Starbucks right next door was key also! Already planning a return trip next year and will hope this property is available for us then!

Was there for the CMA fest 2023. Great location and close to everything. Place was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was a minor glitch with the early check-in but the issue was very quickly resolved once we reached the property manager. We felt very safe due to security access to building and loft. Communication from the time of reservation was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Music City Lofts. Close to everything, and Starbucks next door! 1.5 blocks to Broadway & close to everything you’d need. Dani was always available to answer any questions before check-in & we didn’t need anything during our stay.

Location, location, location-that's the highlight of this property. Loft is bright and spacious (though some room darkening option would've been a nice option). Quiet building, easy to navigate but common space does have lingering sewer smell (does not cross over into loft thankfully). Would 100% stay here again.

The location is outstanding. Easy walking distance to all downtown has to offer from Broadway street, Johnny Cash Museum, and the Country Music Hall of Fame (excellent even for non country music fans) to Bridgestone Arena for Predator games to the Nissan Stadium for the Titans games. You can walk to all of them. The loft was very clean and has everything you need. Parking is immediately next door. Very easy though a little pricey at $33/day. The problem is the loft has no internal privacy. There is a upstairs loft bedroom with a queen sized bed and it’s own bathroom. Then there is the master bedroom downstairs with a king sized bed and it’s own bathroom. There is no roof to the downstairs bedroom. You can see right into it from the upstairs loft bedroom and from the stairs to the loft. Also, the living room area couch can see upstairs to the bedroom and bathroom entrance of the loft. On top of that, it’s loud and echoes in the loft. Any noises from upstairs can be easily heard downstairs and vice versa. You can’t watch tv if someone is trying to sleep. If you and your friends have different sleep schedules, you will have trouble. There’s no way for one group to hang out in the living area and another to go to bed without being disturbed. Inconvenient and not very private. If you are traveling on your own or as a couple, it would likely be totally fine. Even a family with kids might have trouble here if you plan to go to bed at different hours. Finally, it’s a little dated and the downstairs bathroom smelled like sewage. The lights in the main hallway flickered constantly so we had to turn them off. Granted, we didn’t call for assistance as we really didn’t want to deal with plumbers and electricians, but the sewage smell was constant and was there when we arrived so the cleaning crew or management probably should have known about it. It was nice to have laundry in the unit. We didn’t eat in so didn’t really need the dishwasher. The microwave, full sized fridge and freezer were great. The communication with the property team is outstanding. They do offer a 24 hr help line which is reassuring. They also beg for 5 stars on most of their emails which is annoying. The place was great with only minimal problems as I described. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. Just because you don’t have a problem does NOT automatically guarantee a 5 star rating. The place is fine, the location excellent, but it’s not really 5 stars.

Wonderful spot with a perfect location. Unit has a very open plan so just understand if your friends snore, you’ll absolutely hear it. But the location was excellent with access to bars and coffee shops. Super clean and well appointed unit!

Beautiful loft that is a short walk from all the honkytonk bars on Broadway St and Bridgestone Arena. Very clean and the beds were super comfy! Would recommend!

Alley Taps was a fun, convenient, and quaint bar that we were not aware of the first of our stay but spent a lot of time here! Highly suggest

Top notch customer service, thorough information, checkin and out was a breeze!

While the location of this loft is perfect there were a couple of things that we did not enjoy. The big windows at front of the loft cannot be totally closed off and at night the lights are very bright. There are curtains that pull across the windows, but they are thin and do not entirely cover the windows. Not a restful environment. Also, it was awkward having the open ceiling with two couples. You can see the upstairs bedroom from the downstairs couch. The furnishings were adequate and as stated above the location was the best! MM MM

Great location 2 blocks from Broadway St. walk right down the hill and Printers Alley directly behind the building. Parking deck next door allows for easy entry and exit with a phone app. Parking will run you about $27.00 a day and that seems reasonable for the location. The building is well secured with access code entry to all the doors and elevator. Because you’re close to the action it can get a little noisy late at night (when the bars let out) we only had one night where it was loud enough to wake some of us up. This is a loft unit so the main floor bedroom does not have a ceiling and is open. The loft does have a closet and curtain to create privacy. The owners were kind enough to provide disposable ear plugs just in case you have a guest who sleeps like a chain saw. Overall a good place to stay. We would stay here again.

Renting was very easy. Check in good. Needs new decor and sprucing up.

Hi we liked the fact that printers alley was directly behind us and that the location of the main bar strip was 2 blocks away.

Location location location!! Was great. We have never stayed in a loft apartment, and will never do it again. There just isn’t enough privacy for couples to have any intimacy let alone walk around your room naked. For a loft apartment it was super nice and great location. It just isn’t the kind of place I personally like to stay in.

Worked well for our Adult Family. Close to everything you want to see and was clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean and easy to access. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. My grandparents loved that there was an easy access to Printer’s Alley and even a bar that you could access from the loft elevator! Location to everything was amazing!

2 blocks from Broadway 1 block from The Ryman. Check in instruction and expectations excellent. Loft was very clean. Suggest only 4 people stay as it is a loft so not a lot of privacy and the couch not the most comfortable but would 100% recommended and stay again.

Perfect rental for the needs of our trip. A short walk to Broadway. Property was as described. Very clean and amenities were perfect for us. We stayed in July, so very hot. This property allowed us to tour, then return 'home' to relax and freshen up, then out again for the afternoon/evening events. Communications and instructions were great. Elevator stopped working in the building for less than 24 hours, but the instructions told us the proper stairwell, and we had no problems, Elevator was fixed the next day; no fault of the landlord. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Very clean, nice location, so close to Broadway and the Ryman!!

The condo was exactly what we wanted. It is so close to Broadway that you could walk back and forth anytime through the day. It had all the amenities you would want. Highly recommend.

Good area and nice place

Location, location, location. We could walk everywhere. Cab, uber very convenient when needed (Opry night). Would definitely stay here again. Communication and arrival instructions were great. One suggestion would be to update bath towels 😊. Still a 5 star stay though!

We loved out stay in the Dolly loft at Music City Lofts. Booking was super easy and all communication that we received was prompt and clear. Parking in the garage next door was very convenient. And, directly on the other side of the entrance was a Starbucks which was great for me. The location was great in that it was a quick walk to Broadway, but was set back enough from the noise of Broadway that it felt like an urban oasis. The loft was spotless and included all the amenities our family needed. Bedding was clean and included extra pillows and blankets. The large Roku TV was a plus for our Toddler who is currently all about Paw Patrol :-) . In short, great location, way way better than a hotel suite, cozy accommodations, super easy communications and it was a breeze to check in and out. I would love to stay at Music City Lofts again!
