We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, felt safe, the condo was clean & had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were very responsive & accomodating to a couple of questions regarding check-in & check-out. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings, watching the ocean was wonderful. We will absolutely book this same one again!

My teen daughter and i stayed here for a weekend and were delighted with the room and location. Quick and easy walk to the seawall and lots of eateries available in walking distance as well - including a grocery store! The room was very clean and nicely decorated/furnished. Would absolutely recommend! 10/10

My family and I came to Galveston for a short visit and we had a wonderful time. The beach was fun and moody gardens was a good visit. The condo was just perfect, short distance to the beach and perfect sleeping arrangements for my family.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There was a problem with our host’s condo the day before our check in, and they got us another condo through the actual property. Everything was taken care of before we arrived. Excellent response and amazing hosts.

Delightful one bedroom condo (+2-bunks for kids) across the street from the beach. Accommodations, decorations, and amenities were more than expected (the photos do not do it justice).
Great communication from owners and easy check-in for parking at the property office. Security was on-site 24 hours. Both pools were very nice and the property is well maintained. Close to all types of retail and restaurants.
We would highly recommend the VRBO property and the owners!

We were extremely pleased with our rental. The condo has an adorable beach theme. We had everything we needed. The hosts left some cold water in the fridge and snacks. We only had to cross the street to be on the beach. I was a bit frazzled and couldn’t locate my check in code. 🙄 April at the front desk in the lobby was extremely helpful. The owners were very responsive. I can’t think everyone enough for their help. If we ever make it back to Galveston we will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on the deck, you can watch the ocean waves rolling onto the shore. There’s a light at the corner so it’s safe crossing to get the beach easily. The accommodations and grounds are well kept and the pools were lovely. Thanks so much!

Enjoyed this property for a 2 night stay (we wish it had been longer)! Awesome location along the seawall with a great view! Right across the street from the 61st St Fishing Pier and close to restaurants and a grocery store. The heated pool was a great feature on a cool night and our kids loved this and the cozy bunks offered in the condo. All the little things had been thought of right down to board games and puzzles, coffee and creamer. It was well equipped with all we needed to cook some simple meals. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again or recommend to anyone we know travelling to Galveston! Thanks for the great stay!

It has been probably 30 years since I have stayed in the Casa Del Mar. Long before they were individually owned, This owner is a 5-star couple. My son, his wife, and myself were pleasantly impressed when walking in the door. And stayed happy through our entire stay. The only "suggestion" would be to upgrade the mattress in the sleeper sofa. This is probably why they usually only allow 2 adults but made an exception for me. But this 50 year old back didn't sleep well with that type of bedding. But once the curtains opened the lack of sleep was forgotten, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and I will definitely check back in in the future.
