The teenagers loved that it was close to the action of the main beach to ride bikes over there. And it was wonderful being right on the water! We spent a lot of time on the back decks!

Everything was great from location to the house itself. We did have a few hiccups with appliances. Management was quick to respond to address and try to fix. One issue made the stay rather frustrating being a ongoing problem. I only hope that the next vacationers are as forgiving and understanding as my wife was with this issue. Overall we would love to stay here again!!! Great Place.

The beds were comfortable and it is tastefully decorated. The ocean view is outstanding.

The location is wonderful, the house has plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and stretch out together. The kitchen is well appointed with a great ocean view. We've never seen sunsets like the ones we experienced here and were completely in love with the shells we found on the beach just outside the house too. Now for the logistics: some of the the pans in the kitchen are old and you'll need either oil or butter to try to get things to stop from sticking. We needed to purchase additional toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, tissues and paper towels, spices of any kind. It's better to pick these things up on the way to the house before you cross the bridge. The floors get really sandy (because you're walking through insanely soft white sands), so be prepared to wipe your feet and keep the broom handy. We had a few beds that had sand in them when we first got in and the management company quickly sent over new sheets. Quick communication and kindness from the management company helped us settle in quickly. All in all, one of the best houses for a family vacation we've ever experienced!

Chilly the first few days but we bundled up and spent time on the beach. Then it warmed up in the 60s! The children were thrilled that Santa found them and loved the spiral staircase. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ariola 116 was the perfect spot for our vacation. We were traveling with our 6 adult children and the home was plenty big. The location was ideal, our beach spot was quiet and just steps from the back porch. We rented bike from the Fun Store for the week and we were able to take a short bike ride to restaurants,bars and shops. We arranged an airport ride from United Airport Shuttle and taxi and they picked us up and dropped us off ( even the 6am flight ) The house had comfortable beds and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There is even a second fridge in the basement for extra storage. We used insta cart to get groceries from Publix to make things easier. There is a large table to make game playing easy and furniture out on the deck to enjoy dinner outside. The management company is so easy to work with. We found the propane tank to be empty the first night and they sent someone over with a full tank for us. The only cons of this house would be there are no full length mirrors anywhere in the house. Also the master bathroom is painfully small with a tiny shower and a pedestal sink. I wish they would take the giant tub out and make a more functional bathroom. The other suggestion would be to maybe have some plastic cups available to take down to the beach. These are tiny problems, overall the home was amazing and we are looking forward to another stay at this home

The downstairs suite doesn’t have a bathroom so the guests had to share with the Master suite upstairs. So just something you would want to consider when renting this property. Shortly after arriving the neighbor took are decorative lighting that we had placed on the patio and put them on his patio next door. CLEANLINESS was another big issue the first day, after we had been there a few hours we noticed our feet 👣 were black and the babies hands, feet and legs were black. The FLOORS were extremely dirty, so my guest went to town and bought floor cleaner, a mop and a broom and cleaned to floors through out the whole house. The properties location and that we were so busy made up for the drawbacks, we just overlooked it at the time and keep going, there was nothing we could do. But most disturbing were the roaches in the kitchen... The description indicated fully stocked kitchen. Not so. We have rented houses before in other destinations. We'll be asking a LOT more questions before we rent through the same company in Florida.

The beach, of course, is just wonderful. I didn't like the square dining room table, there could have been a tad more space in the DR/LR area, but mostly I hate the late check in early check out. Allowing 7 hours for clean up seems excessive, and it deprives the renter of nearly a whole day that is paid for.

There is plenty of room inside so our group of 15 (12 adults and 3 children) never felt crowded. We enjoyed every day of our stay and hated to leave. The only thing missing in this house is a bathroom on the lowest level. Not a big deal but would have made it more convenient. A big plus for some of the young adults in our group was it is close enough to walk to a variety of activities and restaurants. Our stay was perfect and this house will be our first choice if we have a large group on our next visit!

The deck was large allowing us all to gather each evening for sunsets and music. The bedrooms allowed everyone privacy while the main room gave us a chance to all be together since the kitchen, living and dining rooms all merge as one. The two car garage gave us security to lock up our bikes, kayaks and paddle boards each day which really was a bonus.
