Nice property, clean, great location! Super host who is quick to communicate and provides ample necessities in the home.

I had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled 2 BD 2.5 BTH property in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter. The location is unbeatable, with the all restaurants, and bars just steps away. Close to the airport, La Jolla and Old Town village. The modern amenities, spacious layout, and stylish decor made it feel like home. Plus, the no cleaning fee was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for exploring San Diego, with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area!

First off, I must say, this is one of cleanest houses I have ever rented. Towels were clean, shower was clean, floors were clean-everything was clean! There were plenty of supplies, extra plates, glasses, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, extra sheets, anything and everything you can think of.. There are three TV's, one on each level. Every TV is Roku, so you can add your own channel-YouTubeTV is available. The house is spacious and eclectically decorated. The walls are concrete(!), so expect every noise, both inside and out, to literally bounce off the walls and echo. Internet wireless speeds were fast. The owner, JD, was very responsive-kudos to him for his prompt responses on just a few minor questions I had during out visit. Ingress and egress to the house is interesting, but doable, and challenging (do pay attention to the video he sends). The electric lock on the front door works quite nicely-zero issues there. Parking inside the garage can be challenging-do not bring a large SUV (think Tahoe) as it will never fit. The neighborhood-homeless people do live on the sidewalks in front of the home. Police and emergency vehicles do visit the streets on a regular basis. Flashing lights do enter the living room windows. Sirens do echo off the walls. This may bother some people-others it may not-it's an eclectic neighborhood, and as such, it isn't for everyone and in my opinion, for adults only. Last word-the house is wonderful and I would recommend it to any and every adult.

The unit is beautiful, very nicely decorated in a great location. The home has everything you could need and then some. JD was easy to communicate with and getting into the unit was easy as was the garage. Our only concern was the second bedroom which was very small. It has a queen bed , but no bedside lights and one side is right agiainst the wal making it hard to get in and out. Other than that it is a fabulous place.

What a beautiful home! Home had a definite wow factor. Fluffy towels, comfy beds, and plenty of dishes. Having a garage was a huge plus, it was great to not worry about finding parking. The art work was amazing. Easy walk to the Gas Lamp for dinner. The balcony was a nice treat in the afternoon. My parents (81 & 77) did find the stairs to be a bit much by the end of the stay. They enjoyed the house very much and liked having their own space. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

JD's place was great! I stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. The home was very comfortable and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. The location was perfect, close to food and entertainment as well as walking distance to the convention center. I specifically enjoyed having coffee on the balcony prior to the walk to convention center. I would highly recommend staying for either work or for pleasure. Exceeded my expectations.

Very nice loft, right in the heart of the downtown action, we walked to dinner and bars every night. JD did a great job covering details like parking, and how to use the different amenities like the bluetooth speaker. Great having parking available, do note that it is quite a tight fit for a minivan. It's a noisy part of town with traffic and revelers on the weekends but we slept soundly with earplugs nonetheless. JD was attentive to all our messages and accommodated an early check in. Would 100% stay again.

Everything about this home was spectacular. The location was so convenient. When we weren't working we were able to walk around and enjoy the city and everything it had to offer.

The host was very attentive and accessible. The beds were very comfortable. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to main Gaslamp area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay.

Easy walking distance to Petco Park, gaslamp and embarcadero. Lots of restaurants and evening activities.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few days while in town for a wedding. The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is located close to everything around the Gaslamp & East Village areas and you can walk to mostly anything. The house was safe, super clean and comfortable. I would recommend a stay here anytime. We had great communication from the host and everything was seamless!! Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Plenty of room for our family of 4. Garage was tight but JD gave great instructions on getting in and we were grateful to have one! Walkable to Gaslamp and many other restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this clean, spacious house.

Our weekend stay went perfect. The condo is walking distance to everything and has all the amenities we needed. It had plenty of beds and space. Went on a boys trip, which fell on Super Bowl weekend. Despite it being a busy weekend the owner JD was very helpful, quick to respond with anything we needed or questions we had. JD was a great host, he was very informative and friendly he made our trip easy and fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo a few blocks from the busiest parts of the gas lamp district. Walkable to the water front and grocery stores. It is located on a busy street, so traffic noise is real. JD was done what he can with white noise machines in every room, but if you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is not the place for you. I suggest eye masks and ear buds, if you need a more peaceful setting. He was also extremely responsive with requests, questions and issues. The property was otherwise beautiful and bigger than what three people needed. I thought it was an steal compared to other listings in the area.

House itself was fantastic and the owner was great!

I came to San Diego for my low key bachelorette party. This property was accurately advertised, easily accessible, and beautiful. The renovations were very well done, and a welcome binder was helpful! We were able to walk to gaslamp, little Italy, and to a rooftop cinema by the beach. We could have walked to the zoo, but parking was free and we knew we wouldn’t want to walk back after a hot day at the zoo, so we drove there. On our last night, we had a slumber party with Chinese takeout, rom-coms, and card games. Our door dash found our location easily, the TV was easy to work, and there was more than enough seating for the 5 of us. The host texted me ahead of time to let us know the property was ready early, if we wanted to check in early. After a hot day at the beach, we absolutely tried to take them up on that offer, but maybe ended up there 10 minutes early. They also texted right when we checked in, to make sure we liked it. As a group of young women, we felt safe, had fun, and loved our stay. Thank you to our hosts for a great bachelorette weekend!

We stayed a few days here as the first stop in our vacation. The host was very responsive to our questions in advance of arriving and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The property is clean and well maintained. There was enough room and bathrooms for the 4 of to easily prepare and unwind from the day. We would highly recommend this property.

Great house for vacation with my wife and 3 kids. Location was convenient to a lot of fun places. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making sure we had instructions for everything and had all the basic necessities we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great for a family trip to the city. Walked to Petco stadium and took quick Lyfts or Ubers elsewhere. Loved the sound machines to help w street noise at night. House was clean and lovely. Host was great, thank you!

Flawless. JD picked up every time he was breif, direct and easily understood. Murphy’s law never fails on any family trip but the host was extremely helpful and had that “love been there done that attitude” which is always awesome when your experiencing a “dumb moment.”

JD and Tina’s place is exactly as described. Great location. JD is an extremely responsive and attentive host. We’d definitely stay again when in San Diego!
