Before booking I had several questions for Saul and he was very responsive and courteous! The rental has plenty of dishes, basic kitchen needs, and bath towels. Great location near several restaurants and the beach. Each bedroom was a nice size, although the bathroom directly connected to one bedroom is tight getting in and out of, so depending on your flexibility you may need to stick with the main bathroom. The check out process was easy and if we end up in San Juan again I would stay here again!

Communication with Saul was great! That was my favorite part - he would always respond, and usually within thirty min! Apartment was great and the rooftop patio was amazing!!

Best vrbo I've stayed at in Puerto Rico! Clean apartment with everything you think you might need. Wish we could've used the top deck more but the weather didn't permit. It's really beautiful! The location was perfect and it had parking. Great communication throughout my stay! Will definitely book again when I come back!

The Property is amazing, in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, near by restaurants, Walgreen, and CVS is about five minute walking distance. Saul is a great communicator and very accommodating with our departure time. The property is very clean and safe. He had everything we need to enjoy our stay. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will most definitely stay at this property, if it’s available. The rooftop we spent hours relaxing up there every evening. It’s beautiful at night.

The rooftop patio at night is amazing. We stayed over New Years and could see fireworks all the way in old San Juan! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in PR!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Saul always replied promptly to any questions and it was a great location. The roof patio really made a difference , what an absolutely fantastic place to hangout and relax in the evening as well having full cooking facilities. The only minor issue I found was that one of the bathrooms could've been a little bigger but this was a minor inconvenience and the rest of the accommodation was excellent

My family stayed in Saul’s property over spring break and it was phenomenal. The listing is very accurate and his place has everything you need. The rooftop is as amazing as it looks! Saul was extremely helpful and was there for us if we had any questions. The location is great as well, a short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Our group rented a car and the parking space was very convenient & being closely located next the highway made for quick accessibility. This property was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay to include beach towels, a few beach chairs, & boogie boards. There is a little outside noise at night from the area that varied each night, but it did not prevent anyone from sleeping. The entire building is very quiet and sound between all three of the rooms was very quiet too. The rooftop terrace of the place is amazing. If you do not use it, you are definitely missing out. Every morning and evening at least one person was up there enjoying it. The host was very responsive and the instructions for everything were top notch. There should be minimal questions left given the information we were provided from check-in, out, other house operations, recommendations, etc.Overall, I highly recommend this space and would rent it again if I stayed in the San Juan area! Our entire group felt the same.

The property is incredible. It felt clean, secure, and had everything we needed. Saul has a seamless check in and check out process. I could not have a more seamless VRBO experience. I highly recommend!

3 of us spent 3 nights at the property. Very easy ride from airport and a block/2 blocks from great restaurants/beach. Very detailed check in/property info/check out instructions with secure parking. The property is 100% as advertised, very clean and the roof deck is amazing. Saul was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all messages. I highly recommend this property.

Convenient to all surrounding venues The roof top was definitely underutilized by my friends and I - great for morning cafésito and evening wine. Communication with management was great, easy-going. Would highly recommend

We like everything about this place: the location, the balcony and especially the roof terrace with the barbecue. But we were disappointed with the so called master bathroom, if you can even call it that. It measures less than 3 feet deep, which means there is less than 6 inches in front of the john. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner on the rooftop terrace. The location is very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

This 3 bedroom was clean and well appointed. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The property manager stayed in constant contact as necessary to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, Condado, placita and a very short ride (or nice longer walk) to Old San Juan. We didn’t take advantage of the rooftop much but would definitely take advantage of it in the future. Great place!

Enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Great location for Condado area and easy pick up by Uber for Old San Juan, Convention Center, etc. Very secure with easy access with multiple keys for multiple guests. Very comfortable and clean with many extras in the apartment and on the terrace. Private rooftop terrace was the highlight with great covered and open spaces. Will rent again!
