Tim was a great host for this listing and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The house was perfect size for the 15 of us!! :-) I had to get in touch with Tim for a couple of questions and he was very quick on response time. We would definitely recommend this to someone and would look forward to renting it again if we are ever back in the area.

House is very spacious. Clean and well maintained. Total of about 14 people, all of different ages and the game room with us perfectly all on different games or just watching some nice tv. Hot tub was really nice, as well as the sauna! We grilled outside with the provided tanks, it was great. Living room was spacious to all have breakfast too! Very close to stores but nice and quiet. Overall experience was amazing and we look forward to rebooking for our next trip to big bear!

The house was exactly as stated in the description with the location being close to the ski resort. The House was super spacious and jacuzzi worked perfectly! Tim was extremely responsive in any questions that I had. Would absolutely stay with him again

We did have a great stay in Big Bear. The best thing about this house is the entertainment and game area. That’s probably where we spent most of our time. It’s a great room with a big TV and seating area, an arcade game machine, a pool table, a bar with a small fridge, an air hockey table and a foosball table! There are lots of games there. The sauna and hot tub were a success with the skiers when back from the hills. The bedrooms are small but we didn’t care since we spent no time there besides to sleep. We also enjoyed having fireplaces in the parts of the house we used most. I was worried about the mattress before hand. My husband and I took the loft with the king size bed and the mattress was firm as I like it and need for my back. I didn’t hear any complaints from the others about their mattresses. In all we all had a lot of fun!

although you are close to everything in town, the house wan big enough for 15 comfortable. fully stocked kitchen with pits and pans sauna/jacuzzi is inside so u dont have to go outside on the deck amd was perfect for a day of snowboarding.

We had a great time! The kids loved the house and the game room. The adults enjoyed the spa and sauna. We liked the location, close to the stores and areas were the kids could play and sled in the snow. Overall good experience

Everything was excelent and everyone was happy ... of course they all complained about the beds in the lower bedroom but the up stairs bedroom had a great bed ... no problems ... one thing the house didn't have was a blender and no big pan for family sized meals so I had to cook in batches

Everything was as described with quick and clear communication from the property owner. Property has all the amenities you could need for a Summer or Winter trip.

The suana and Game room was just what the Dr. order after our runs. The kids were able to relax and rejuvinate in order to get ready for the next day of activities.

We really enjoyed our stay, Kids loved the spacious game room. The downstairs area stayed nice and cool. The swamp cooler helped keep the game room cooler. Did find dirty dishes in the cupboard, which was a bummer. We were careful to check before we used any utensils, dishes or cookware. The location was great, the road was a little busy during the day.

we already expect the place is old, and we don't mind as long my friends and I have fun during our stay, the house is big but it needs a little bit more cleaning, the back bathroom shower, hot water is not on, but we managed to get by, over all the place is beautiful, close to all stores and event, we recommend the place for others to stay.

The cabin was awesome!! It had everything we could have wanted! Huge game room, indoor jacuzzi 😃and sauna. Had a great time! Thanks again.

This cabin is in a great location. Part of our family enjoyed the slopes while the rest enjoyed sledding across the street and the close proximity to the village. The pictures is are a bit deceiving, the game room is huge and has plenty of space for a big group. We had a blast.

The location is perfect, you don’t have to drive too far to reach any destination. Tim was great at providing detailed instructions to just about anything you would ask. Even when I did have a question he was so friendly and welcoming. The home is well maintained and cozy. There was activities for everyone from the kids to adults. Definitely looking forward to returning with the family and will have my eyes set on this home again. Thanks again !

The cabin had so much to do. The host was very communicative and it was an easy process to rent. The indoor spa and sauna are the best.

We enjoyed our stay and our granddaughters had a wonderful time. There was a lot to do for our granddaughter indoors. We loved the fire place. Our one suggestion would be that the home needs a deep cleaning. Cobwebs, dust and windows needed some TLC.

Myself and my family (total of 13) went on a weekend getaway. There was more than enough room to fit everyone comfortably. The kinds enjoyed the large house to run around and play all the games. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The kids and a couple adults enjoyed the spa which was great after being out walking the village all day. The driveway easily fit 6 vehicles with no problems. It was such a great place to stay and close to so many things. Would definitely choose this rental if we do another family vacation to big bear.

The stay here was fantastic. It's in a very central and great location. The hot tub and the sauna are absolutely fantastic. Having a large lounge room with air hockey and a pool table, fireplace, and TV was the perfect way to end the days. The only drawback is that there's no private outdoor area.

Friends and I were in need of a weekend getaway and this Big Bear Cabin hit the spot! Aromatic cedar sauna, hot tub, and a game room including an arcade with all the favorite classics! Can't ask for much more, Tim is a great host and quickly answered any questions we had. Our group has rented over 10 different cabins in Big Bear throughout the years, and this trip was definitely our best experience yet. We are already planning our next trip back, highly recommend.

Tim the owner was great about communicating throughout the process. We had a small issue with all the cars since everyone drove themselves and the property is limited to 6 cars, but Tim and Code enforcement were both great, and we were able to resolve the issue. I've never booked through Vrbo before, but am pleased with the experience. The house was great for our group. We were up for the Spartan Big Bear Trifecta weekend, and mostly needed a place to sleep, warm up, eat and recover. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook. Plenty of space for the 11 of us. The Second night we had a chance to enjoy the upstairs game room and Jacuzzi. There was a Shauna as well,, but we didn't use it.. The beds were comfortable, there was more then enough hot water, and plenty of towels. Next year we hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

We had a birthday celebration for my wife and it was our first time in big bear the place was very cool I had 10 guest and it accommodated us perfectly fun game room and 6 minutes away from the lake and grocery store. The owner answered any questions I had right away. I will be going back for other occasions.

The home is large, has nice amenities, but really needs to be cleaned and updated. Carpets were stained, mismatched and smelled foul. The toilet in the front of the house kept running and would flush all day/night long. There were insects, moths, beetles and flys all over the home. I went in July when the ambient temperature was in the high 80s. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE HOME and we couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens on most windows and bugs would invite themselves inside. Because there was no air conditioning the upstairs bedrooms and game rooms were unbearably hot. Couldn’t use the upstairs bedrooms or utilize the upstairs TV/ game rooms because it was 84 degrees up there. Doesn’t matter how many fans there are in the house, they just blow hot air from one room to another. If you use the jacuzzi, be prepared, there is a $$$ (vrbo won’t let me mention how much) cleaning fee (I didn’t know that but that’s fine I paid it afterwards). To top it all off, in the room with the sauna there is a mattress on the floor. We slept there the first night bc it was the coolest room in the house. In the morning we noticed there was a mouse sharing the room with us!! Needless to say my wife and I didn’t sleep there the next night. At this point my wife was ready to get a hotel and cut our stay short. Tim gave me instructions to turn the main water on when I got there and then turn it off when leaving. When I got there the water was already on, so I didn’t bother to turn it off when I left. I assumed this only applied during the winter when pipes freeze. After my stay, Tim messaged me saying there was a faucet left on and I hadn’t turned off the main water line to the house. He charged me $$$ (vrbo won’t let me reveal how much) for the wasted water. I personally checked all the bathrooms before I left so I know no faucet was left on. I believe it was the broken toilet that was wasting all the water. I’ve stayed in Big Bear numerous times and have never stayed in a home as bad as this one. I paid all the extra “fees” Tim requested, but will definitely not return to this property. I Definitely do not recommend this home, especially not in the summer or warmer months.

Rented this place for my daughters 18th birthday. Invited the family up. All family members left happy and we all talked about being able to do it again.

The owner was so nice and easy to talk to however the house needs more maintenance, it's dusty in The kitchen, The floors and carpet not cleaned or vacuumed not enough ventilation

With everything going on - this cabin was everything we needed for our getaway! Relaxing was the key. The adults love it and so did the kids! They didn’t want to leave!
