a perfectly located condo, super well maintained and stocked with everything you might need (dishes, towels etc). owner available and attentive! I recommend

The condo had everything we needed, from assigned parking, gas grill, hot tub, shuffle board, beautiful view of the ocean and the Halifax River, close to our favorite restaurants, and wonderful family time at the beach! We also did a bio luminescent kayak tour in Titusville! Highly recommend it! Donna, thanks for all of your communications and for sharing your condo with us!

The condo was awesome, it had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter LOL!! We had a great time and Donna and Marks condo really made the trip. The location was really great, having an assigned parking space made it even better. We loved the balcony and being able to enjoy morning coffee out there to get our day started. Oh we even got to see a Falcon 9 launch when we were there! Donna and Mark...Thank you so much for having and sharing your condo with our family we loved it and will defiantly stay there again your condo made the trip!

Accommodations and amenities were very nice. Bedrooms are separated to allow privacy. Great views

The condo is very nice. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances and beach items. It was close to shops and restaurants. The beach and pool was not crowded during our stay. We really enjoyed having beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels provided so we didn't have to bring our own.

This was the perfect place for our annual beach trip. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we could have asked for and more. The maintenance manager Ed and the office manager Beth were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

This was our first time in Daytona Beach Shores, and it was wonderful...so relaxing! We had a great experience staying at Mark & Donna's Sand Dollar condo. From the very beginning of the registration process, we were impressed with Donna's communication . We've rented other VRBO properties (and have always had positive experiences), but Donna truly went above and beyond. She made sure we had all the information we needed about the condo and the area. We've never had an owner actually be interested in talking with us by phone. That was a really nice touch. The condo did not disappoint. It had everything we needed for the week. The location is perfect. Having the option of the beach or the pool was a plus. This property is well-kept and everyone staying there was friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return to this condo or even try Mark & Donna's condo on Anna Maria Island. It was a great experience. Thank you.

My favorite part was the view. It is gorgeous. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony in the morning and being able to see the sunset in the evening. Donna was was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was probably the best VRBO experience we have had so far.

The condo was everything we expected. It was clean and comfy. The location was good, close to lots of good restaurants. It had everything we needed. The management was very friendly and helpful and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We would recommend staying here.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and was as described and then some. We appreciated the beach and fishing gear that was included. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Would highly recommend. We will be back next year for our vacation.

Very nice well decorated condo with amazing views. You can lay in bed and see the ocean or go out on the balcony and watch the river. Absolutely beautiful!!

We spent Thanksgiving week in this beautiful condo, which is very well maintained, with the best views of sunrise and sunset! The balcony location on the 10th floor was a great spot for morning coffee, occasional views of dolphins, and getting a birds eye view of antique cars cruising up and down Atlantic Avenue. During the day and early evening, there can be some traffic noise from Atlantic Avenue, but the views and affordability of the condo outweighed this one negative aspect about the location. Donna is an excellent hostess, who communicated throughout our rental process to make sure everything was in order. If you love the lively atmosphere in Daytona Beach Shores, we highly recommend this spacious condo for an affordable and enjoyable family vacation!

Not just a condo, it's a home! Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything I needed that wasn't supplied by Hosts. Donna was so thorough with all amenities, supplies, instructions, condo regulations and procedures etc. We were surrounded by great homeowners, other guests, maintenance and management. Donna truly goes the extra mile! Great location! I can still close my eyes and feel the cool breeze, hear the waves, smell the ocean, see the moon and the sun rise from the east and the sun set from the west of the balcony. Heavenly...we will definitely be back. Again, thank you Donna and Mark for everything you offer. Your previous reviews, pricing and guidance is what got us sold to book with you.
