We would most definitely stay at the property again

We had a very good experience renting this place. We would rent again, their listing info is accurate. This house sit in a cluster with other houses, there is a shared parking and path to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had one bedroom where the bed were not made, they were just left sheets, covers, etc. on the bed…no biggie. Overall it was very clean and a great experience!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The best part, though, was the beach. I'm not a morning person, but I was happy to wake up at 6 each morning and go for a stroll on the beach before the kids woke up. Overall, it was a magical experience.

We had 4 families staying in this house ranging from 3 months to 68 yrs. We needed a lot of beds within a few rooms. When we arrived we found that the rooms were not furnished like the pictures, luckily my in laws brought a blow up mattress and my kids are small or we wouldn't have had enough space. One of the sliding doors to deck also had a sign on it to not use. One morning a maintenance guy just showed up at the door. No warning or heads up! We were all in our pajamas and some people were still sleeping, not exactly the morning you want to have while on vacation. Overall, the actual house and the location were great! Just sad that this is my second time having an issue with the service that rents.

It was just what the doctor ordered. Appreciated the kindness of the concierge especially Ms. Debi! Lovely ocean views and perfect location.

The wasn’t as described, there’s was mold, broken sliding doors, the house was dirty, couches were dirty, beds were even dirtier, a pretty bad smell. The guy ended up moving us to a “Town house” ((not what I paid for)) after we waited precious time of our vacation Talking, waiting, and listening to “cleaning guy” the manager send us. just not a good experience overall, for all those reasons we had to leave, the house wasn’t as described, we had to leave.

Location location location. Kitchen stocking was fantastic. Bathroom and bedding stock was abismal. 1 roll of tp per bathroom. This house needs serious TLC. Holes in the walls. Missing paint. Unsafe grill and propane lying around. Uncomfortable beds and couches. Worn everything. Property Management was the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Generic and terrible instructions. Mistimed and excessive emails. If you are looking for a spot for 10+ on the beach location is amazing for the price pitiful condition of the property. Would return to the area and this home but only if new property management company and condition updates are completed. If I was the owner I would be outraged.

The property and location were both very nice. We enjoyed out stay.

House is nice and well equipped. Condo people from next door set up on the beach every day directly in front of our house. For the amount of money I think the beach in front of the house should be available

Location is great. Layout of house is really good. Kitchen is well furnished except no mixer. No futon as advertised in guest room, so we were short a bed. House needs paint and updating and doesn’t look as well as on the listing. We had maintenance issues, but they were responsive. Guest services is not responsive except by email.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Navarre Beach!! We had 11 adults and 2 children in our group. Our beach house rental was beautiful, clean and perfect for a large group of beach lovers!! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our visit - this isn’t the first time we have stayed at this property. Check in is way too late - check out is way too early. These times need to be more balanced. With the price one of the nights should be discounted or check out time adjusted. Family driving from Texas arrived at 2 and my granddaughter had been car sick several times. The no exceptions of early ck in was bad. they had to go to another hotel to bath her. *Master bedroom with foam was horribly uncomfortable. *Appliances need to be updated. - no markings on stove they are worn off. *K cup vs. pot of coffee WiFi isn’t good but we understand it’s the beach. Our hotspots worked fine. Internet probably needs to be updated as well. We will probably rent again because of location.

House wasn't quite as advertised but we liked the location. Internet didn't work the entire week which meant tvs didn't work. House had towels but lacked bedding for those that get cold. House was missing a bed and just had a mattress dropped on the floor instead. The grill was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware.

This is our 2nd time to stay here. The only thing negative is it needs a cost of paint on the inside and out and a little updating. If these things were done it would be the perfect property

The house was big with plenty of room for our large family. Clean and well taken care of. The home has an amazing view of the ocean! We will differently be staying again in the future!!

Totally recommend this house and vacation spot. Most relaxing place to stay. The house was everything we needed for a group of 12 plus our 4 legged spoiled baby. Even the Pup loved this place. Can't wait to come back.

This has been our family vacation time for quite a few years. Our family is growing and we have never been anywhere that we enjoy more than Navarre

The home has everything you need and the access to the beach was perfect. Our family of five enjoyed two weeks of living on the beach and were completely comfortable. The house is exactly as pictured. The location is between two condo buildings so it can get crowded on holiday weekends (something we are trying to avoid) but outside of the holiday we had a lot of room on the beach. We would have loved to have more usable furniture on the main floor balcony as it is in need of replacement.

The home is perfect for a gathering of 10-12 people. We stayed with 10 adults for Thanksgiving week. The home is well appointed, and the property manager was courteous enough to bring us extra kitchen utensils since they assumed we were cooking for Thanksgiving. The parking situation is tight if you have more than 4 cars, but we made it work. Public parking is not far. There is construction on both sides of the property at this time. The home next door was being spray painted on Thanksgiving day, so we had to move all our cars to prevent getting overspray. Good news is it appears that home is nearing completion. The condo complex on the other side is having a pool makeover, so there was some mild construction also going on there. Overall did not deter our experience, although those who are booking for December 2019 should realize there will likely be some construction going on. The rooms were comfortable and it was a big luxury to stay with laundry facilities in the house. Very convenient. The 2 masters on the top floor with the shared balcony over the beach was perfection. Could use updates on beach chairs. We brought our own so not a huge deal for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property!

There was construction going on right next door and we weren't told about it. We were woke up every morning about 730 or 8 with all the noise.We had to walk around a mud pit to get access to the beach. We had to watch out for the construction workers moving lumber around with a forklift, at times they had the path to the beach blocked and had to wait on them to move. It was kinda hard to sit out on the deck and enjoy the morning with them right next door.The Property managers never told us about the construction work going on that they knew about. I think that it would have been nice if they would have given us a heads up before hand and maybe even offered us a different place to stay or maybe a reduced price of the vacation.

This place was perfect for our trip. We had five families with a total of 16 people in the house and we never felt cramped. The open concept in the living area was awesome at accommodating everyone. The beach location was great if you want to avoid all the crowds and the downstairs shower and covered patio was a great addition to keep the sand away. Be sure to avoid parking outside of the drive way-the neighbor called to tow us right as we arrived and were unloading. They do have an overflow parking area if you have multiple vehicles. The house was a bit musty and the washer was mildewed due to it being vacant prior (I’m guessing), but it went away quickly as we aired it out. We also found a great family photographer that took pictures at the fishing pier less than a mile down the road (Noelle Destin Photography). We would definitely come back!

Perfect location for group of friends to hangout and relax! House is amazing and access to beach is even better!!

We shared this beautiful home with our family of 11 people for a most memorable beach vacation. This house fit our group perfectly with how all the bedrooms/baths were arranged and the easy access to the beach was the best part. They provided easy text access to the concierge for needs that came up during our week and the response was always prompt. The views of the gulf from the house were breathtaking. We will fondly remember this vacation at Sea La Vie!!!

We loved our house!!! It had plenty of space for our family reunion!! 2 master bedrooms are a great bonus also!!! Large bathrooms are also a great bonus!!!

We enjoyed the stay so much! It was very roomy, clean, and it was perfect for our week stay! We had two families that stayed in this home. I liked that there were 2 King bedrooms that had ocean view... Not many places have that option. Loved that there were two balconies that with ocean view as well. The ice machine worked well. It had ice available for us all week. The appliances are updated and everything worked well. We felt like it was home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic view, beautiful decor, comfy beds, room to gather as well as spread out. Owners were friendly and helpful!
