This was a great location and the hosts were excellent communicators. The golf course outside has a path you can follow to the neighboring resort for cocktails or dinner, and the beach is only a short walk. We would definitely return.

Lovely property. Condo well kept up. We were able to use this property as home base and explore all the beaches and towns on the north shore. Parking passes were provided for 2 vehicles. Which was great as we had 6 in our group. 3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms! Fully kitted kitchen, full size washer dryer, all the beach needs provided (towels, chairs, boogie boards etc.)

We just completed a 6 night stay in 2 units hosted by Helena and a 3rd unit with a different host! Helena’s properties far out rank the other one! Property was clean, well maintained and perfectly appointed! Views are incredible from rear lanai’s. Beds were comfy. The gray couch, not so much, but if you’re sitting on a couch in this area, you’re a fool anyway! Highly recommend !

We were very pleased with the layout of the property. The upstairs area with 3 single beds was great for our 4,6, and 9 year olds, although I was initially anxious about those funky stairs. Well supplied kitchen, living room furniture that is functional not fussy. Pool access was a plus. Interactions with Helena were great!

There were many great things about this unit. extremely close to the pool, close to the turtle bay amenities and trails, close to beaches. We really loved the location and even got to know one of the neighbors pretty well. The unit backs on to a "defunct" golf course that is super well maintained still, which makes it great for tossing around a frisbee or ball during downtime between excursions. Some of the reviews focus in on the dated decor and finishes of the unit. The finishes of the unit appear to be original with some pieces being a little updated. If you are looking for a place that feels like you are the first ones to stay there then move on and plan on paying more. We didn't spend a ton of time other than to sleep so we got over the well-used characteristics quickly and just enjoyed all the really good things about the location. Hawaii has some invasive lizards and frogs and they are in full force in this area. Our kids enjoyed trying to identify the types they saw. Bugs weren't an issue for us, not sure if that was the time of year we were there or other reviewers really are just leaving the barn doors wide open. Would stay again in the future. Thanks!!

There is an insect problem. Some type of wood beetle came in the house through holes in the wood frames and roaches were present. The furniture was outdated, stained and old. Upgrades needed.

We loved it all! The views! The wild life! The location! The space! Only one suggestion if we had to find something…to get a clothing rod (maybe hanging above cupboards) in the loft. Would come back again and again!!

This unit definitely needs updating. Not updated as stated on VRBO. The sofa pictured was blue and white. Not what we got. Had to drive to grocery store several times . Nothing around except Lei Leis Country Club and Turtle Bay

From the initial rental inquiry to check-out, Helena's property did not disappoint. The description and pictures of the property were spot on. Check-in and Check-out were extremely easy and there were absolutely no issues. We never had to bother Helena and she did not bother us. Location was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beauty Oahu has to offer. The only thing worth mentioning is the air conditioning does not keep the place very cool, especially on the first floor and the 2nd floor hallway. The bedrooms were comfortable though and in the grand scheme of things that's all that really mattered. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to both adults only and families.

Easy access to the beach and surrounding attractions. Convenient parking. Clean unit with a full kitchen with appliances, pots and pans.

The condo worked really well for all of us. The location was perfect - beautiful, nice breeze, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, just steps to the pool, and a short drive to other destinations. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better hosts!

This unit is in tbe perfect location. Right next to the pool and also has a great view of the golf course pond. The 3rd bedroom was absolutely perfect for our kids.

Loved the location and proximity to north shore beaches. Highly recommend!

Can't beat the location - easy access to multiple beaches & Mai Tais at Turtle Bay. House was very clean. Kitchen could use utensil upgrades, beach towels are a bit worn & they do not leave much laundry detergent or paper towels/toilet paper to replenish which is an inconvenience when traveling such a long distance - last thing you want to do is go buy more laundry detergent to freshen up your beach gear when in Hawaii! Overall had a great stay & would go back!

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well for 7 teens/adults. Also, we always enjoy close proximity to the resort and this condo fit well.

Great location for North Shore fun. Comfortable space with ample sleeping area. Great beach toys, chairs and boogie boards.

The Townhome was perfect for my family. We walked to Turtle Bay resort and the bay. Convenient 25 min drive To town and surfing.

Have stayed in these condos many times so pretty much just a matter of the unit which in this case is fine note the Fazio golf course this unit sits on is closed right now so no golfers to watch from your patio😧

Great location. Fine home with everything we needed. A bit old and nothing great for the price paid. Check in info given was different that what was accurate. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting internet problems from directions given in the home. Host responded to questions. Check out was easy.

Nice and clean! Well furnished and in a beautiful location! The pool is right out front. A golf coarse and pond is out back and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable home. Great location to beaches. Well equipped kitchen and supplies. Great communication with owner. We enjoyed our stay.

With Covid stalling travel plans this was a great getaway for my family and I. Unit was exactly as pictured and described in the posting, pool is literally right outside the front door and a great size for my family and I. Helena was very responsive to any of my inquiries throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you Helena!

Our own corner of paradise. We enjoyed this location away from the hustle and bustle of it all. The layout was perfect for our party of 7. Plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and pool/beach extras. Owner was quick to respond with questions. Pictures were accurate of unit. A/C units helped keep it cool to sleep as we were here late summer.

Fab location. Great for our large-ish group of 7. Good kitchen and beds and showers. Easy check-in. Bedroom ACs were great but downstairs AC did not work. Cross-breeze was sufficient except one night for the main floor sleeper when it was not breezy. Host said she would provide fan but did not. Still, overall very good experience. Loved the beach chairs and snorkels.

Place was beautiful and relaxing. With the closure of Turtle Bay resort for renovations, it was a lot more quiet and serene without bussle of resort traffic. Really enjoyed their stay and would return

Made it very convenient for a quick dip on a rainy day between rain sessions. The loft is perfect for kids, and they loved that they had their own half bath! Would 100% recommend!
