Our son recently got married at Walt Disney World. We all traveled from the West Coast, so when we got in we were all exhausted. The house was perfect! There were 22 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Mr. Sweetenham was a wonderful host, very attentive with issues or questions. The house was clean, comfortable and absolutely wonderful. We had a wonderful time!!

The whole process from booking through to our arrival and stay was brilliant. The pool was an absolute joy. Part way through the holiday we booked extra buggies as all the parks involved a lot of walking. If your interested in the club house I would suggest you try in the first few days as it took a while to register. The house was well presented and the beds were really comfortable, the whole house was well resourced with everything you needed. Locally there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few miles and Uber taxis’s were very reasonably priced and extremely efficient and reliable. The house made a holiday of a lifetime perfect.

First and foremost Mr. Sweetenham and his maintenance guys were responsive friendly and due to them alone they get 4stars..there were some cleanliness issues like the decorative pillows were dirty, hair on pillows, wood panels close to the box springs had hair dust and bottle caps, ceiling fans dusty, lights kept shutting off in the room with the the 3 queen beds, and the air not cool in that room or the room next to it and unfortunately 3 roaches and a a few ants. BUTTTTT i took pictures of things and sent emails to Mr. Sweetenham and he had his team come and spray, cleaned a prior stain on the down stairs rug. His guys were going to do the fans but i advised them it could wait until we left. The house is nice and the pots pans and dishes are the best i have had in a vrbo home. All in all my family enjoyed our stay the customer service we truly appreciated

House, pool area was great! House had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, was very clean. A few roaches but remember it’s Florida..they came in and sprayed.. My only problem was the check out rules. All towels had to be washed, since checkout was at 10 am and we all had to get ready for airport plus our stay was for a week (10 people) which with this quality of a property.. I think that was a very unnecessary check out rule. It didn’t give us towels to shower with getting ready to leave !? My advice to Andrew is to change that. It’s a 9 bedroom house.. do the math with towel laundry.

OVerall good property. There were some issues but they were addressed timely. The only 2 that were not addressed was a fan with a short that tripped the breaker often, and the flooring that was recently installed was not done properly and it cracked on the stairway. Nothing that could be corrected immediately.

Perfect size home very clean and well maintained. Hot tub did not work for the first three days and my frustration was only that my agent texted me how to work it as if I was not smart enough to know how to simply turn the timer dial With that said the did come and repair it on Monday. My only other complaint would be the lack of kitchen towels for washing and drying 24 people and to dish towels simply doesn’t make sense. Overall a very relaxing stay.

We had a awesome time. Close to a lot of venues, house fit our big group. The house was awesome pool, hot tub, game room, nice community. Would do it all over again. Hope to be back soon.

The house was infested with roaches

This house exceeded our expectations. The communications with Andrew were handled quickly. This location was as private as you can find at Champions Gate. We had 8 adults and six children and there was plenty of space. We went to Disney World three days. The drive was about 25 minutes depending on traffic. We asked the kids what was their favorite part of their vacation. The pool and hot tub always ranked near the top, as did the pools in the Oasis Clubhouse. Perfect stay and would highly recommend this house for anyone with large families. Thanks Andrew!

This 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom home worked out great for my family of 20 to spend a week together. My grandchildren spent a lot of time having fun in the oversized pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cook wear which allowed us to have a lot of family meals at the house. Lots of fun and great memories.

We had a group of 16 people including seven children. There was plenty of room. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. They also enjoyed the game room. but it is not air-conditioned. We didn't have many problems, but when we did the owner was responsive. We have learned from past experience to bring in our own garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish rages, laundry detergent, etc. If you are prepared with these items you should be fine. Don't plan on there being much of these items in the house. The house is not really close to the resort. You will need to plan on driving. Otherwise, the house is in a good location. Getting in and out of the complex is much easier than other places we have stayed. Overall, this is a nice house that could easily accommodate twenty or more people.

This property was amazing. Everyone in my group had a great time. The location is perfect for all theme parks and shopping was close by. We went to the Oasis Club House for several meals, saw a movie and enjoyed their tropical drinks. The Oasis was about a 3 minute drive but was also walkable.

Second time stand was just as great as the first. I really enjoy staying at this champion gates home this is my second time staying here with my family so you know I really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and tidy. Only con is they don’t provide washcloths

This was a great home. There was a great amount of seating. All seating and bedding were extremely comfortable. The game room was really nice for us. And, the pool was a great temperature. My family including my children an grandchildren unanimously said this is the best home we have rented down in Florida and we've rented quite a few. Great stay. Thanks

Very nice home! We had 5 families (18 people) in our group! The kids loved the play room and the large pool! The property manager and maintenance man were very quick, kind and helpful when we had issues with the hot tub and pool. We would definitely rent again! The home was very clean and well kept. The kids not thing they could change would be to provide wash clothes! There were plenty in f towels and beach towels but we had zero wash clothes.

This is the 2nd time I have rented one of Andrew's properties. Both times the properties were immaculate on check-in and both featured high end furnishings- no cutting corners here! If you are considering one of his properties I suggest you look no further. We had a minor issue with the heat on the hot tub and someone was out the same day we called. That is unheard of. Thank you Andrew- we look forward to coming back next year!

Very dirty, filthy carpet throughout the house, not sure if it was even cleaned before we arrived we found food through the bedrooms, smelled musty, small hot water heater always had cold showers, very outdated, TV's outdated, washing machine made so much nosie, the pool at the clubhouse was always packed and outrageously priced, Do Not Recommend!!!

Perfect stay. The property presented just as it was listed…spacious and well equipped. The location was great as well. We enjoyed every minute here over the Thanksgiving weekend. I specifically want to mention how pleased we were with the mgmt of this property. Responses were immediate and thorough. Everything was a non-issue because of mgmt’s ability to quickly respond to texts and calls.. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely look for properties from this host and mgmt group in the future. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at Champions Gate a hand full of times and this rental was by far the best we have had. The whole process was easy and effortless. It can sometimes take long to get checked in at the gate of this community, Andrew made it easy for us all by ensuring we had access ahead of our check in time. The house was clean and well maintained. We were visiting for a Friendsgiving where we cooked thanksgiving dinner for a group of 20 and the house had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. Great stay and we will definitely be looking for more rentals from this lister in the future.

Had a great time. Would only ask for domestic water temperature be set a little hotter

The property was beautiful and just as listed on line. The problem was that the pool and hot tub were not working on our arrival and it took 3 days to get them fixed in addition to several games in the arcade area. I was told they had all been working the morning of our arrival, but by 5:00 the pool, hot tub and games were not working. It is clear to me that they were not properly check to begin with. We brought 20 people to Florida for 6 days and were somewhat disappointed over the maintenance of the property.

First of all I want to say this rental was very beautiful. I would have gave it 5 star if they were upfront with the rules and listened to some of the renters requests. We had 16 family members that stayed at the property. I had read the reviews so I knew what to expect to a point. I have to agree with the people That said one refrigerator makes it really difficult. The 2 tall kitchen bags per day Might have worked if they actually picked up every day. They don’t pick up on two days out of the week plus we only had the garbage picked up once during the entire week. We had to go drop it off at the clubhouse every day. The house is very soundproof which was amazing with that many people and the layout is amazing for privacy. The game room was stifling with no fan so it didn’t get used much. They only allow one towel per person and we only had 4 washcloths for the entire 16 people.We went out and bought some and left them there. A lot of the rules were extreme! 2 hrs a day for the hot tub to be ran. We only had 16 ppl and couldn’t adhere to that rule. I can’t even imagine if we had 25 ppl. As a rule follower I was very stressed out the entire time micromanaging my whole family. I picked this place so we all could relax after all the Covid stressors but I came back from vacation and slept two full days as I was worried I would not get my security deposit back and stressed about all the rules of the house. I know they have to be a little strict because of parties in the bigger houses like this, but for those of us that follow rules it is stressful. That being said , I did receive all of my security deposit back so I was grateful for that. The house was perfect for the amount of ppl we had. Loved the bathroom entrance from the pool area. Overall beautiful property.

The say was comfortable..The security was a bit unorganized and a couple of them were rude..I’m also still waiting on my security deposit and I’ve been checked out since August 15,2021

The house was clean and very big so great to accommodate our group of 18. However there is only 1 living space /dining room so that was kind of tight when we are all downstairs inside at the same time. The pool was nice and clean and great to keep kids & adults entertained . It is not as private because even though it was enclosed by mesh screens and the house has a stone fence as a backyard both sides of the neighbors had the same pool and screen enclosure which lets you see into their pool area and they into ours.

This house is absolutely AMAZING!! Everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large group wonderfully. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the entire family was able to enjoy the pool and patio area. Andrew was great as well! He was kind, helpful, and responded promptly to all of our messages before, during, and after our trip! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!!

Great location. I had a few hiccups with my email but Andrew was understanding and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and my family did as well.

Loved the fencing to prevent little ones from having pool access. The house is spacious and beautiful!

We were a group of 29 and it was a pleasure to stay at the Fairway Retreat! The house was exactly as displayed online with a nicely decorated decor. We appreciated the cleaniness due to COVID-19. There were 10 children in our group and they absolutely enjoyed the pool and the game room. It was a plus to have access to the Oasis Clubhouse because we didn't have to leave the neighborhood to exercise, or go to a water park to lounge for the day. I have already recommended this property to other family members and friends and they are currently looking to rent this summer. The process from booking this property to departure was perfect. We followed the owner's guidance and received entry to the property through security at the front gate with no issues. The owner, Andrew was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again!
