Very accurate listing. All was as advertised. Manager responded immediately to wifi issue caused by nearby lighting strike. Really needed AC during the 95+ heat wave during our week.

This is our fourth time staying here. I grew up in the area and can tell you that finding a cottage that has this type of privacy and that is this well-equipped is not easy. This cottage has everything one could ever need - Mark and his family have thought of everything!! The place is spotless, extremely comfortable and has the best view on the lake. I highly recommend this little piece of Heaven!!!

This was our second time at the Easy Livin' Cottage, and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a tranquil, cozy spot with gorgeous views and easy access to the water, then this is your place. We rented paddle boards for the week, had fires on the beach, took advantage of delicious local wines and fresh produce, and went for hikes every day. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our first stay on Seneca lake. The cottage was very nice and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The swimming was great. The location is good. It’s pretty close to town so we could get what we needed. We weren’t expecting the train to go through but it was short each time and only seemed to go through during the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this little cottage! Great location. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the screened in porch is fantastic. Had a wonderful time enjoying the view of the lake and the ducks, birds and other little visitors to the dock and beach area. Would definitely visit again!

The property was as advertised. Great location with a beautiful view of the lake. The screened in porch was the highlight. A great place for morning sunrises and evening relaxation. Great wineries and restaurants a short drive away. Rooms are small but fine for two people. Highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at the Easy Living Cottage. It was just the 2 of us so we had plenty of room. My favorite space was the screened porch overlooking the lake. Even with the rain during our stay, the porch was a peaceful place to listen to the water lap against the shore. We enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. We rented kayaks and explored the lake. Close to breweries,winery's and parks. Would love to return next time we are in the area.

We loved our stay on Seneca Lake. The screened in porch overlooking the lake is a vacation on its own, but the location of the house makes it so easy to explore the area! Everything we needed. My dog had a great time too.

This property was in a very private and peaceful setting. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy nature. The screen porch was delightful at any point in the day and it has everything you need for a nice trip. I hope to return and would recommend it to anyone seeking a simple and peaceful experience.

We have stayed at this cottage two years ago and it is a very nice place to stay. We always have a great week of weather and the cottage has everything we need. My favorite thing is the screened in porch. I sleep out there the whole week. Nice and quiet and a great time for my family.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was great, close to shopping and activities as well as the lake. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was as advertised and expected. Definite win!

Lake life
Rustic cottage on Seneca Lake with an awesome screened in front porch where you can enjoy sunrise or happy hour cocktails. A huge sloping yard to the water and a lengthy dock with a platform at the end. Comfortable Adirondack chairs in the yard overlooking the lake. Very quiet relaxing, serene experience. Bedrooms on the smaller size, not much room to accommodate suitcases. I'll be back.

Fun Place to Stay
We very much enjoyed staying at this house. It's right on the lake and has a wonderful and large screened porch overlooking the lake. The interior of the house is quite small but very functional and, of course, enhanced by the screened porch.
The owner, Don, was extremely friendly, very fun to talk to, always available, and very accommodating. The only thing to note is that the house is pretty close to the main road that goes through the area so there is a bit of traffic noise, but it's not bad in the house.
We thought it was a great rental at a reasonable price.

Delightful
This cottage was perfect for my husband and me. It has great charm and the setting was ideal. We have two pedal kayaks and thoroughly enjoyed using them daily from the beach. The cottage is cozy and has a wonderful lake view. The property Manager, Mark, was responsive and very helpful. We would definitely rent again.

This rental was amazing. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you could need. The views of the lake was beautiful. It was very peaceful, serene, and secluded. The rental was exactly as represented. We were totally happy with this rental and will definitely book it again.

Lake Life!
This was our second year staying at this property and we had another amazing time. A perfect spot to unwind for the week and enjoy the lake. The house is cozy and provides everything you need for your stay. The comfortable porch was perfect for some rainy days of reading. The location is fantastic with several wineries and breweries only a mile or 2 away. We look forward to a return visit!

Best Getaway ever !
The MANY positive reviews were spot-on ! I have NO complaints~ met all my needs and more ! I felt it was very private with trees and good size yard separating Cottage from the neighbors. I enjoyed it so much ~ especially early mornings watching the sunrise ! Oh yes ~was so happy I could bring my dog !

This was our 3 time staying here for a family vacation. We always love spending a week here at the cottage. I would say our favorite part is the screened porch overlooking the lake. It is wonderful and so relaxing. It is a very quiet and private spot with lots of yard and beach area. The train that goes by is always a big hit with the kids too. Overall great place to relax and enjoy the lake and the quiet. Hope to return again soon.

The perfect spot!
This cottage has everything one could ask for, including the best views on all of Seneca Lake. The yard, the beach, and the dock are the perfect spots to be during the summer in CNY. The cottage is comfortable, clean, has lots of room and a wonderful screened in front porch. We will keep coming back!

Look no further - this is Heaven on Earth!!
This was our second stay this year; once in the spring and now in the fall. This beautiful cottage has everything one could need, whether you are a couple or a large family. There is plenty of room and sleeping quarters, a nice size kitchen and living room, and a screened in porch with breathtaking views!!! The yard and beach are private with a lovely dock. There is a fire pit on the beach for evening bonfires and there is a working fireplace in the house for those chilly fall evenings. The cottage is spotless, has strong internet/wifi, and is a wonderful place to escape the rat race! We highly recommend. Oh, and the owners are quick to respond with any questions and/or concerns you may have!!

Perfect getaway
This is a lovely cottage in a great location, with a wide stretch of level lake access. The house is a basic older cottage but has what you need and was spotlessly clean. The new queen bed was very comfortable. The owner was super responsive to questions before and during our stay, even dropped off wood for the firepit about an hour after I asked about it. The City of Geneva to the north, Watkins Glen State Park at the south end of the lake, and zillions of wineries in every direction made for terrific excursions. There are train tracks adjacent, but in four days we saw maybe 3-4 trains, but they were short and never came at night. Would definitely go back.

Great location to visit the finger lakes! We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Beautiful waterfront location with all the amenities one needs. Highly recommend!

Nice stay
Cottage was very clean and had well stocked supplies. I appreciate that the carpet and queen mattress were new. The screened porch was one of the best features.
